Took my car from Southern Pines to Tire Center of Burlington to have my work done there! A great crew, reasonable prices with prompt and professional service! Definitely great prices on tires too - thanks to Jimmy and his professional staff !!!

BEST SERVICE EVER! I drive a 2012 Volvo S60 T5. I only mention that bc people hate to work on them. But this place doesn't mind getting their guys the experience, and I really appreciate that. I asked them to install a new oil filter housing, which I had already purchased. I was considering doing it myself, but I was able to get it done faster and easier at Tire Center of Burlington. They were willing to give me a rough estimate, and they came in under that. Unfortunately for me, one of their mechanics was out sick the day I brought my vehicle in. That made it take a little longer than I expected. But I still got it back the next day, and they did a wonderful job. They have a small lot they can lock up the overnights in. So my car was never at risk. If you need work done, call these boys first. You will NOT regret it

Since the new ownership, the service level has been amazing! I always work with Blake who get's it right the right time, everytime and is transparent about what he recommends. Not out to make a quick buck rather they care about you and earning a long term customer! Highly recommend.

Are you looking for full service on your tires? Jimmy and his team at The Tire Center defined the word quality! Fair prices, quality work, and attention to details. Used them years and have always been satisfied.

This place has just about lost my business.From the rude front desk employees to the shotty services and scheduling to appointments, this place blows.They can change your oil in ten mins but anything else requires a week or more advance appointment for whatever reason and this information isn t relayed across the board apparently because you ll get a different answer every time you go.Complete waste of time.

Tire centre of Burlington is simply THE BEST !!!i have used them for over 20 years and unconditionally trust them with ALL my auto repairs - for the best cost and work in over 5 vehicles i have brought to them - i am so grateful !!!Thanks Jimmy Lewis and ALL your Awesome staff !!!

Risky place to take your business. Absolutely horrid customer service with a sprinkle of attitude on top. Poor quality work with no attention to detail. Torque specification is beyond employee comprehension. Wouldn't reccomend you take a wheelbarrow here. Beware !

Pls pls pls do not take your car to the Burlington tire center they ve had my car since alil after ten this morning here it is 3:49pm my car is still parked in same spot inwhich I parked it in this morning when I dropped it off POOR!!!!!!!!!!!!! 6 hrs if I didn t have to put a star to post this I wouldn t B.B.B

Not all people know that you should present your discount coupon before service, didnt do so because your pricing menu had the same price as the coupon. So you had to retype a ticket. How about appreciating a first time customer.

What a wonderful shop! Called with needing emergency plug in tire for son driving from Durham to Asheville but was concerned because they were not close to interstate exit. When I asked if they could tell me somewhere closer to the interstate, they kindly told me about a station right off the interstate that could do a plug in a tire. Thank you so much for being about the safety of someone rather than just the money!!! Would definitely give you my business if I didn't live so far away!

I went in for rear brakes. They gave me a quote of 100.00 plus tax as I already had purchased the new parts. Without a call to tell me that the price had changed, I showed up to a 150.00 bill because they had to loosen calipers. I should have been notified of the 50% price increase over what I was quoted. It felt shifty and pretty much BS.

Great place to get your car worked on. They have an acceptable waiting room. Prices are always below a lot of others for the work you're getting done. They also work in a timely manner. Don't know how much more you could ask for.

Descent prices for services rendered. However, you'd better have plenty of time because they're extremely slow! 7/18/2017 update - after arriving home from getting new tires put on, I noticed that the center cap from one of my rims was missing. Custom rims, and each cap costs $43.00, and takes at least a month to ship from Japan. Not my first set of tires, and this has never happen since I've owned my car. TAKE PICTURES OF YOUR AUTO BEFORE, AND AFTER YOU LEAVE THIS BUSINESS!!

Half the price of discount tire. We shopped around. Done quickly and tires were in stock. Curtious and accomodating. They'll get all our business from now on.second time to go here and I'm always pleased. Don't waste your time at the so called discount tire stores.

I am disappointed with my visit today, while they have great prices on tires it does not make up for my time lost. I dropped my car off at 10:00ish and was told it would be ready in 1 1/2 hours, no big problem. My husband and I walked around downtown Burlington a bit and grabbed lunch. We made it back at 11:50 and my car had not been moved. I asked why my car was not ready and was told that it was done and sitting out front, I told them my car had not been touched and was still in the same spot I left it. They started searching for my keys which was sitting on a shelf with no clipboard or order sheet. I was then told they was not sure what happened and that it would be a while longer. They finally finished at 1pm. I had alot of things to do today before getting my kids from school and now I have no time to do them because of this mishap and to make the matter worse it was just shrugged off like it wasnt a big deal.

I was frantically looking for tires after Burlington Kia failed to order the tires that I paid for. Fortunately for me Billy at the Tire Center was super helpful and not only found my tire size but had them mounted even though it was close to closing. I really appreciate these guys for the awesome job they did today. I recommend the Tire Center to anyone looking for fair prices and excellent service.

Friendly service always. If you need it they got it for your tires. They give you a comfy sitting area to wait and watch tv.

Well, unfortunately the service got increasingly worse. Initially when I went here the service was good and it was highly recommended by a co-worker. I had my radiator replaced which was fine, my car had overheated and was leaking. Except less than a month later my car was overheating and leaking again. So I contacted them as they were the one who had done the initial repairs. I brought it in and they could not find any issue. They told me that my car was not overheating that it was just a computer issue with the overheating signal in my car. They advised me to IGNORE the warning light in my car and continue to drive as if nothing was wrong. Obviously they were wrong about my car. (They didn't charge me for this second inspection but I would have preferred if the suggested another mechanic / say they didn't know rather than advising me to continue to drive it.) The car couldn't go 5 miles down the road without overheating with steam, leaking and the works. I had to miss work and rent a car costing me more money, while I stupidly took it back to them. They said they would try some "experimental" fixes and I told them no, I didn't want to pour more money into the car. They didn't give me an estimate we just talked about how I didn't want the repairs as they still didn't know what was wrong. They said ok and they would call me when I could pick up my car (the mechanic was looking at it at that moment). Two days later I called them because I hadn't heard back and no way would it take two days to get my car out of their garage. That's when they informed me I owed them $200 for fixing my car FOR REPAIRS I DID NOT CONSENT TO (and wasn't even given an estimate for). I told them no, I didn't consent and they grabbed the guy I initially talked with and he was gaslighting me on the phone saying I said things I 100% did NOT say or consent to. Of course, I paid and picked up my car but I will not be going back. Makes me sick. I wonder if the would have treated me like this if I was a man. Such a disappointment as the first repair experience was great. A real shame to have to find a new mechanic. I don't trust them with my cars or money anymore.

Went there Tuesday morning for a specific tire, one there was a coupon for. Was told Yokohama didn't make that tire in my size. Knowing it was not true, I went back Wednesday morning. Spoke with a different person. He looked on his screen and said they had it and gave me a price for four tires. When I mentioned the coupon he said the discount was already figured in the price. I walked. Seems they use the coupons just to get you in there, but they won't honor them.

Efficient, honest, and kind service! Strongly recommend!Took my Subaru to get a new set of tires and windshield wipers and it was finished the same day. I ranked 4 stars because I had to take it back to adjust my tire pressure and alignment, which was somewhat inconvenient. JW was awesome to work with and I got everything worked out!

Brought 4 new tires on 10/3/22 whoever mounted the tires did a poor job and had my right rear wheel wobbling just 2 days later. Came back so they fix it and of course they was busy where I had to take my car to ANOTHER tire shop down the street Mr. Tires were they properly fixed the problem. Came back today 10/26/22 with a flat tire because I had warranty on the tires and they tell me they can fix it but came back tomorrow morning because they busy I m riding around with a flat tire today I should ve have to wait till Tomorrow. Long story short go to another tire shop and spend your money else where. Poor customer service!! I would give them 0 stars if I could!

My daughter attends Elon and got a flat. She had the donut tire put on and drove her to have the one repaired. they took her right in, and did NOT accept any money. Frank was GREAT... she does need tires and we are going to have them take care of it before she heads back to NJ. This is what small businesses are about... We feel so much better with them keeping an eye on her....

Fantastic experience. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The tech who performed the service was courteous and knowledgeable. I was kept informed throughout the hour long process of getting two new tires, a bad sensor changed out and diagnostics performed. And the price was fantastic. Highly recommend. Not sure how anyone could have a bad experience here.
