My car got damaged from a mower/rocks. Woody's gave me an estimate and I waited on the check from insurance. Once that came it took a bit to get in due to their busy schedule (But that is awesome they are busy!) Dropped off my car Monday and it was ready Thursday. Very friendly, fair pricing and great work. I was very pleased with the work they had done to fix my car after a wreck. I highly recommend them to anyone. They made sure I was pleased before I got the car back and they called after I got it back also. They haven't been in business for years and years for no reason. Check them out

From the very beginning I had a very pleasant experience. Walked in without an appointment, they did an estimate and even helped me with my insurance claim. Dropped off my SUV on a Monday and was ready in just 7 days. All I can say, my SUV looks like nothing actually happened to it. Super pleased with their services. Highly recommended.

My husband and I have had work done on 3 vehicles in the past couple of years. Two of then were due to hitting deer and the other was me sideswiping a cement wall. I needed a minor repair. I took my car in, the repair was done in a few minutes. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend Woody's.

We brought our truck (per insurance referral) after hitting a deer. The truck has countless issues upon getting back and when we called them they just said it was like that before (it wasn t) and it was perfect when it was picked up. We called about it the day we brought it home after driving it. If I could give zero stars I would. What a waste of time and money.

I brought my truck to Woody's for an alignment. I arrived a few minutes before my appointment. They were ready and on schedule. I went across the street for breakfast, when I returned the truck was ready.Fast, friendly service at a very competitive price. I'll definitely be back!!

Had some scratches on my car door thanks to an overly eager dog. Had gotten an estimate elsewhere before coming here and the other guys were wanting to charge me to repaint my door . Stopped by Woody s, they took a look at it and offered to buff it out (I figured that s all it really needed). They did it super quick and at a good price. Left feeling wayyy better about the situation.

These guys are the best! I drive over 30 minutes to come here any time I need alignments. Today I brought my truck in for an alignment. Nearly an hour was spent checking the alignment but in the end I simply had some loose bushings because there are so many miles on it. If this were my business there is no way I would have let me out of there for free but that is exactly what they did because that is the kind of people they are. Quality work at a low price. Best kept secret in Burlington

I have used them on more than one occasion and have been very pleased with their service. I took it in for a four wheel alignment. Turns out the back wheels didn't need it, only the front did. They could have easily charged me for all four but only charged me half because the back didn't need it. I have read the negative reviews on here, but I have used them three times and referred two friends to them and all three of us have had nothing but positive results from these guys.

Best honest body work I've ever seen. They will give it to you straight one way or the other. None have my vehicles have ever been there longer than 5 days. I can't say enough about how solid this business has been.

Did an alignment last week on my AWD Subaru, I let them know it is critical since I'll be driving all the way to Washington state. They have claimed that they did the wheels alignment and tested the car. When I asked about the documentation for the alignment measurement, the lady at the front desk told me everything is done manually and there is no paperwork which is unheard-of.... Because of that I ended up with two bad front tires because of the alignment wasn't done. When I went to redo my alignment somewhere else they showed me on paper how my alignment was totally messed up.I'M GLAD THAT I HAVE NOT ENDED UP IN THE HOSPITAL BECAUSE OF THAT. SPECIALLY IN THIS WEATHER.

I have a 1996 Acura that I love and continue to drive. Several years ago I decided to have it repainted and chose Woody's Body Shop. They did an EXCELLENT JOB and I was very pleased. It still shines like a NEW car. Mr Woody was very helpful as well when I needed to replace a couple of parts for the interior that had worn out due to age. He shopped around and got me the best prices for the parts needed. I was given an appointment time and was contacted when the work was completed ahead of the estimated time. Now they offer state inspections and oil changes which are services I plan to use. The staff are very friendly and helpful with my questions.

Can't thank WBS enough for the great work they did on my subaru after I busted her up a bit. They were extremely professional, very respectful, and kind. Another bodyshop in the area gave me a much much higher estimate so I'm extremely appreciative for the pricing here. Would definitely recommend them for any body work you might need. Thanks, WBS!

Great customer service and great quality work. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because it took 3 weeks for them to get to my car.... I guess that to show their quality of work

When my friend backed into the side of my girlfriend's SUV, we took it to Woody's shop to get an estimate. The estimate indicated that the cost would be almost $1000. We took it somewhere else, and they were able to repair everything very well for less than $300. Whereas Woody's was going to repaint the entire door, the other place found that it was not necessary. Woody's was going to replace the door handle, and it looks like new after some simple buffing. We are very happy with the repair, and very glad we didn't pay $700 to have it done at this place.

When the work quality isnt up to par and they didnt do the work you requested of them, the mechanics pretend they dont know what youre talking about and they definitely dont correct the problem. Youre basically talking to a wall. Despite their quality assurance motto printly largely on their wall....they didnt care. You should not go here for breaks. It wont get done properly.Service: Brakes

I was in a seven car pile up. We were at the end so technically our insurance was responsible for the car directly in front of us. Our vehicle was towed to this place by one of their drivers. He never told me anything about the storage fee they are now attempting to charge me for to get my car back ($420 storage $200 FOR INITIAL TOW A COUPLE MILES AWAY!), which was my only hope at getting money back to replace my family vehicle. I thought they were waiting to release the car for insurances purposes, but was confused because their driver (who claims he told me about the fee) was too busy talking to a lady in the parking lot to tell me what happens next, as I walked across the street to catch my ride. I am guessing they assumed I had full coverage and that they were going to get to keep the car... I think they are sheisty individuals. You don't want dishonest people touching your vehicle.

Needed an alignment. Went in early. Car ready exactly when they said it would be. Really comfy waiting room ..exceptionally clean. Everyone was very nice even first thing in the morning!

Nationwide insurance made me use this place when my Nissan was rear-ended for $6000 damage. It has been years since and the car has all but rusted completely where it was re-painted by Woody's Body Shop. The driver door has leaked ever since. This place offers no guarantee for their shoddy and unprofessional work. Woody, the owner is rude and does not care. He gets the business because he is cheap and the insurance companies force unknowing clients to use them. Hopefully this review will help someone avoid the years of problems I had after the work this poor excuse for a business performed.

My insurance company referrred me to woodys to get my car fixed after it was in an accident i was quite pleased with the service so i asked if body work was the only service they provided i was told no they also did oil changes so i decided to use them to get my oil changed i had to come back on three seperate times and this was the third time and i was told i would have to bring it back because he was going to lunch nowhere does it give hours for lunch that they would be closed it would be helpful to list your closed for lunch hours on your door sign, website.DO NOT try to use woodys for anything other than body work

After contacting several body shops to work on two older model car doors and being turned away, Woody's didn't hesitate to do the work and a fine job they did! Thank you!
