Staff are friendly and do their best to be helpful with what they have to work with. However when I went to purchase turn signal replacement bulbs, instead of finding the right part, they brought me marker lights because that's what the system pulled up on screen. Today when I looked on line to find replacement headlight bulbs for the same vehicle, the same "marker" bulbs displayed again in several categories that I searched. There is an identification problem in the system

Great prices and very knowledgeable staff. They practically make you feel like family. I will NEVER AGAIN visit there local competitors. It excells by leaps and bounds above all other parts stores in every way possible.

Came in yesterday for a radiator block-off and was met but the employee, Jarrett. He went above and beyond to help me find something useful to fix my radiator. Even afterwards, he helped find a 20 amp push button switch for my motorcycle. The amount of character he had working with people (and there was a rush of people when I was there) and how quick him and the other (new guy) worked, everyone was helped and happy, very quickly. I'm newer to the area and would 10/10 recommend coming here for your needs and some laughs as well. Thanks!

This place is clean, big, and well-stocked. I think they have pretty much anything you might need for your vehicle and then some. The problem I had there was that the staff doesn't seem knowledgeable about what they have. I've been a couple of times and both times I was told that they didn't have what I was looking for. Not that it wasn't stocked, that they do not carry it. Fortunately, I continued looking around, and both times found the things I had asked about.
