I waited until the last possible second to get my oil changed and popped into strickland Brothers, as i had been there in the past and had good experiences before. They were extremely busy this last time. I think they were short staffed but were clearly hustling and remained kind, professional, and took care of me the same way they always do. I wish i would have caught the woman's name that was working because she was amazing. I would not hesitate to recommend the Huffman Mill road location, and they will remain my go to place for service.

Jamie was very quick to assist me as soon as I pulled up! Also Kenneth was very knowledgeable about a few defects that I had going on with my car! Since I ve been coming here, Kenneth always delivers great customer service!!! It was a pleasure having these two gentleman help me get in and get out in a sufficient amount of time!! Thank you for your service!!!

Kenneth was a great help!!! Once I pulled up he quickly asked what service I needed. There was two vehicles infront of me but Kenneth and his coworker who worked at the bottom pit was able to work quickly and efficiently. I was out of there very quickly. The service was awesome. Thanks Kenneth for answering the questions I had. I will be back.

Me and my family take all our cars here. Kenneth and Jamie are always super friendly and attentive to any and all things associated with my car. They always let me know if I'm due for any extra maintenance and provide helpful information such as where I can go for repairs they can't do. I will always recommend this shop to anyone looking for a quick, welcoming experience!

Great job and such an attentive worker! I'm not big on car stuff but I did appreciate how he helped the elderly lady ahead of me, as her husband just passed and she was having some other car troubles. I don't mind waiting when someone else is in need of help and I'm sure he was a blessing to her as well!

I needed a state inspection. I called around to 6 other places and either they did not have an inspector or they could not service me. I gave Strickland Brothers a call and they told me they could get me asap. I arrived shortly after and it was no one waiting. I pulled my truck around and was immediately pulled into the bay. The staff was very friendly and got me out in about 15 mins. I will definitely be back in the future and recommend them to my family and Friends.

My first time here but I ll be back. Took care of my oil change quickly and noticed my VERY dirty air filter that the last several places I had my oil changed clearly missed. Fast, efficient and friendly. Would recommend!

Me saying "I love this place" is an understatement. The staff is extra friendly and extremely knowledgeable of their job and responsibilities. They always explain everything to me every step of the way. Quick, fast, friendly and great service.. 5 stars !!!!!

I went in today for my first visit there. My husband has taken his work truck there before. Anyways, I had an oil change at Walmart a few weeks ago, and since then I was having issues with my engine revving as I would speed up to 30-40mph. I thought maybe Walmart put the wrong oil in or something so figured I would just get another oil change. Kenneth was very helpful in diagnosing my engine issues and ended up topping up my transmission fluid as well as informing me of a transmission cooling line leaking. Needless to say, I m very thankful he actually informed me of the issue, so now I can get that fixed. He was very informative, helpful and very nice.

I gave it 1 star because they had good cistomer service and friendly and offered me water or coffee while waiting.They failed my inspection because my tires. I dont have dips and they are not bald or showing any metal. In almost 20 years ive never had anyone fail me because of that. I am sure because they are a bigger company they have more strict guidelines. Just a heads up for anyone, you will have to spend 200 plus (however much your tires are) for new tires before they approve your inspection. I will not be going back ever and advised my son to not go there either when he starts driving.

Waited about 40 minutes and the line had moved up by one car. The one mechanic I spoke with was friendly enough and told me when I arrived that it would probably be a while before he could get to me because they were under staffed. He spoke of another mechanic that was working with him (from the lower level) but I never saw anyone else. Not sure if they're always that busy or not. I change my own oil so I do not frequent these types of places but my grandma only has her oil changed here, if that helps anyone.

Quick and easy ,(stay in your car) oil change spot. Price ain't too bad especially if you use the coupons. Staff is always friendly and honest.

Convenient and fast service while you wait inside your own vehicle. All fluids are checked during oil change.Team members work together to get the job done right the first time. I flag Strickland Brothers five stars of excellence!

$99.62 for a synthetic oil change and filter. Seems a little to much. Was overdue and didn t want to wait on an appointment at a Honda dealer. Might return, more competent than the last quick oil change place I went to.Edit: December 18, 2023, stopped by for an oil change only to be told they only accept cash.

Good group of men! I was wrong about the oil capacity of my 5.3L Vortec. They professionally corrected me and filled to the proper capacity as stated in my owners manual. I appreciate them and many thanks! I learned something today....

These guys were very helpful. I came in for an inspection and they were not busy so they took a minute to help me with another issue that was going on with my car. It was greatly appreciated and I would definitely use them again.
