I went here to get my converter,and o2 sensor replaced. I also wanted my inner tie rod changed.. I was told by manager it could be expensive. I advised him I don't care cost I want it fixed and the importance of integrity.. I had a po code 430 and 450 before going to mr tire,after 2k dollars later now I have shutting down issues. Mr tire directed me to Monroe guest services, guest services suggestion taking the car to another shop of choice to see what happened. No luck all shop booked and I have to go to work. Being a.s e certified myself self I pulled my diagnostic tools out and retrace the tech steps. I found missing bolts.in my fuse junction box and payed attention to that area. My findings where when the valve cover was replaced the tech moved the box and stressed the wires that caused shortage. I contacted the store nicely and advised guest services of findings. I requested some for of apologie or partial payment refund . With no luck the lady Michelle stop responding. Now my family is seeking a strong legal team to make sure this happens to none else. Video will be posted on YouTube and all social media of this horrible experience along with conversations before and after Monroe basically ignored my plea for help and to acknowledge what's right and wrong

I would prefer to not give them any stars. Dropped my car off around 9am. I called in at noon to ask when it would be ready. The man in the phone said it would be ready by 3. My fault for not calling first but I head into town to get my car. Upon arriving at Mr tire I find out my car isn t ready and they are still awaiting a light bulb to arrive. The man again told us it would be another hour. We decided to stay in town. With no phone call of completing of service after and hour we head back to Mr tire. Where we proceed to pay and the man explains to me how he had no idea about the months new promotions that I had mentioned on the phone when making the appointment and then again when we arrived to drop off the car. We go to leave and my TPMS light is on telling me there is a monitor problem. So, we go back into Mr tire where we proceed to tell him what the car is saying. His response oh that will turn off after you drive it for a little bit okay great so we leave head home the light never turns off. I call them and tell them this problem did not correct itself. I bring my car back to the shop to find out that one of the tires they put on my car was not the correct tire. I am highly disappointed and feel I will never return here for any kind of service on my car. Clear communication with your customers and listening when they tell you something isn t right could have made it so we could have avoided more time and gas spent driving back over to me tire.

Very professional, told us exactly, what they would do after they determined what was wrong with our GMC. Would call Auto/Car shield warranty and notify them of the problem to see if covered. If so, would inform us our total we are responsible for from Warranty and order.Warranty covered the vehicle. Paid out copay, they ordered the part and GMC was repaired the next day.Very efficient, and friendly. They will be getting our business from now on for vehicle maintenance and Tires.

Got tires about 3-4 weeks ago had to bring back for additional balance an I noticed a nail in the tire around the same time that morning so I asked to plug the nail hole an he said he could not!! He said for one we don t plug an we can t patch the nail hole bc it s close to the edge and then he said I need to buy a new tire It really made me frustrated because I just brought these tire from your company and I paid around $250.00 per tire so what am I to do with a 3week old tire throw it away ard you kidding me. I told him this will be my last time ever coming here. STAY AWAY

Called late in the day needing a hole patched. Richard fit me in, found another punctured tire (I clearly hit some construction debris), got my oil changed, tires fixed and out the door a good price. I ll definitely be returning to them for my tire needs.

Richard was super helpful for me. Treated me with respect and kindness. I was treated very fairly. They replaced all 4 tires and did an oil change and the price was very good better than most places. I would go here again for sure.

These guys are very friendly and seem to know their stuff. My daughter had purchased tires there and the service was remarkable. She asked me to pick up the two good tires and told me how great Richard I'd. He is very helpful.

Great experience. Called due to my valve body busting and with stress of a flat tire on the horizon I called these guys up and they worked me in before close. Great service, friendly staff, good work taking extra precautions to protect my wheels. 10/10

I came in pretty close to closing on a Saturday panicking over a newly found flat tire. The crew was quick to pencil me in and had me in and out of there way faster than I expected! I didn t even think they had started working on my car when they had pulled it up front and they were done. Everyone was very kind and professional! I made the right choice heading here.

I stopped in to have two trailer tired switched out to new rims. I was told they were slammed busy and couldn't get me in today. I was there for 20 minutes and noticed that one mechanic was walking around on his phone the whole time. He talked to one customer for less than 3 minutes. Perhaps I'm wrong, but this isn't "slammed busy", this is "inefficient". I shall go elsewhere.

Took my car here Saturday for oil change and break service was told breaks was good and didn t need changing and the screeching noise I told them about they drove the car around but didn t hear it I go back to get my car 6 hours later and the breaks screeching the same as when I left it. Take my car to another shop Monday morning come to find out I needed front breaks AND rotors smh don t understand why those mechanics didn t know something this simple most definitely WILL NOT be returning!

I had a poor experience at another Mr. Tire store in a different city a decade ago and kind of steered clear until getting new tires on my SUV last summer at this downtown Burlington location. I m also picky where I take my import vehicle. I have since returned for brake service and rotation. This location is fantastic; this is a real garage with mechanics and not just a corporate tire center. Employees and staff are always friendly and service is efficient. They also have competitive prices on tires and always give you a good deal. I found a nail in one tire last night and drove by today for a patch. Thirty minutes later (on a busy Saturday) I was out the door and told I didn t owe a dime. This is exceptional and unexpected service in a time when such is a rarity. I recommend highly.

Went to get my tire pressure checked and found out I had a nail in my tire! They quickly took my car into the shop and replaced my tire in about 15 minutes! The service is fast and the employees are immensely kind!

I had the best experience with Mr. Tire. I pulled in their parking lot at 5:30 with my tire losing pressure due to a nail being in it. They immediately pulled my car in the bay and 25 minutes later had me ready to roll. I tried to pay for the service, but they refused the money. I will definitely be back to give them some business and I highly recommend them. What a great experience all around. THANK YOU MR. TIRE!!!

I was shopping and discovered I had a nail in my tire on my 2022 Dodge Durango. I came in and was greeted by Ron with a smile and a quick solution to fix the tire. I walked inside and the showroom was clean where Richard showed me the waiting area and snack area. Less than 30 minutes later the mechanic came back in and explained to me what he had done and if I had any questions. This was top notch service by all employees I encountered today. I appreciated this since I was stressing but there was nothing to stress about with Mr. Tire taking care of my car.

Best price in Burlington for brand new tires. Make sure to make an appointment as they seem to be busy on Saturdays. I was in and out in an hour. Richard was very helpful and made sure my tires were in stock and helped me get to the price I was quoted online. Ron was also helpful too. I will go here for my tires every time from here on

Had auto repairs performed by various auto shops over the years like H & R Auto, Carolina Nissan, and Colonial Tire. These shops either ripped me off or performed substandard repairs. In some cases like with H & R Auto, the company robs the customer and provides horrible service. Went to Mr. Tire on 13 Dec. 2022 , to get tire rotation. The service was quick and excellent. The staff very knowledgeable and professional. Told if I had any issues come bye and they will fix it. After such a great experience with Mr. Tire, l will probably be a customer for years to come.

Found this shop to be superb. Every single staff member I interacted with was pleasant. The technician who worked on my vehicle was informative on the front end and at completion. He explained how long it would take and went over his findings 45 minutes later. This was VIP service, and I m happy I happened upon this ship which will be my choice for vehicle services moving forward.

The technician I had was Tony and he seemed very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Super nice guy. I felt comfortable knowing my car was in his hands, especially considering I ve had a couple bad experiences with this place before. Took about 2 and a half hours for tire rotation, balance and alignment so not horrible. Seems like the manager kept telling people on the phone to come on in when he had 4 appointments in the lobby who s vehicles didn t get started near their appointment time. He probably should ve explained to people calling in that they were behind and there would be a longer than usual wait. One lady had an appt at 8:30 and it was almost 10am before they started her car. Couldn t have been me. I do appreciate them getting me in. I was there 7 minutes after they opened and they had no issue getting me in quickly. The place does need a clean up job. Bugs walking on floor in waiting area and I m not sure the carpet has ever been vacuumed. It could just be better looking and more comfortable for those who have a wait ahead

I can't say enough good things about my experience with Mr. Tire Auto Service. I have been a customer for years and have always had quality service at fair prices. Recently I was greeted in my driveway with a flat only to find the culprit (a deeply embedded nail) upon closer inspection. Mr. Tire is quite convenient, so I headed there to see if they could help with no notice and quickly. (I had multiple obligations for work and parenting that day). They made a potentially stressful event painless and even a pleasant surprise. They got my car in within the hour and when I picked it up there was no charge! This is the place I will continue to count on for emergency and routine service needs.

The guys at this shop were amazing. I showed up during our recent snow "storm" with tire pressure issues. Knowing my tire warranty was already out of date, but having had a great experience before, I went back anyways. They helped me patch a hole in one and put air in the rest. They had me in and out in no time. Great service and super nice crew.

A couple weeks ago, vehicle was stuck in the mud for several hours and I tried everything to get out, including wrapping a cloth around the wheel (YouTube) smh. Bad idea!!! While I was towed out of the mess, the cloth was horribly entangled in the brake. I was able to drive away and soon forgot about it until today when I heard strange sounds.I called the guys at Mr. Tire and they were super friendly. I didn t have an appointment but they started working on my car within 15 minutes during the lunch hour. During this time I watched the interactions between staff and staff to customers and I felt like the communication was genuine and honest. I wish I had bought my tires from them .To make a long story short, the young man who was originally assigned the task didn t think the removal was possible but the manager/owner asked the young man to do whatever necessary to remove it from the brake. He was able to remove it in under an hour. I wanted to pay them and bless them because I had a class I had to go to later in the day! The manager said it was on the house!I blessed the Lord as I left the place, He really does place Angels in our path to help us!

I always use this location. Everyone there is respectful and helpful. Managers Ron and Richard are the best. They respectfully call me by my name. I'm old skool and love it when a business recognize me by name and not a number.Waiting time is kept at a minimum.

got brand new tires at this place and broke one of the lugs off my wheel and didnt even tell me about it. will not be going here ever again very dishonest place
