I received great service here! My vehicle was serviced quickly with quality care to the of needs of my vehicle. William was honest, knowledgeable, careful, and kind. He ensured that I was aware of how to properly maintain my tires and other vehicular needs. You won t be disappointed by going there! Ask for William!

Everyone at Thomas Tire was exceptional to work with. They went out of their way to ensure that I understood everything they found with my car and transparently gave me options for repair without trying to convince me to buy something unnecessarily. I would highly recommend for any service!

My wife and I have been a customer for about five years now and we've had nothing but great experiences. Between our Edge and Tiburon not only have they done a great job with regular maintenance like oil changes and tire B/R they've also done a great job on bigger things that's needed to be replaced. I recommend them to everyone I know, really fair prices, great work always done quicker then expected, and awesome customer service.

Just moved to the area about a year ago and have been looking for a competent and trustworthy auto shop.Super friendly and professional. All repairs and potential repairs were documented with images sent to me before the work was completed. Service was completed on time and as promised. Prices seem very fair without the usual excessive add-on fees. This will be our new home for automotive service.

My 2nd visit today for an oil change/state inspection and all was done in a 30 min time frame. Impressive considering the bays and parking lot was quite full. The online scheduling is great, the staff awesome to communicate with, the waiting area/bathroom(s) is insanely clean/organized and the detailed list/pics of the work done is quite innovative/informative as well. Been to many places over many yrs and Thomas Tire IS the gold standard.

Great service. I do get my regular maintenance completed there. I recently noticed oil on my garage floor. I called one day and they worked me in the next day and no charge. That s good customer service. I ll tell others too.

I made an appointment for 1pm and showed up on time to have my car serviced. I told the attendant I was going to lunch with my husband, and asked him to call me if my car was ready before I returned. I showed back up at 1:45pm and let him know I was back, to which he replied it would be ready soon. By 2:45pm I asked how things were coming and he said I was "next, after that guy." I reminded him I had made an appointment for the obvious reason that I didn't want to wait in line on a first come/ first serve basis. It was ONLY THEN that he told me that if you do not remain in their waiting room, they serve the walk-in customers first, BEFORE those with appointments!! If I had known THAT, I would not have gone to lunch. So, I brought my car in at 1pm WITH an APPOINTMENT, and it was not ready until 4pm!! Meanwhile, walk-ins were served first. I have been trading with Thomas for 8 years. Never been treated this way before. Now I'm looking for a new auto service provider.

I'll admit I've only been here once however they were extremely friendly and attentive as well as efficient. The biggest reason I'm leaving a five star review is because I've almost NEVER taken my car somewhere for inspection where they come and simply say you're all set have a great day! And only charge me for inspection without at LEAST telling me about some semi bogus problem and suggesting I fix that immediately. Especially somewhere they primarily sell tires. Seriously those places always suggest you need tired which always makes my husband and me laugh as we do a pretty good job of staying on top of our car maintenance. And on top of that they not only have a nice waiting area but a child waiting room with a separate TV and a few toys and my daughter didn't want to leave when we were done haha I never even had to pull out the things I brought from home to entertain her so we will be back for sure.

Thomas Tire has been great to work with. We've been to them twice so far, and they meet and exceeded our expectation. We will continue to do business with them. Great people - fair, honest, and listens to what is needed. Highly recommended.

I would like to thank Thomas Tire & Automotive!First of all they where very busy.Second off I was attended to very quickly! I blow out a tire on the way home from Florida and was still two hours from home. They were professional, courteous and quick.I was off in no time. Also was nice to have coffee before getting back out there!Again I can t say enough good things about my experiences!Thank you Chris Freeman and your team! ,Jennifer

Took my truck to get checked out. I had smoke coming out of the front hood. They ran a diagnostic test and found nothing wrong. They did mention I was 1 1/2 qts. Low. Did an oil change and everything was fine. Billie was extremely nice at the front desk!! Good people and good prices!

I ll give these guys at most 1 star because they FINALLY got my tires correct. I had a nail in my tire and the tire couldn t be repaired. Perfectly fine, they said they recommend getting two new tires so I said sure I ll order two new tires so they wear a little more even than just one new tire.Fast forward I get home and realize THEY PUT THE WRONG TIRES ON. For people that do this for a living that s pretty embarrassing. I called the next morning and they said what do you mean and finally go ohhh you wanted such and such tire! Um yes the tires that were on there originally so I wait for the tires to come in. Now it s past when they said they would arrive and no phone call or update or anything. So I have to call multiple times to get an answer on where they are at. I finally get an answer and get them installed. The manager I was working with wouldn t look at me or acknowledge me when I came to pick the car up, I genuinely just think they don t care and just try to do a fast sloppy job and push people out. Learned my lesson with these people. BOTTOM LINE if you want a job done RIGHT you might get the run around here and have to waste a lot of time trying to get something done that should ve been done right the first time.

I have a dually truck that has two fuel tanks I was unsure of what fuel pump went out on my truck or even if it was the fuel pump that made my truck go down so I had my truck towed to Thomas tire on highway 49 in Asheboro North Carolina the first week of December 2023 I was told by one of the clerks that it would be 2 weeks before they get start on my truck because they were a little busy it took 3 weeks before my truck was able to go in the shop during this first 3 weeks I received no phone calls from Thomas tire associates regarding any status about my truck I called every week to check the status on my truck just to make sure it was on schedule and I received the runaround after the 3 weeks I saw that my truck was in their garage I was told once the truck went into the garage it would only take four to four and a half hours to replace the fuel pumps on my truck and it will be ready to go at this point I was at 4 weeks of my truck being at their shop still received no phone calls from Thomas tire regarding any information on my truck I called them and asked for information on the status of my truck they tell me that the fuel pumps are in and the truck is back on the ground but they're having problems getting it started think that it was something wrong with the distributor now keep in mind I never received a phone call telling me any of this I have to call them to get a status update Thomas tire took it upon their self to pull the ECM out of my truck which is basically the computer brain of my truck and wanted to replace it they never called and asked for my permission to do this type of service to let me know that that maybe the issue with my truck here it is almost 8 weeks and my truck still not done it has set in there garage not being worked on I've been told that the mechanics been able to work on it one or two hours here and there but ain't been able to focus completely on my truck I am highly pissed off and aggravated with Thomas tire I'm being charged a service that I never agreed to but I got to have my truck to run my business and they know this I would highly recommend customers going somewhere else if they don't have a simple project like a tire or oil change cuz Thomas tire does not care about their customers I've been told every time that I have called up there that they will give me a status report every day

RECORD RESEARCH and REPORT! Thomas Tire of Burlington charged me the list price $499.23 for a part that their vendors also sell at a sell price of $284.99. I talked to O reillys the night before and they told me Thomas tire overcharged me and said they heard stories and don t like them.. well I went the next morning to get print out of the sell price and O reilly guys acted like a deer in headlights. Poor ol Jeff was scared to say anything gave me the print out and called Thomas tire to let them know I was on my way to confront the price! Jeff s coworker was rude. Watch them jokers too because they are vendors with a lot of mechanic shops. I asked Brian if any cheaper they said no. They lied. They also double charged me for diagnostic fee. They charged $145.00 diagnostic fee and under the disguise of shop supplies $29.00 for the diagnostic tool! I have it recorded! Brian said when I asked what shop supplies? You charged me for using a wrench? He said no the diagnostic tool. That is double fraudulent charging! The $145.00 ADVANCED diagnostic fee covers the tool! Fraud! I have called and recorded their corporate and I never seem to get a return call.All in all this was a simple fix.. a $284.99 fix compared to their bill of $873.46!I have the receipt and RECORDINGS! Out of their own mouth!See highlighted receipt and quote from Oreillys attached.Record the and research! They will not tell you it is an easy fix if something simple and they will overcharge you for the parts and for so called shop supplies that was supposed to be one (diagnostic fee) price not two separate illegal charging.By the way you can get a universal catalytic converter for 350.00 from a muffler shop! Don t fall for the $1,400 scammers like these people steal your money.. I have them recorded!I know I am going to get a reply from them on this comment saying they are sorry but they are not. Think of how much money somebody is pocketing on this scheme.Reporting to the BBB and Attorney General of NC.

They people at Thomas Tire and Automotive -Archdale are so kind and pleasant to work with. Very thorough when you get your vehicle serviced. Kristin is usually my go to person and the other female that works there also. Just can't remember her name at this moment.And convenient location for me. Kudos to all the employees who make this arrangement work for me.

Will no longer be using Thomas Tire for mechanical services.Had an issue and took to Thomas. They made a repair but it did not totally correct the issue. So returned a few days later. They charged me a second diagnosis fee ($170).This time quoted another set of things that needed to be addressed. But I had another local mechanic performed this repair work because they were literally 1/5 of the cost Thomas quoted.

Everyone were very helpful and the work was done on time. They even did a over all check of the vehicle knowing that I was going on a long trip. They found some issues that if not taken care of could have very costly later.I really appreciate all they did for us to prepare for our trip.

First time. Just moved to Burlington area. Sales staff were very helpful. I was disappointed not tobe able to get a set of Goodyear tires I had on my truck, but was headed on a 3 day trip. I decided to get Michelin only disappointment was my fault and not understanding the size. I would have preferred a wider tire, but I cannot go wrong with what I got. The staff were able to get a new set of Michelins and on the road again. I look forward to seeing them again.

Nov 2023 addendum follows Nov 2022 comments.Nov 2022: This Thanksgiving Season here's many thanks to the Thomas Tire Burlington Team for a great job over the years! I really appreciate their high quality work AND excellent customer service helping me keep my 1997 Mercury Tracer running well. Their performance and loyalty lead me to schedule much of my car care work with them even though I now live in Raleigh.Nov 2023 addendum: Kudos and, as last year, thanks to the Thomas Tire Burlington Team for their high quality work and customer service over the years! The manager, Bryan Kennedy, has consistently provided an outstanding combination of technical knowledge and customer focused, reliable advice. I remain delighted to schedule most of my car care work with them even though I now live in Raleigh.

They were super friendly and helped me get new tires easily! The gentleman I was talking to was very sweet and patient with me and the overall service was quick even with all the other cars there. They really respect your appointment time so I will be back there for anything else that goes wrong~

Upon arrival I was very impressed how clean and orderly the outside and inside was.I was greeted by the manager and I explained the issue I was having with my front right tire.He then proceeded to get all of my information into their computer and I gave him my keys as he said they would take a look at the issue.In less than 30 minutes the manager came to where I was sitting, in a very nice lobby and sat down to explain what they had found and what they did to correct it. He then gave me my keys and my truck was pulled up in front of the building by the front door for easy access.But, before I left I went up to the desk to pay for what they had done. That s when I about fell out when he told me there was no charge.I remember 20 years or more service was like this and it always had me coming back for any issue I had and certainly not to get more free service.What a blessing there are still companies that respect their customers and don t gouge them on every opportunity.THANK YOU Thomas Tire and trust me when I say I will be a voice to all my family and friends about your great company!!

Highly recommend this shop. I had to get new tires and brakes. The guys there were very helpful and knowledgeable. They gave me accurate pricing up front as well as got my truck back on the road sooner than quoted. Thankful for their great friendly customer service during a stressful situation as we are not from this area and we were not sure what shop to go to. Glad we picked Thomas Tire and Automotive. I would gladly go back there for any other automotive needs.

Great staff! Efficient, knowledgeable, and blessed with good senses of humor. It's even pleasant to wait for your car in their very spacious waiting room area. Update: Still my place of choice for car expertise!
