I am a single Senior female who feels protected by the kindness and awesome service I receive at this Valvoline location. The first time I came here, was Dec.2023; I was so pleased w/my visit. Whether my car needs an oil change or if I just have a simple car-related question, I choose to stop here. The Manager, for example, is amazing & phenomenal; he is kind, trustworthy, dependable, knowledgeable and sincere; he goes way beyond his duty. I definitely give this business and its employees an A+ top rating. P.S. If you go there, imho, I m thinking that you ll agree with me re their excellent service.

On Monday before Christmas, I pulled my van up wanting to get an oil change. While I was waiting in line, my van started smoking. An employee ran over and told me the van dumped coolant all over the ground. He said to let it cool down and they would push it into the bay and check for leaks, which they did. About 4 of their employees were checking my engine compartment - top and bottom - checking hoses and things. They even took pictures to show me what they found, and told me there was oil leaking as well. They asked if I still wanted an oil change (which I did not, but I appreciated their asking). So they topped off my coolant, checked my tire pressure, and sent me on my way - didn't charge me a dime, even though this was probably a 20-25 minute inconvenience for them.All of the employees I talked to were very helpful, friendly, and did not pressure me into any products or services.I have been coming to this location for a long time - even back when it was a different company quick lube. And I have always been pleased with the service here. This is the kind of experience that will keep a customer coming back, and I certainly will.

Must Read! Okay so I know many customers do miss the old owners of this place, I do too! However!!!! This place is still an awesome and worthwhile place to get your oil change. The techs and managers here are super helpful, kind, and considerate. They will make sure they help you at every turn. They work very hard to get the job done. I come here all the time for my oil changes, and refuse to go anywhere else. Today, Tatis and Tori, did a phenomenal job on my oil change for my father's 03 Lincoln Town car. Checked the tires PSI, executed the oil change with care and checked other fluids and items that was needed.Look here and read! I am telling you, you do not have to go anywhere else for an oil change! It's as simple as that!Thank you for all your hard work and care, Tatis and Tori and all other Valvoline staff! You all have done so much for me and my family! God bless you all!

I Visited this location last week and thought there is no way these guys put that much effort into a $10 car wash. Everywhere else I go they just pretend to scrub the front of your vehicle. For the $10 car wash these guys are scrubbing the front and back of my car! The car wash is wonderful they offer window cleaner and all purpose cleaner for your automobile along with towels. Their vacuums work well. There is someone on staff to assist you. I really like this place. I visited again today just to make sure they were consistent in their efforts. They certainly were! This car wash is amazing.

"Instant" oil change is quite the stretch. I will not be returning to this location to get a service done. I arrived at 9:45 on a Saturday morning, there were a couple of other cars there, but I did not have to wait to get put into a bay. I told them I needed an oil change, inspection, and tire rotation. I sat in the bay for 45 minutes for the oil change. After 45 minutes, I was told to go wait inside during the inspection and tire rotation. I sat inside for about 20 minutes until an employee came up to me asking for the wheel lock key. I have taken my car to get the tires rotated before and I have never been asked for the wheel lock key. Either the location already had the tool or they knew where to find it. He explained that it is normally kept with the spare tire or in the glove box but he wanted to get permission before looking. I gave him full permission to look for it, because I wasn't sure where it was. I kept waiting and waiting and waiting, I had somewhere to be at noon and needed to leave soon. Another 20 minutes went by and I still had no car. I went out into the garage and saw the employee just staring at my car and talking. I asked if he found the key, he said no. So I said forget it and just finish the inspection. What I want to know is, what was happening for 20 minutes while I was inside? No one noticed that there was a wheel lock? I was there for an hour and a half and was late to my event at noon. Anyways... when I get home I decide to look for the key because I knew it had to be somewhere. It was sitting right in my glove box... . So when he said he couldn't find it, did he even look? ALSO, I am now missing one of the covers to the lugnut. So that's awesome. I'm sure I will never see that again. Don't go here.

Oil change seemed decent. The tech (Tommy) insisted on calling me by just my last name, which was weird and not entirely professional, but regardless - I also asked for a tire rotation. Big mistake. I watched these people move at a snails pace with no real urgency to get customers in and out. Took them 30 min just to get the car up in the air. I watched the tech try to take off ONE lug nut and then wander away. 10 min later he comes back, lowers the car, pulls it out and tells me the lug nuts are "too swole" to take off. I have significant experience in the tire and brake industry and never once experienced what they described to me as "swollen lug nuts". I never saw them try to take off more than one nut or even look at a different wheel. Also, they didn't even check tire pressures until I had to ask. Fortunately, they didn't charge me, but huge waste of time.

I just love this whole crew! Super friendly. Very quick. Really thorough! It's nice to find a friendly place after moving here that I can rely on and get a good quick oil change.

I visited the Valvoline Instant Oil Change twice, once a few months ago for the NC inspection, and a couple of weeks ago for an oil change. I love that I did not have to schedule an appointment, that my wait time was a few seconds, the politeness of the mechanics, the price, and the chance to just have my car serviced on a Saturday or Sunday afternoon. Perfect! I will certainly continue to take my car there for everything they offer.

Avoid these peopleI took my car for a regular oil change my boyfriend let me know at the oil change was completed that the guys there got the dipstick stuck in the oil pocket. It broke off and they asked me to take it to dodge to get it fixed when I took it to dodge dart, says we have to remove your entire oil capture tube. And it cost me $380. They also messed up the hood of my car to where it won t stay up when you re trying to change oil. Please avoid them. Worst service ever no care in the world unprofessional employees unskilled employees drive 30 minutes down the road and take it to take five oil never any problems with them in Fayetteville.

They forgot to put my access cover back in my skid plate of my Raptor. I didn t notice until much later. Luckily they still had it but none of the required bolts. Replace my bolts.

I first went to their website to find prices for oil changes and its not on there. I then tried to call the location several times to find out the price but no one answered. Lastly I went in there to get a price and Its $100 for the full synthetic oil change and $ 80.00 for a mixed blend. At that price I can go to the dealership and pay the same thing. I ended up going to Walmart as it was $54.00 for synthetic oil change.

Went for an annual inspection and they failed the inspection because they said the windshield wipers were bad and tried to sale me wipers for $60 when I can get them elsewhere for $20. I then went to a different shop and ask them if the wipers were bad and they said they were good. Needless to say I will not ever be going back. I'll take my business somewhere else

second time coming to this shop and the consistency in customer service is amazing! they re quick, they re not like other shops that try to hassle you for additional services, they get the job done and keep it pushing. i love it here!

Went in for an oil change and 1k miles later the drain plug popped out. Mechanic told me that they didn't tighten the oil plug properly. My engine now has metal shards from a lack of lubrication and a $21k engine replacement is required.

I have never been disappointed when coming here my cars service needs! It blows the dealers prices and times out of the water with 15min in car oil changes, and 5 lanes to service your vehicle so if there is a wait it won t be long. I highly recommend that if you are looking for a quick, friendly, and well priced service this is the place to go!The staff has always been friendly and the management is great. Everyone is knowledgeable and looking to help, not trying to put money in their pockets like some of the dealerships around the area.

My wife got her oil changed, she asked for a standard oil change. Afterwards she went to pay and her bill was $140, because the worker decided to instead do a synthetic oil change instead of a standard oil change. I called and the manager took my information and said he would look to refund some of the difference and call back later. Called back couple hours later and he hung up on me and still haven t been able to get him on the phone for days. At this point I don t even care about a refund, I ll never again get any of my vehicles serviced there and will encourage others to not use them

Took my truck through the oil change lane for a fast and easy service. A man named Tommy took care of it and did not disappoint! Not only did he have the best manners (hubs is from Mississippi so I'm all about manners) but he was kind enough to give me a military discount. My experience at Valvoline Cameron, NC was great. I am new to the area and finding a dependable services station can be difficult. Dave, Avery and Tommy made me feel right at home and help me with my oil change. They even gave me a checklist that would help me keep up with necessary maintenance and a source for coupons in the future. Good service and quality people. I have taken two different vehicles for an oil change. Very convenient and fast. However shortly after taking each of them in, the oil light came on in both vehicles. There was not enough oil in either vehicle to register on the stick. Neither vehicle has ever had to have oil added between changes. I will not be going back. Reading other reviews, this is not a unique experience.Service: Oil change

I went today before work, there were other cars in front of me and the line moved quickly. I went through the line of a kind young man with the name tag Roo (I hope I spelled that right) he was very friendly. He even showed me how to check my air filter when I asked how to. Most male mechanics make me feel silly for such things but he did not falter when I asked and made sure to teach me how to properly check it. He offered me polite talk and made me laugh. ABSOLUTE SCAM! Do not go to these guys for an oil change!I usually service my own vehicles but this was more convenient as I was in the middle of a move. 1 week and 1 day later (400 miles) I already need another oil change! The vehicle has no leaks and has never had any problems and now lights are showing up everywhere. The air filter I replaced two weeks prior was due for change and the bill came out to $72 when the oil is $35 when I buy it myself. Almost $40 of labor paid towards a week of driving before problems .. absolutely pathetic.Service: Oil change

I came in today with my car because they strip my drain plug to my car durning my last oil change and I was ready to do my own service but couldn't get it done my self I had all the stuff but needed help get that darn plug out and replace with the new one I walk in and spoke with Courtney and without any argument she was like ill get it done I was so freaking happy that they made everything right and did a very awesome job and customer services her and her team did me right to the point I had to write a review on it thank you so much for helping me in a time of need and getting me back on the road in a timely matter even when you didn't need to thank you so much

Had an oil change done, and they damaged my bolt to seal the oil pan. Based on there policy since my car had over 100k miles they won t cover it. Even though they are the only people I take it too!?!?what a joke! I felt them having a hard time getting the bolt loose due to the car shaking and caused the bolt to strip in the process ..So now I have to buy and replace it out of my own pocket and time! Don t take your vehicle there! They will only damage it and tell you that your vehicle is old so that way they aren t responsible! I will also let everyone near by here not to go there!Service: Oil change
