The sales staff I dealt with was great. G wasn t trying to sell me anything or pressure me into something I didn t want. He let me buy a car and worked to make it happen. Everyone I dealt with was great- Everyone was courteous, respectful and a pleasure to work with. I walked out with the car I wanted for pretty close to the price I wanted to pay. I feel like we came to a mutually respectable deal. Dealerships need to make money, but Stearns was willing to work with me and make a deal that benefits both of us. I ll be back for our next car for sure!

As far as dealership experiences go this one was probably the best. Kelvin is a great salesman, makes things clear and the process seemed pretty transparent. Dustin in finance is great too. Was really happy taking my GT back home!

After leaving County Ford in utter disgust, we headed to Sterns Ford. They were getting ready to close at 7pm and it was about 6:30pmWe met Joe (only 3 months on the job) who showed us the cars we were looking for and then proceeded to quickly get our trade-in assessed. We found the car we were looking for at the right price. By now the store should be closing but they didn't rush us at all with the buying process.Long story short, we got a fair deal on the trade, a competitive interest rate and the car we were looking for. It was hands down the best car buying experience we've had.Charles was straight up with the figures and when we wanted to remove the extras - there was no pressure. He took them right off the quote.We ended up being there until 9pm when all was finalized but we drove away happy! We can't say enough about Joe and Charles. Highly recommend!

I completed my Volvo V60 sale process to Stearns Ford, and I have to say...I was a little skeptical about selling a car to a dealer, as there are so many scams out there! But it was the best experience!!! I had a private buyer before but the deal fell as the bank didn't approve his loan. Then Mo Stayed from the Sterns Used Car division contacted me again to buy my car and really made it easy, simple and he gained my confidence with his professional and respectful treatment all the way to the time when he sent their drivers to pick the car up in VA. He answered all my many-questions and complied with his word.BTW, Tom and Athena, the drivers, were great people and really made me feel secure through the transaction and pick up process.Congratulations Stern Ford, you have an extraordinary team at your used car division.To anyone, I highly recommend Mo Stayed and his team if you want to sell your used car!!!

Very easy to work with. Called and set up an appointment to see a truck over the last weekend. Truck was ready when we arrived. Had a small mix up with another customer that wanted the same vehicle but arrived slightly before us, but in the end it all worked out. Love the truck. Jeff was great and very easy to work with. I have purchased a few vehicles in the past and this was hands down the easiest dealership to work with. We were in and out in just a couple hours and they went ahead and let us take possession of the truck and allowed us to finish up the deal Monday when banks were open. Highly recommend. Will be looking here for my next vehicle.

I recently sold my Bronco outright to Stearns Ford. I was originally contacted through my FaceBook marketplace listing by Mo. He ran some numbers asked me what I was looking to sell for and ultimately said he thought we'd be too far apart and wished me luck. The sale I was working on fell through and I lowered the price a little. Mo reached back out, made me a respectable offer and we came to an agreement. He sent two drivers to my home to inspect the vehicle, pick it up and go over paperwork. Check was in my hand and the vehicle was gone the same day. Great experience and I would highly recommend both Mo and Stearns Ford.

I had a scheduled meeting with Canden Green on Saturday, 4/21, to see a specific car. Although I did not buy it, he did a great job of showing me the car, explaining the pricing, and working with me to get what I'm sure would have been the best deal possible. Mo contacted me about a car that I was sell. Couldn't have been anymore professional. Easy to work with and did everything to make sure I was comfortable with the sale. They flew Tom out with all the paperwork needed to sell the car to them.(I live out of state) Within a hour he was headed back to NC with the car. Once again thank you to Mo and everyone at Stearns Ford.

I posted my vehicle for sale on FB many people reached out, but MO from Fords purchasing team was by far the easiest and most pleasant to work with. He made the process extremely easy from start to finish with a couple days. There was drivers at my door, ready to pick up my vehicle.Most importantly, mowing his team gave me a very fair price. I highly recommend reaching out to them if you have a vehicle to sell when I m ready to buy I will definitely be reaching out to the dealership.

I had a great experience here last week. Jeff Grey made the entire process very easy! Would recommend him to anyone looking for a new car. The financial paperwork part was easy as well. He explained everything from beginning to end was completely prepared when I walked into his office. I love all the organization!

Received an offer from Mo online for my vehicle and I was skeptical. Contacted Stearns and confirmed that Mo worked for them and that the offer was legitimate. Communication was excellent and the buying team came to me with the paperwork, check and to pickup the car. Transaction was quick and I was able to cash the check. Mo and buying team were friendly, courteous and professional. Very pleasant experience. Highly recommend.

Stearns Ford purchased my vehicle outright. Gave me a fair price and the process was quick and seamless. Mo Sayed was great to work with and explained the process thoroughly. All aspects of the transaction were honest and upright. Could not have gone better.

Don't go here! I bought an SUV from this place. They didn't even detail or wash the car before handing it over to me. Sales person and manager ignored the fact that the tires were at 80% usage and below tred inspection safety levels, even after i told them. Tried to tell me 50%. Took it to a reputable tire dealer, and they refused to rotate them because the tires were too unsafe and couldn't pass inspection. Went back to the sales department here and showed them the inspection form, crickets. Told me they were just trying to sell me tires. For a $60,000 dollar SUV, they're so cheap they couldn't put new tires on the car, detail it, or wash and vacuum the interior. Worst yet, they never made the repairs i requested, and i keep getting notices from Carfax about tire rotation, recalls, etc, etc. Anything to save a nickle. If you're going to spend a lot of money for a used or new car, definitely shop somewhere else! Geesh!!

I thoroughly enjoyed buying our used Ford Escape Hybrid from Canden at Stearns Ford. No games, no pressure and super friendly guy and dealership. He had us in an out within a couple hours. Gave us a good deal on a good car and made us a deal on our trade in. Truly one of our best car buying experiences!

The day we drove to Burlington to buy our new car at Stearns Ford was our first time there, and the entire staff made the experience a very pleasant and rewarding one--from our salesperson Cody to the other staff who assisted--Charles, Dustin, and Kelvin--it seemed they could not do enough to answer our questions and concerns in a respectful and professional way. We will definitely recommend others to Stearns Ford.

Service was easy to schedule, I arrived a bit early and they took my truck right away. Was getting Oil change and state inspection. They made sure I was clear on what the cost was going to be before they started the work (I had free oil changes available, but only at a specific, different, dealership which I was aware of, but nice of them to double check). Services were completed much quicker than I anticipated and all the staff were very friendly. Thanks!

Absolutely love my ford edge. Absolutely love that they was able to deliver to me at my home. During this time with covid I don't get out alot. And yes, I had to keep my PJ's on, just to say I bought a car in my PJ's. Would recommend this dealership to everyone and John Fender as your salesman. They will work with you as much as they can and make every effort to do the deal. I am 100% satisfied

Service department was outstanding. Last year, we carried our commercial van to another Ford dealership that could not fix the problem. They kept it for a month. The service department at Starnes was able to fix the issue the first time on the appointment day. A+ team that communicated well. Will definitely use them again!

Had my 2018 Toyota Camry XLE Hybrid for sale on Facebook Marketplace for about a week when Stearns Ford (Mo Sayed) contacted me about buying my vehicle, They offered me $2000.00 over what another dealership was willing to give me when I bought a new vehicle. Even though it is not what I wanted I thought it was a reasonable offer and I accepted. They even came to me to pick up the vehicle which was a 3 hour drive for them. I whole process went extremely smooth. THANKS!!!

Worst car buying experience I have ever had. The two times I have been to buy a car the prices have been marked up like crazy, way above KBB value. They will also lowball you on trade in value. Recently I saw a flex they gave $4,000 in trade in value on, that then they turned and listed it at $12,000. Bunch of crooks at this dealership and County Ford as well.

They add 3% on all transactions if you DONT use cash.Got an "alignment" and after the car still pulls to the left. Crawled under the car for a different reason and found that the anti-sway bar end links needed new bushings. Some were so old they rotted off. Called the general manager and asked if this was something that should have been checked, and he agreed. Then, he proceeded to tell me there's nothing they will do because I could have damaged the bushings since the alignment. Buy Chevy...
