Got tires from them had a slight issues but they made sure that they fixed everything and took good care of me. They are very friendly and informative they really make the environment very welcoming. I love Dennis and chassidy they are super professional and friendly they will definitely make you laugh.

My visit today was outstanding,the new people the company have hired are just great I really can't say enough about them. This place will be my place when ever I need work done to my car. I hope they will keep up the good work they are very professional and have good customers service.

Miss Chasity was awesome! She was very helpful, knowledgeable, and understanding. I would highly recommend seeing her when you visit, she will get you back to driving fast!!

They were kind to me. They helped me replace a tire immediately when I needed it and for that I am very grateful. Thank you for your availability, kindness, and swift action that I can still drive. It s important to understand that some companies can be there for us on our time when others cannot. This is very important to understand. It will foster gratitude.It is pricey here, but I am focusing on gratitude right now. I don t know if I was ripped off or not. I paid $150 for a replacement of one tire and service. Gratitude. Gratitude. Gratitude. Whoever reads this use your own discernment and that will guide you.

The staff there were professional and very friendly. Please whatever you can to keep Dennis and Chassity around!! They are the BEST!! I recommend to take your vehicle there for your maintenance needs!!!

Praise be the lord, under new management and let me tell ya, this place is night and day compared to what it was last year. Customer service was absolutely top notch 10/10. Smiling faces and pleasant employees is all you see when you walk into NTB. I live in the neighborhood and it was so bad I was driving 20 minutes out of my way for service. It s safe to say , I ll 10000000% being going back to NTB. Way to go people !!!!!

I have always had great experiences with this business, but today was superior! The staff was very friendly and professional especially Chassidy. Her energy and professionalism was like breath of fresh air. I will definitely recommend NTB s services to my family and friends!

I went to the Burlington NTB after the Greensboro Battleground store did not have the replacement tire I needed in stock. Stephen, manager, and Chastity, assistant manager, at the Burlington store took exceptional care of me. I had issues with one of the mechanics, Rocky, at the Greensboro store. He vandalized the car, maliciously broke the wiper arm and the installer that worked on the car did not return the key for the wheel lock. Stephen replaced both wiper arms and was able to remove the wheel lock by getting a special tool brought in. It took over three hours for the work to be done. I appreciate the lengths that Stephen and Chastity went through to clean up the mess made by the Battleground store. They were professional, curious, kind and went above and beyond to get the replacement tire on the car for me and repair the damage done at the Battleground store.

I discovered 2 screws in my tire mid Sunday, March 17, morning. I was luckily near NTB. I was able to get a new tire and piece of mind I wouldn't have a blow out. Awesome and professional!!! Would 1000% recommend !!!

My boyfriend and i ran over a bolt and needed a patch. We came here 30 minutes before closing and Chasity was so helpful and got us in and out. And it was only $26! Love this place, we Stan Chasity

Excellent place. I had my wifes car battery die. It was going to be a difficult one to replace, needed tools & time and extra set of hands all of which i didnt have. They got in right away, very professional, friendly, from the mechanics to the service counter staff, and they kept me apprised of the work. Great waiting area, you can watch them work on your cars or, TV & coffee, or open a laptop and work if needed. The price was very good and the work was top knotch. I will definitely return for future repais needs !

Overall great service at NTB - Burlington, NC. Had 4 new tires installed and an alignment completed. Had scheduled an appointment. Arrived a few minutes early and the service manager (Noah) greeted me, got me checked in and took the car immediately. I waited for job to be completed. Took about two hours and 45 minutes; little longer than I had expected, but they were extremely busy that day.Service Manager was great and kept me informed on progress being made. Waiting area was quiet, clean and comfortable. I was able to get a lot of work done.Two thumbs up to Noah and his team at NTB - Burlington, NC. I will definitely be back for scheduled tire maintenance and perhaps mechanical repairs, as needed.

I had to get a tire patched and just left it with them thinking it would be Monday before I could pick it up. Not only did they get it patched the same day, they stayed an hour past closing time for me to pick it up! Awesome service. Will be back.

I had an emergency I needed handled in order to drive my vehicle. I called ahead of time in hopes they would see me in the last hour and they did! Matt was a huge help in getting me back on the road and legal again! He was patient and went the extra mile in order to make sure I was taken care of. I will forever use this location being in Burlington.

This place is awesome, called late one night needing some tires changed and Chassidy was so helpful on the phone and when I got there( she needs to be the manager of this place)!! Great prices and the staff Was quick to get what I needed done!! Great place will definitely be back!!

DO NOT GO HERE. The actual mechanical work was fine, but the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I asked them what the financing options were and was told 12 months no interest on purchases above $750 . When I asked them to give me something in writing, so that I could have a record, the manager tried to tell me that he said 6-12 months . I worked retail for a long time and offered those types of deals and disclaimers, so I know to listen for them and I was not informed. When I brought this up, his response to me was just like the people at the bank don t know how to sell tires, we don t know how to sell the bank financing options .All of the above is leaving aside the fact that I had to wait an additional day to pick up my vehicle because our manager is back in tomorrow, he s more knowledgeable about that stuff , that stuff being the financing payment option. If you re going to hire new employees and leave them without supervision, the bare minimum is that they be trained on working the point of sale system.After 5 years of bringing my cars here, I will never be back again.

I called and asked If they could plug a tire. Not try and sell me tires or wipers or anything else. The first thing was let her take a look at the car. She tried to sell us wipers before we are out the door. Then she said the tire had to little tread on it and it would be a new tire. I said no. That I called the the person said they could patch it. She continued to try and say it's a liability issue. LoL. I left and won't be back

I have a company fleet car and needed a tire repair, I was told to come in first thing and I did, as soon as they see it's a fleet car they kept sliding my keys and paperwork to the side and take walk-ins first that came in after me!! Then after an hour of sitting and others in and out I asked and was told to leave my car it would be awhile. They don't won't to call wheels maintenance to get approval and was told to go somewhere else if I needed it done faster!! How rude and why push my stuff to the side and let me sit that long and ignore me? They hadn't even tried to call for an approval. This isn't the first time either, they made me wait 45 minutes to get wiper blades and then didn't put them on, just handed them to me. If your company doesn't want to have any business with these fleet cars then stop accepting the contracts and shoving us to the side and putting us at the bottom for when it's convenient for you. The young lady was nice but it was Stephen that ran me off. Thanks Stephen for not seeing what you could do to help me before sending me out to drive 300 miles today on a dangerous tire. I'm a 62 year old woman and went to Lowe's nextdoor and changed the tire myself! Thanks for wasting my time.

Excellent service. Short version: I had a tire go flat on me suddenly due to a foreign object I picked up. They quickly slid me in and tried to fix it (it was a bad puncture). After two tries, we elected to replace the two of the tires (to keep them matched) and they helped me find the exact tires I needed.After the sale support has also been excellent.Special props go out to Chassidy, Tashawn, Mondo, and Stephen. Excellent service all around.

Had a great experience in s church st burlington,NC had to have a set of tires right before closing of store. Chassidy, Kit, Mondo, Naz, Stephen stayed after hours to make sure I was safe on the road.

I came to this store and requested help with checking the air pressure in my front driver side tire. Matt the manager greeted me and asked to do a thorough check of the tire. Long story short, they were not able to get the tire off because the nut lock was missing. However, I received excellent customer service. I was assisted by Cassidy, Tashawn, and Naz.
