Done an amazing job on our Honda Pilot! They got our car back to us way ahead of schedule! We couldn t be happier with the service we received!

Was treated so poorly and disrespected by Seth Solari (The manager) I was checking on a car for my mother and I ask to be Shawn why she was quoted 6K for body work and called her to request an additional $4 plus. She ask me to talk to them and see if I could explain why the increase and if it was fair or not. I was given the quote but was told they wouldn t go over the parts and show me the car and said we re waiting on insurance to call us back, since you have ask to explain the quote we will stop any work on her car until you call us back and say it s ok to resume , I never asked them to stop, truth they hadn t done any work nor had they sent the quote to the insurance company, until 15 minutes after I left the shop, this was confirmed from the insurance claims adjuster. We had the car towed from the shop to another shop, found out no work at all had been done. We have pictures and the quote given to us for proof , very disappointed.We will be contacting BBB and owner of shop next. Sad people think they can pull one over on elderly people and women more often. Just be honest and fair, also insurance isn t and open check book.Sad

If you want the best, go to Westcott Body Shop!! I ve been a satisfied customer for 15+ years. From my recent door ding and body paint (outstanding job, best paint guys) to quality repair and replacement over the years. Attention to detail, great customer service and professional team always!! I will only take my vehicles to Westcott. Thank you Seth, and thank you Rose. My vehicle is good as new!!!

Rose was my first, last and only contact at Westcott Buick. You could not have a better representative for your establishment than her! She took care of everything for me, kept me informed and made an unpleasant situation very pleasant! She is a jewel!My car was there over a month, Rose got me in a great rental and handled each extension directly. As far as the body repair goes, my car is as beautiful as the day I purchased it. I will definitely refer others to Westcott. Thanks so much!!

Nothing but the very best! Rose and Seth were Supurb in every way! From my first phone call to the shop, they were great. I had my car estimated before closing that day. They handled all of the insurance headaches from the other party and my car was repaired and paid in full. In addition, Westcott handled my rental car arrangements. Being in an accident is stressful enough! Let Westcott handle the aftermath. I d trust no one else. Period.

From the very start they were extremely kind, helpful, and the process was very easy! All I had to do was go through the motions and they made the process super easy! I got text message updates throughout the entire process and could track the progress on my car online, And my car was washed and cleaned up when i picked it up! Would highly recommend!

I would like to thank the Body Shop Manager Seth Solari for his kindness and great customer service. I called the body shop to see if they would be willing to look at my Jeep where I had a seatbelt stuck in the lock position. He informed me of his work hours and that he wasn't sure if it was something he could service but he would be willing to look at it. My husband and I stopped by the shop around 3pm and he immediately came out and took a look at the problem. He took a look and said that he was going to get some assistane from some of his staff. Roy came out and Seth and Roy together figured out the problem in less than 15 minutes while we all shared lots of laughter. They were able to free up the seatbelt and sent my husband and I on our way. If you ever need body work in the Burlington/Greensboro area I highly recommend Westcott Body Shop. Thank you so much Roy and Seth.

I needed to take my car into the body shop to get the bumper repaired. The service was pleasent to work with. She even went as far as to call my INS. to get that set up and called the rental company to get that set up and got some one from the rental company to get me. I will for sure come back if ever I need car body work again. The bumper looks great. I'm very pleased.

After getting rear ended, Westcott Body Shop helped handle everything, as far as getting my car repaired. They helped arrange a rental car and were in constant contact with my insurance company. Everyone was so accommodating and were truly enjoyable to work with. I would highly recommend Westcott Body Shop!

From the first phone call, Westcott was impressive and has continued to be. This has been especially important since we ve been following up from out of state. Rose is the ultimate professional thorough, engaging and exacting. The shop met their timeline and Rose updated us on progress. Above and beyond! We re very grateful.

I ve had collision work done here for two cars. I m pleased with the results and the quick turnaround on the repairs. They detailed my cars before returning them to me as an additional touch. Would highly recommend this shop.

I hit a deer and took my car there and met me tell you this....they are amazing! My car looked better, they cleaned it inside and out! Heck they even took me home! I will be going there anytime I have auto issues! Thank you Seth and Rose.

Don t take your car here I had a 2019 Toyota Camry that they couldn t fix it over two months. DONT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE.
