The mechanic is very knowledgeable and listen to your concerns about your vehicle. They will check it over and discuss with you the problem(s) that is wrong with your vehicle before any work is being done. They are very trustworthy and prices are comparable to other shop but the service at South Granville Car Care is the best. Gerald at the front desk is very nice and takes your information, then passes it on to the mechanics and check to see the timeline. He will let you know the estimated time that will be able to get you in and out. This will be based on your mechanically issue with your vehicle. Awesome job South Granville Car Care.

Great experience here. Came to get my valve cover gasket replaced and ended up getting an oil change. The prices where affordable and reasonable. Service was quick. They got me in & out. Plus the waiting area smelled really good (lol).

Every single time I come here the service is impeccable... I got my front brakes swapped out week ago and pulled in saying that the front right wheel of the car had begun to squeak. They put me at the front of the line in front of the other scheduled customers took about 45 minutes stripping down the brakes greasing everything up making sure everything was installed correctly which it was and then they let me go without charging me a single penny. These guys definitely know what they're doing they go above and beyond when it comes to being polite and cordial and I would prefer to go here than anywhere else in town. Even willing to work with me on payments for services rendered.

The fact the mechanic was wearing Crocs well working in the shop should have been a good giveaway what kind of service I was going to receive which was none charge me $20 to tell me they couldn't fix my car

If I could give this place no stars I would. It took two week long drop offs at the shop and about $1000 in "repairs" to my e brake and front brakes for them to not be repaired at all. Buyer BEWARE!!!!Services: Brakes, Auto brake replacementServices: Brakes, Auto brake replacement

I work nearby and usually drop my vehicle off in the morning and they call me when it's done. From routine maintenance, to the ever elusive nail in a tire, they can get you fixed up and on the road. Reasonably priced and good workmanship. It's a full service shop, and I can't imagine taking my car to anyone else.

The mkst Honest and reliable mechanics around. I have a 20 year old truck and they have replace almost every part on it. We only take our cars to these guys. Brought car in for diagnostic clarification on intermittent issue and was charged fee which was not disclosed in advance without making effort to complete diagnostic on issues I brought vehicle in for. If its not general maintenance go somewhere else where they have the skill to truly diagnosis the problem without ripping you off.
