I ve shopped here, but I m used to Autozone for parts. Their parts are slightly different. I was shopping for windshield wipers. What they had would not fit correctly. Even the salesman tried to make it fit. I just got a refund.. In another occasion, I needed extra bright headlight bulbs. I had to buy their brand because they did not carry Sylvania.. After purchasing, I should have went to another location and bought Sylvania. The NAPA brand was not extra bright.,

Can get pretty busy, but they have good stock of what I usually need. Great price on hydraulic oil that I use in my skid steer and battery prices. Easy to get in and out of when I'm doing errands.

Guy at counter asked what i was working on? I told him I had spoken to Jason about a sealant.He walked around the counter to show me where it was & said it better work for that price.He then went back around the counter & answered the phone leaving me standing there while he looked up parts & walked to look at something for the person on the phone.I've always been told you take care of the customer in front of you( debit card in hand)put the phone on hold......however Jason was very helpful when we spoke on phone!

Came to get a hose made was told it was gonna be an hour Tell the gentleman I would wait Glad I did he went on and checked and they didn't have the fitting We needed to fix the hose. On the way to the next Store glad I just didn't decide to leave it there

The Cruise for my GPS went out in my charger, I couldn't even find the food that I needed at Walmart, imagine that, someone made a suggestion try Napa.. bingo

Store hours online says 4pm at one location and 6pm at the another location and when you arrive at store..the store hour signs says different. Not very good business .
