Great service every single time. They explain the issues of your car in detail. They show you pictures as well and even showed me in person so I can understand. Their shuttle is a great handy tool that I have taken advantage of. The staff are kind and very communicative. They are great on timing in ensuring your car gets done even when they're busy. I love how organized it is. Never had a better mechanic. My whole family goes here. You won't be disappointed.

I planned to replace my brakes and rotors myself but then had some health issues that delayed it. I took my car to Harrell's last week around 1 pm to see if they could get it done as the car really, really, needed it. They were able to work it in that day and everything is great with the car. I very much appreciate them delivering on such a short timeline while working on other vehicles. Highly recommend.

Quick, kind, and fairly priced. Can t ask for much more from an auto repair shop. I was seen promptly, shuttled to my house while repairs were completed, and kept up to date every step of the way. Repairs (rotor and brake replacement, oil change) were done promptly and the price was fair for work performed. I would recommend seeing the folks here for your repair needs!

Driving home in the dark, down country roads, I hit the Mother of All Potholes in North Carolina. Long story short, ultimately my front right tire went flat. Looking for a tire shop with top ratings near me, I found HARRELL'S TIRE & AUTOMOTIVE SERVICES. After calling HARRELL'S and finding they could take care of my car quickly, I had AAA tow my vehicle to their shop. The manager, Jason, called to advise me that my car had arrived and he would call me after the diagnosis had been confirmed. In no time, I heard back from Jason, who explained the problem, answered my questions graciously, and provided me with an estimate. I gave them the go-ahead.I must interject here to say that the staff really is beyond reproach. That's an extremely rare commodity these days! Each person that I spoke with was very pleasant, professional, and knowledgeable, so I rate their Customer Service as Outstanding! All the staff members must really enjoy their jobs because it shines right through the telephone.When Jason called mid-afternoon to say my car was ready, he mentioned that the technician had noticed an issue with the sway bars. Having spent many years hauling horses, I know sway bars are nothing to fool around with. I asked for specifics on the issue and the damage I would be looking at. In a very short while, it was recommended that the bushings be replaced and I was given the cost.HARRELL'S is very efficient with their time, too. None is wasted from what I experienced. What a novel concept these days.In relatively short order, I received a call the that work had been completed and my car was ready to roll. The bill came to just what I expected and I feel as though the pricing was more than reasonable given the work that was done.As an aside, I never felt pressured in any way. As a woman dealing with mechanical issues, I have no self-confidence whatsoever, so over the years, I have taught myself to pay close attention to every nuance. When I left the shop today, I knew I would return when my car needs attention.I highly recommend HARRELL'S TIRE & AUTOMOTIVE SERVICES and will most assuredly have my car serviced by HARRELL'S in the future. I will definitely be referring my family and friends there as well. 5/5 or 10/10!!

Wow!! Just took my truck to Farrell's. I told them what i thought was the issue., (i was wrong!)They diagnosed it, and fixed it quickly. They could have sold me a bunch of stuff i didnt need too. I cant thank them enough.And ... The waiting area was clean and comfortable, and had good coffee. And the employees were friendly and helpful.Ill definitely keep taking my vehicles there!

We have been coming to Harrell s Tire and Auto Service for a while now. Customer service is always friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The mechanics are the same and we trust them with the servicing / maintenance of our car. Will continue to use this company and I recommend highly to anyone looking for good, friendly and dependable car maintenance.

I m not a review person, but these guys are always busy but never too busy to take care of your needs, listen to what is wrong and also give sound advice, me personally I feel welcomed every time I stop by and the work is great and yes you will be given the check this part out that needs repair talk but honestly do you prefer not hear it and come back two weeks later. Overall good customer service and car repair service from my POV.

Harrell's is my go-to for auto maintenance. They are courteous, professional, and have fair pricing that beats the majority of dealership inflated prices. Top notch service, highly recommend!

I went in to get 4 tires mounted and an oil change. The entire team was amazing from greeting me at the door to the fast service of completion of my vehicle. I would recommend this place to all my family and friends. Thanks to the entire team for an amazing service experience.

Friendly guys and all but customer service is a lacking. Long story short my truck's e-brake failed the NC Inspection as the mechanism needed to be tighten on the style of caliper I have. Harrell's didn't have a mechanic on hand to perform the simple adjustments to the e-brake which is a red flag in itself but not my overall problem with Harrell's. The problem is that I was told if I can make the necessary adjustments that I could just bring the truck back the same day since they only need to reinspect the e-brake. Well, the joke was on me because not only would they not check my e-brake as they told me, they couldn't get me in until next week. As a business, dont make promises that you can't keep.

This place is an awesome place to get your vehicle serviced. The staff was very lovely especially Katie at the front desk. She was very informative and sweet. I was updated throughout the process and 10 out 10 would recommend.

21� this morning, had completed my school bus run, heading home and my car wouldn't start. Ugh!! Got a jump from a friend and made it to Harrell's. They were able to get me in asap, new battery and reset codes on my Jetta!! In and out in less than an hour. Staff was very helpful and courteous. Thanks a million!!!

My name is Quinton went there today for them to take a look at my car. And they did an outstanding job finding what was wrong with my vehicle. Service was wonderful very informative about what was wrong with the car and it was a great experience. I recommend everyone to go to Harrell's for car services. Thanks Harrell for the experience. Me and my family thanks you all. Especially Ms. Katherine for the service advisor and Danny for the great technician work.

Horrible. Quoted me 10k for engine repair on a 2500$ car. What a joke. Took me 2 hours with an appt for a oil change.

The staff was so nice and quick to handle my walk-in appointment. The prices were great and I didn t have to wait all day for a simple problem. They also didn t try to push me to pay for unneeded services which I really appreciated. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!

Honestly a FANTASTICALLY amazing business. They were so kind hearted and very kid friendly, as my 2 Little s were playing all over the tiles like the floor is lava to asking kindly to watch something on the TV it felt comfortable in there to be able to sit and relax and not worry. Amazing staff and owners. If I could give more than 5 stars I would! 10/10 will always be back again! Such sweet people!Services: Tires, Oil change

Katie was very nice over the phone and helpful with scheduling. I had x1 tire mount & balanced annd tires rotated. Everything was done correctly by the tech s and even torqued everything to manufactures torque specifications. Only reason I m not putting 5 stars is, I think it took a little long for that service. But I would return, pricing was decent for my l service as well.Service: Tires

All of the employees I dealt with were polite and efficient. The shop was clean and bright. The price was good and the work was done quickly. On top of that, when I needed to adjust the timeline for my appointment they were very accommodating. I was very impressed l!

I had some issues with my truck, and had to bring it to the shop for diagnosis as I no longer have the tools necessary to properly do it myself (I am a mechanic). Once they called; they gave me a laundry list of stuff that needed to be done, half of which I proceeded to tell them had already been done very recently. They still insisted that they were correct and what they wanted to do would fix my issues. So I reluctantly gave them the go ahead as I know how it feels when a customer argues against my advise when working on a vehicle.After the shop completed their list, I was made aware that none of it solved my issues. During this process my fuel pump decided to quit while in their possession (the fuel pump going out wasn't their fault, stuff happens and the pump was 13 years old). The shop was willing to pay for that free of charge which was generous, but I made a deal that I'd pay for the pump if they paid for the labor.Once they had the new pump in they finally decided to listen to what I told them from the very beginning and were able to actually find the issue. My point here is maybe the shop should listen a little bit more to the customer when they give a description of what's going on. Could have saved all of us time and money.I would have given 2 stars as the shop handled my experience in the clich� that most mechanic shops are known for but did add 1 star because they were at least at the end of it trying to make it right.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Auto engine tuning, General repairs, Auto maintenance

Great customer service,no hidden fees or charges! Love their shuttle service. Called me each time their was a concern about my car,to ask if I wanted it taken care. Serviced my car,oil change,and check my tires. And they will even take you inside the shop to let you see yourself how bad something is on your car! Wouldn't go anywhere else

New to the area and need repairs done on my vehicle.. This was first time going to the establishment. I setup the appointment the evening before for replacement of brakes, rotors and a oil change. Arrived at my scheduled time and received my car less than 4 hours later. Was very impressed with my service that I received by the professionals. Would highly recommend the establishment. I will going back when services are required. A plus!Services: Auto maintenance, Auto brake replacement, Oil change

First time using this shop, I was impressed. I've always liked a shop that gives a straight answer and overestimates the wait times. I took my truck in for a front end alignment after installing new suspension. The friendly service folks said I'd be there for a couple hours, I was an hour wait for the truck to get on the alignment rack and up to an hour to perform the alignment. Needless to say I was only there 45 minutes total and my steering wheel was straight and driving down the road safe. Great service and prices are more than fair for the work performed.
