Called Butner Car Service late on Wednesday 1-3 talked to Richard about my belt being damaged on my 2003 F250 7.3 diesel. Was told I could bring it right over and they would do what they could about working it in the next day. The next day by mid morning they called with the cause of the problem and a price to replace the tensioner and belt and it was finished by mid afternoon.Alway fast , reasonably priced and courteous service. Thanks again Richard , Sammy and crew.

If anyone needs car service and needs someone who is trustworthy and very reliable, Sammy at Butner Car Service is the place to go! I ve had some bad experiences with machanics scammers but they are professional reliable and above all else,TRUSTWORTHY!!!

Simply put: Top notch honest service and care!Big thanks to this shop for solving a critical issue I had been struggling with an intermittent stalling issue for almost a year!My 2001 Corvette had startup stalling issues for a while but it finally completely died on me while I was driving! As I was rushing to find a shop late on a Friday afternoon, I came across this shop on Google Reviews and decided to have my car towed here due to the positive reviews. The team here was able to diagnose and fix the exact issue far quicker than I had anticipated.The team quickly determined it was a faulty ground for the fuel pump, which I now know is a common issue on these cars given their age. It was a great outcome compared to replacing the fuel pump and/or various fuel components, which was what I thought was the issue. Completely honest work and the car runs super smooth (even for a 20+ year old LS1)! I was out of the door only a few days after this critical failure with significant time and money saved from what I was anticipating.You guys have restored my enjoyment for this car and I will definitely be returning as a customer, not just for the great technical expertise but also for the friendly and understanding culture here at this shop!

Got a flat on a road trip in a rental car and this was the nearest exit I happened to pull off at. These guys got me square and on my way quickly and for a super great price! Next time I break down somewhere strange, I hope it's here again!Service: TiresService: Tires

i don t ever wanna speak bad on a business but i don t know what to believe i went for a tire alignment and when i went to pick up they said couldn t do it bc it needed two other things done it i was quoted almost $2000 and my car started driving weird and when i went to get a second opinion from my usual mechanic (even though it s a bit far) and my mechanic said someone had to have purposely pulled it out and he did the job for just under $300 the shops name is riverview tire and auto in bahama

Could not speak more highly of the BCS crew. A vehicle I purchased had been serviced here for 20+ years before I owned it, and now it will continue to be taken there. Sammy is very clear with expectations and pricing - - and it really makes a difference as a customer. It feels good to trust a mechanic's recommendations, especially when they are honest about what may or may not be "necessary" to repair.The techs are quick with their work, and it appears to be the place to go if you have an older C/K 1500. They care about your vehicle! I am very pleased with the service and communication. Thank you so much for keeping safe cars on the road. I recently got an inspection at another local car place and it passed but then to find I needed new tires(even when I asked at the inspection) and I had a tail light out! I really appreciate this place s honesty and the time they took, even came and picked up my vehicle for me with an appointment. Again, thank you so much, it means a lot during this time.

They were able to replace heater core on my Nissan in one day. Very knowledgeable and even threw in a loaner when something else wasn't working in the car. They were able to diagnose and resolve all other issues at a reasonable time and price.

This is one of those downhome mom and pop shops that will take care of your vehicle. The best thing I can say about these people is that they are honest. They may not tell you what you want to hear but they won't lie to you. Every repair that I've had done at this shop I have not had to take back. And I have spent a good deal of money at this place. For the service I have received I will continue to spend my money at this place!

Very reasonable, and great people to boot! I needed two new tires, and an oil change, as I'd been neglecting my truck lately. Ended up having to reschedule my appointment, and they had no issue with that. My appointment took less than an hour, and wasn't even that painful for my wallet.Great place, will be going back for my next bit of maintenance.

I have been using Butner Car Service for the 10 years I've lived in Butner. Sammy and the rest of the folks have been nothing but friendly, helpful and trustworthy. They keep a log of completed services and recommended services for my vehicle based on what they've previously done and the current mileage. When I was shopping for a new car, I called Sammy to get service recommendations on the different vehicles I was test driving. He was patient and honest, and his feedback was extremely helpful in making my purchase decision. BCS and I have a great relationship, and I wouldn't take my car anywhere else. It's like the family doctor for your car. Highly recommended.

These guys went out of their way to help my stranded son who was passing through and ended up having his vehicle break down. They worked hand in hand with another shop in order to get his vehicle repaired. I live in Gwinnett County Georgia, but highly recommend this shop hands down based on their work.

Had a flat tire, which ended up needing to be replaced. Butner Car Service was able to get the tire by the next day. Also got oil change and state inspection. They are truly a one-stop shop for car issues.Sammy was polite, and let me know of other issues that they noticed with my car, but not pushy about getting them fixed there. As I work in the same town, I choose them for both convenience and professionalism.

I have to hand it to the mechanics at this shop. My wife and I were traveling to Charlotte, NC for a concert for her birthday when we started having engine issues. Turned out to be a miss firing spark plug. Found this place via a quick Google search due to their proximity. Two hours later, whole new set of spark plugs (107k miles on the originals) and they diagnosed another issue in the car that another service center diagnosed improperly! Many thanks to them for squeezing us in quickly and getting us back on the road!
