So went to get an inspection.guy just didn t know what he was doing or calibration is off on their tent meter . showed me at 27. I know very well what I have because I put it on the car myself ..it s 35%Got it measured up the road right on the money 35% (had them show me) and passed just fine? Maybe they got a ticket or had some shady cars passed that shouldn t? But this car was fin. Also, This is also why I asked so I guess I need to take off the tent to get an inspection huh? Total disregard of anybody s wallet if I would have listened and not have known better I would have been out $200 some dollars plus labor if I pulled the tent off

Phenomenal. I went today for the first time with my 2 year old daughter. I needed an oil change and I was already wary about bringing her with me. The staff was extremely friendly and fast. I was out within 10 minutes. It was raining outside and they even pulled my car up to the door and helped me get my daughter into the car. Excellent service! Will be returning again in the future.

This place has changed management! It was run by Mr. Edwards. He was very honest and all of his people were as well. The full service oil change included a vacuuming of the driver s side floor and washing the windshield. The new owners did not retain the old staff. The experience was much like my one and only trip to Jiffy Lube. 1. The main guy looked at me 3x when I walked in. I had already told an employee what I needed. Did they tell you about our special? Well, no they didn t but I just need an oil change with high mileage oil. So, in the middle of it, a female mechanic brought me my air filter which was nearly pristine and said, I just wanted to show you your air filter. We have these in stock if you want us to replace it. NO!!! So, I m thinking, in a shop that size, even if I did need a new air filter, what is the chance they would have the exact air filter for my make and model of car which is a 2007. I feel if someone is dishonest in one thing, you can t trust anything that they do. I will not take my car there again. There are plenty of other places to get your car serviced! People choose a small place like that for the personal and honest service. If you do not have that, you have nothing. It is a poor business model for a chain but it will be the death of an independent business.

Everyone there was friendly enough, however I ran into a classic case of "Left hand not knowing what the right hand is doing" during my visit. When I drove up I was never asked what oil I wanted and had to tell them to use synthetic. I asked to get the synthetic blend, but when my car was "done" they had given me conventional. They took it back in and quickly did another change after I told them I had asked for synthetic, but instead of the blend I got full synthetic at the higher price. I was over it and just left. I'm sure they're usually better, but they just didn't seem to be communicating well with each other when I went in.

I think the new guys that took over are great and the customers need open their minds to pirices go up its 2019 and yea if you have a new 2017 - 2019 car the oil changes is gling to cost a lot more because its a 80000 dollar car. And I think the customers are giving the new crew to hard of a time they are just trying to give quality oil changes. And Nathan worked at shell and hes still there hes awesome

Mr. Edwards and his team provide outstanding customer service. And they offer great products for your auto needs. They have been been taking care of my auto for many years. And they always do a great job .

As a female, it is always a worry of mine to go to any auto shop and be over charged due to my lack of knowledge on car parts. I had no problems at all here. They got me in and out within 15 minutes and charged me the price the part costs down the road at autozone. Very pleased!

I stopped in to have my car inspected. My car had no problems before visiting this place. The car hit hard as they pulled it into the bay and damaged my exhaust. They say they hit my transmission because of a bad mount. But i do not have transmission problems it is my exhaust that was damaged. They left me with a damaged car!! Worst experience possible!!! I would give it a negative star if I could

This place always does a great job with my family's cars, whether it is a repair, oil change or inspection. They are honest and low priced and give estimates. They also vacuum out the front of your car!

They were very helpful! I'm NOT good with cars and they explained the different oil options and didn't try to upsell me, instead telling me a cheaper option was totally reasonable for my needs. I was in and out in 15 mins and they even vacuumed my car.

These guys are honest and consistent. No, they arent the cheapest or the fastest - but i can trust them to do their best and not mess up my car. Lastly, if they something needs replaced.. It's cause it does...they arent constantly pushing upsells or extra stuff!

I always get my vehicle's oil changed here, inspections, etc. I've also relied on their experience when I have questions. The guys are always friendly and the shop is clean inside waiting area & the bays.

Quick, friendly and courteous service techs. I was in and out in no time. The gentleman who checked me in talked to me about the options I had until I was comfortable...it's my new car (new to me, anyway) and that is appreciated.

Says new management took over.Seems like all new employees.Except one.Oil changewith your own oil and filter went from 20.00 dollars to 30.00 dollars.An employee just asked a customer did he want a tire rotation.Seems like they are cherry picking for more dollars.Been coming here for years.Hope this new mgmt cared about the customer as much as the old mgmt did.
