My family has been doing business with Mr. Norris for decades, and I've had 2 cars fixed there in the last few months. His shop is well known in our area for fairness and quality work. You never have to walk away wondering if you paid too much. So they stay super busy. I bet they could keep 12 bays going if they had the room. You just can't go wrong bringing your vehicle there.

They are great to work with. Our vehicle was having unknown issues and we took it in for diagnostics. It took a few days for them to find the issue, but they communicated very well and hardly charged a thing for the extra time spent. Super thankful for their team!

Always. I have been coming to you since the 80's. You never disappoint. Your prices are competitive. You always talk to me before repairs and explain what's going on. You discuss any future repairs that need to be addressed. I can't say enough. I recommend you to everyone.Thank you so much.

Norris was recommended to us by several people after we recently moved into the area. We ve had a few occasions to take our cars there always with great results. On one occasion they even came to our house to assess the situation. They go above and beyond to get the problems resolved. I highly recommend them.

Norris Automotive saved us when we had a recent breakdown in I-40. As soon as we arrived at Norris, I knew I had made the right decision! They were courteous, professional and service oriented. They communicated the problem and estimate for repair as well as a date for completion within several hours. We were happy with the end result and would gladly call upon them again if we lived in the area. Top notch work and service!!

Norris Automotive has done work on a couple of my vehicles. There are 2 reasons for the 3 stars and not 5.First reason, I brought in my Monte Carlo that had issues and paid for them to diagnose it. They determined the radiator was bad which is what I assumed. They did a great job, however they didn't check any of the fluids. There is a leak in the transmission fluid that I discovered after receiving the car back. I think they should have caught this during the diagnosis. Maybe I'm missing something so I apologize if I am but regardless it's not a deal breaker.The second point which irritated me is when a representative recently texted me asking how my car was holding up. I responded with some concerns and never got a reply back. Perhaps whoever texted me wasn't expecting the response I gave. I don't know why I didn't get a response back and I will don't care. That turned me off.My intent with this review isn't to try and hurt their business but to express what I did and didn't like for them to improve on it.As a business owner I can tell from experience people want to feel like their concerns matter. People don't want owners of a business to be publicly called out on a public post before there concerns are addressed. For that I will never return here.

Thank you Norris Automotive for your care and efficient service. Ryan kept me informed and updated during the repair of my water pump on my car! Ryan listened to my concerns and had more than one team member drive my car to trouble shoot the potential issues! Had my car there today for brake pads and turned rotors, excellent job, environment very very pleasant they make you feel right at home , never felt like they were taking advantage of me because I am a women, vert trust worthy. I highly recommend this place of service

We needed work that was very complicated and required working with our insurance for payment. All of the other shops we called either couldn t do the work of were not willing to work with insurance. Ryan was exceptional. He agreed to work with insurance (and the insurance company made difficult as expected) and communicated well with us along the way. It took a while to get the work done, but it was clear that was because it was not an easy job and they wanted it to be done 100 percent correct. They have high standards for their work, and we will definitely use them again when we have a need.

I've gone to Mike for as long as he has been in business. He and his crew have always been fair, honest and friendly.Last month Mike diagnosed and took care of a substantial leak with a relatively minor repair that could have been much more costly with a less experienced mechanic that didn't understand my vehicle like Mike does.

Great place for your auto repairs. I was treated with respect and everyone was very pleasant. They explained what repairs were needed and why along with advising me what the cost would be before starting the work.I would confidently send my friends and family to Norris Automotive.

I had to find a local mechanic after moving to the area & having negative experiences with ford dealerships in the area. Glad I found this place. Friendly professional people who communicated well & charged less for better work than other places I had been to. I will definitely go back for future work on my vehicle.

Service was very prompt. Took my car in one day, they called with quote for my water pump and next afternoon my car was ready for pickup. So far running great.

Very Satisfied and will call on them again the next time I need a mechanic. It s hard to find someone this day and time that doesn t give you the run around, the person that I had working on my truck to start with was just trying to make money off me and it cost me in the long run, he put a value cover gasket on my truck because I had a oil leak and in the process of doing that, he said that my harmonic balancer was broke and wanted to know if I wanted it changed and I said sure, and evidently he didn t know what they were doing because the crank turned when they were trying to get the nut broke loose from the harmonic balancer and made my truck jump timing and then in return he tried to blame it on me saying that I ran my truck without any oil in it and it sat for about 3 to 4 months before I could get up the money to have it fixed and a friend of mine told me about Mike Noriss and I called him up and he told me to bring it over and within a week they had my truck running like a sewing machine and it was the timing and I am very pleased with their honesty and also with the work that they did, I m very pleased very satisfied, I ll definitely use them again!Thanks Mike!!!

I took my 1998 Corvette to Norris Automotive for a problem with the horn. It starting blowing close to midnight in the garage. Needless to say thought someone was in our garage trying to steal it. The guys at Norris had to order the part. Everything working perfectly. My go to shop for my Vette.

Took my 2012 scion tc to get a noise I believed to be a timing chain rattling against the timing chain cover and told them I would drop it off and let them diagnose it and give me a quote on repairs for that issue and when they gave me a quote the said my brake caliper was loose.. water pump was leaking and they took my valve cover off and they played withe timing chain and it was fine and the sound I was hearing was just a what the car does when you crank it up in the morning... I've drove this car for 7 years and n never had an issue with water pump n have never had to fill it either brakes were just done professionally n had no issues with them either.. I went up there n asked them did they hear what I was talking about n they said they would have to crank it up to hear it... this is after they pulled the valve cover checked the chain evidently checked my brakes n water pump and they charged me $237.00 for a quote car is completly the same other than the forgot to clip the wiring harness back in its clips which I did when I got it back... very untrustworthy and would never recommend... they just want quick cash

I was very happy that Ryan got my car looked at right away & ordered the needed part. Busy as they were it was just a couple of hours and I was back on the road with my a.c. blowing again Thanks to Mike's team! So glad I found this repair shop about a year ago. I will keep using them.
