The gentleman who was working at the counter gave me some information about my car that was extremely helpful and no other mechanic offered me that information when I specifically asked about the ongoing problem. I very much appreciate him going above and beyond. I also appreciate his expertise in knowing that there was a problem, even though I had not asked him about it because I was resigned to not being able to have it repaired.

Great place. Great people. They are very knowledgeable and always helpful. I ve been going to this particular one now for about 5 years. Not only the best precision tune but also best auto shop for the needs of automotive care.

This is the best place to take your vehicle for almost anything you need done. Don Hanks and his amazing team & crew are just simply the best. I don't trust anyone else with my vehicles. I come from different cities and across town just to be taken care of the right way. You definitely get your service and moneys worth they are definitely a A1 team

I've brought my car here for a few different things and have never been disappointed. The employees and manager are professional and courteous, the prices are fair and my car always leaves happier. This is my go to from now on.

First and foremost I would like to give a BIG THANK YOU to Don. He was outstanding and making sure I had my Honda back the very next day was his word, and it was ready to go by 12pm the next day as he said. Him and his team got me back riding. Thanks to the whole NTB family. I ll be back definitely.

I am an older woman and this company has earned my trust. My ex was a mechanic and taught me a lot about cars and about the ways these services can bilk even a mechanic. I never let on what I know and I haven t needed to. They have always been straight with me, 5 years running.

Came as soon as they opened like I was instructed to do so I wouldn t have a wait due to me being 39 weeks and high risk during my pregnancy. Nobody greeted me or said anything for 15 minutes while I m waiting there. Another customer was standing outside on the phone while I walked in at 8 on the dot. After waiting at the desk without anyone speaking to me at all, they let the man behind me skip ahead since he was waiting outside on the phone. Poor customer service and judgement. Not sure why you would even call in advance.

Breaking down in Burlington, 125 miles from home, I came up on Precision Tune auto on a stranger's tip.One week later, my Jeep has new front axle, new rear axle, new brake drum and the bill is $2700 .The parts were tripled in price. This is not uncommon, but draws my ire!I do not recommend this place or any of this national chain of shops if they make their profits this way.

They are very prompt and great at courtesy and within the time frame that I needed to get my tags renewed and carwahed before 2 hours! Truthful, honest and reliable! If anything changes I will write another review at next visit which I have been to through a few vehicles. Excellent. Would refer them to anyone. Patricia Lamoreaux Johnson.

Friendly, the price is good and quick. That's the 2 stars. Unfortunately, I just replaced my battery and the mechanic saw that my coolant reservoir was low. I went to Precision Tune and got the full service oil change. When I checked the reservoir after the oil change, nothing had been done about it, but it was marked "green= good". I spoke to the manager who then told me they only look at the color and not the level. He asked me how much I thought it actually held and went on to explain the use of the reservoir as an overflow.I would expect more from full service. Poor service and wouldn't recommend.Service: Oil change

They treated my car with care when I had to get a new transmission pan and didn't make it hard. Ins and the Manger made it seemless.Will continue to bring my car there as long as Don is there

Don at Precision is very helpful an honest I've had a brand new radiator, break pads drums, and new shocks installed for a great price an they we're very fast at getting the job done right the only shop I trust

Recently, we we went to Precision Tune to have a rear window regulator/motor assembly replaced. Don, the Service Manager, took exceptional care of us! While managing the shop on a very busy day and keeping us well informed of progress, Don and Precision got our car back to us the same day. Maybe most importantly, Don made us feel like he enjoyed his job, likes people and cared about us. It was quite a refreshing experience! Thank you!!Service: Auto side window replacement

Mr Don is the best!! This was my very first time meeting him and he exceeded my expectations of great customer service! Everyone that day inside the lobby was so impressed with his down to earth & caring spirit. He genuinely cares about each client and it shows. He has great positive energy and is not there to rip customers off at all! He is awesome!!! What a great manager to have on board that will take the time to make sure his crew fixes your car properly and do what they should be doing. I'm very impressed!!You Rock Don!!! Don and Josh are always fantastic to work with. Great service and always keeping me informed on anything out of the ordinary or future needs. I've been using PT for over a decade with all of our family vehicles and Don is the best and most reliable shop manager I've dealt with in that time frame.

The staff was Awesome they talk to me about what I need to bring my car up to standards. They work in a timely fashion and keep me update on their schedule and alerted when it time to come pick it. They was very pleasant and Josh my Mechanic made me feel safe again in my car. I know he skillfully fixed my car..So grateful for Prescion Tune Auto Care. The Guy at the Desk is wonderful and very caring as well. I'm a Prescion Tune customer for sure.

I had to get my car towed and serviced due to a flat tire. I called and asked how to set up an appointment as the tow truck would be on its way soon, but was assured that they would give me a call when my car got there and check me in no issue! They made the entire experience a pleasure when it could have been so stressful. Everyone at the shop was friendly and helpful and they cared about each customer! The charges for the services were exceptional and I could tell the staff goes above and beyond. I will definitely be taking my car back there!!Services: Tires, Oil change

The entire staff was amazing! Don Hanks was amazing at running the whole place and made everyone in there feel super important and comfortable. They insisted they d have my car done in a day and a half. I made sure to let them know I absolutely had to have it back the next day at noon. Heard nothing the first day. Called at 10 am the next day (needed car back in two hours) and they hadn t even looked at it. Said could be today. Could be tomorrow . Josh was not friendly. I understand it s a first come first serve basis but they insisted they d have time to fit it in. No apologies or anything. Take your money somewhere else.Service: Auto maintenance
