Great guy was very helpful ! I ran into troubles with my van , I'm from out of town , they let me keep it there for tow the next day . Was nice tried to diagnose it for me could not help , but referred me to some one who can , good guys thanks alot yall!

I'm so glad I found this place! I read the reviews before choosing them. I always feel vulnerable going to a machanic because I know nothing about car repair and I always feel like they're going to lie about something and over-charge me. With Quality Automotive I didn't feel like that at all. They talked to me, looked at my car and told me what the problem was. They fixed it the very next day and didn't charge me an arm and a freaking leg! Mike, the owner was very fair with the price, I left as one happy customer! Whew! I drove my car for about 2 hours afterwards just to make sure it wasn't doing the same thing. I was very satisfied with the service. A shop I ll always feel comfortable and safe returning to This place has prices you can t beat and personable people. They are honest, explanatory, and as helpful as they can be.He quoted, We do everything, except alignment and inspections. Say no more (LOL) I m now your regular. Hi this is Al from Haw River NC.In the summer of 2022 Mike and his boys replaced the engine in my 2008 Chevy Silverado. It has been running fantastic ever since. I will be dropping the truck off again soon to have other recommended work done. Such a great place! I had gotten my car not to long ago and it ended up have some weird sounds under the hood. I m a high school student with a part time job. I don t have too much money I brought it to them and they fixed for such a great price and quick too! I will forever be coming here for all of my auto repair needs!

Update: I had to carry my Pontiac G6 GT to these guys for a stuck brake caliper on my left front. They were so busy, and Mike informed me it might be up to 2 weeks before he could get to it, which for me was no problem. I was very surprised when he called me just a few days later to let me know that it would be ready that afternoon! The very next day, the wheel bearing on my right front started making noise and I took it back again, definitely expecting to have to wait again. They fixed it the very next day. This place will have my business for life!Back in October of last year, my check engine light was blinking on my CRV and these guys corrected it at an extremely reasonable price. Mike also threw in a tune up/wire and distributor replacement at a discounted price. They will definitely be getting all of my business with any automotive issues moving forward!

I had my Grand Prix in a few times and every time they did a great job at a reasonable price. They explained the problems with the car well showed me the old parts they had to replace and why. Got me in quick even when I showed up without an appointment. I definitely recommend them.

This place is the best! I can honestly say that this was the first time I left a shop happy. First because Mike and his team do a good job, and second you can't beat the prices! I had to have both my front bearings replaced and an axle joint replaced. This would have easily cost a small fortune at a dealership, but thanks to this shop I got away paying much less. Highly recommend. Will keep coming here for automotive needs. Keep in mind that parts do have to be paid up front in cash before he does any work, but I feel this is reasonable. Keep it up!

I found Quality Auto on line & read the reviews & overall they were good, but it's always good to have your own experience. I called & made an appointment for after work to get my truck checked out. When I arrived they got me in, checked my truck & told me the issue. He called in the price for the part & told me what the labor would be. I immediately said, Yes I will have it back Monday morning to finish the job!!! I love good hard work when it don't take all day Ive already told others about this place, their price & their work.

In a band on tour. Check engine light came on while passing through. Mike explained everything that was going on in a way that made sense, hooked us up, and got us going back on our way. Highly recommended. Great people.

I just had my Jeep repaired here after it broke down passing through Burlington. The owner, Mike, personally took my call and helped me arrange a tow. Then quickly repaired the truck at a VERY affordable price. And I was treated like a long time customer. HIGHLY recommend Quality for their service and pricing.

First time using Quality Auto Repair and I am honestly blown away by how great the service was. My car runs like new. I have a older car, just needed a tune up and oil change. Mike not only did want I asked but when above and beyond to figure out why my check engine light was still on and fixed the problem. For what all was done to my car the price was amazing. No other place could compare to their prices! I won t go anywhere else rather it be a small fix or a big one, Quality Auto Repair is my go to place and will recommend anyone go there.

I was on I-40 on my way from the Outer Banks to see my parents in TN when suddenly my FJCruiser started making an awful metal on metal sound. I took the next exit and after an internet search found this auto repair shop a mile away. It was Thanksgiving week and they were very busy but they immediately began fixing my rear brakes. (Evidently my brakes were badly worn from a recent brake job that had been done incorrectly by another shop). After charging me less than I expected I was back on the road with only an hour lost! These guys are not just mechanics but to me they are my own personal angels!Service: Auto brake replacement

Took my Dodge truck in that had some transmission issues and Mike refused to let me have my truck back until it was perfect lol. Through no fault of his own a certain part wouldn't work right, and he spent a lot of his free time to get to the bottom of it and now my truck runs better than when I bought it. This guy is down to earth and looking to do the best job around, I highly recommend him!

My car got run into while I was at they gym. Never found out who did it. I took my car to Quality Automotive and mike and his crew had it looking like brand new. Couldn't even tell there had been extensive damage to the divers side. Very professional and fair priced.

For months I had been looking for repair technicians for my dear Pearline. I researched the world wide web and ran across this business and read the reviews. All of them were terrific. I definitely liked the one about the building not being fancy but they do good work. So I said, what the heck, I will give them a try. Well I called them and the first thing they did that won me over was call me back. The second was the quote and the quality customer care of explanation of the time. Finally I took Pearline for repair. I must say with a smile on my face and joy in my they repaired her and she is running like a queen with no more shuttering. They gave me an honest price with great service and I look forward to having them service Pearline again for preemptive care. If you haven't tried them yet you should....like Tony the Tiger says....these guys are GRRRRRRRREAT! Great work guys! Felicia Booker

I found this place after looking it up online so i decided to give it a try. Mike and his crew are very nice and friendly people and Mike explain to me what was needed to be fixed. He order the parts right away, but because of the snow it was delay and when it arrive, they start fixing it right away and was able to get it done in a few hours. The dealership and every other place wants me to leave the car overnight and that was not happening. I was very satisfied being this is my first time there and i will be coming back again the next time. Awesome people and awesome job!!!

I liked Mike right from the start. He struck me as just a honest county boy. They did a good job and I didn't feel like I was being ripped off. It's hard to find a good honest mechanic any more. I feel like I found both. I've got more work to be done and he will be the one from now on. I thank you Mike. You will be my first choice from now on. I had a great first experience with. Quality Automotive. He had ny car ready before the time he stated. He did great work. I recommended a friend. He was happy with the work. They installed a jasper engine in my truck after my engine blew. The service was top notch and very reasonably priced. Mike and his team were great to work with and I highly recommend them for all your service needs.

Wonderful job! I like when the car gets fixed as expected and within the budget . They replaced the transmission in my Nissan cube (150k miles) and it feels like new. They asked me to come back after a few days for re-check (I liked the follow up)... thank you again!

Within the last two months I purchased a car only to find out that it was sold with a blown engine. My wife found Quality Auto Repair during an online search and spoke with, shop owner Mike. Immediately there was a sense of comfort in dealing with him. I decided to go with him with replacing the blown engine. His pricing, quality of work and above all, customer service went far beyond my expectations. Mike and his business partner kept business upfront and fair with me. He also worked within my price range and ultimately saved me thousands on the repair. I will go to him time and time again.

This is definitely the go to place for me when it comes to auto repair! The staff was very professional and answered all my questions and were a huge help. Had my car towed here at 10am with no appointment, car wasn t running and in need of serious repairs..by 3:30-4:00pm car was fixed and running!!! Staff was professional and prices were fair! Definitely referring them to all my family and friends for future car repairs. Mike has helped me out several times throughout the years. Often on short notice and always at an honest rate. His extensive knowledge and background ensure that the job is always done right. He can fix anything and I highly recommend him!!!
