The best car buying experience! Incredibly friendly staff and a clean well stocked lot! I felt NO pressure at all from the salesman John W.! He was very informative about the car we purchased and made us feel comfortable about our choice! 10 out of 10 would recommend!

Always ask for David and for the location sales manager Kenneth!Best car dealership experience we've ever had! They submitted my credit application one day, I picked the car the next day. We had to drive over 2hrs from south Charlotte since it was so much easier to deal with them compared to the dealerships around our place. The only thing that could make that day better is if the car was delivered to our house. And guess what? They have a free delivery option throughout the state of NC. Now we know. Our next car will be definitely bought from Mazda of Burlington with the free delivery option exercised.Big thanks to everyone who helped that to happen!

All I have to say is Always ask for David! I had been to dealership after dealership and hadn t been treated very well by any of them. I was expecting the same when I went to Modern Mazda, but I had a the opposite experience. David was fantastic! He was friendly and personable, and made me feel like a valued customer. He was so helpful with any questions I had and made sure I knew that I could call him anytime after my purchase if I had more questions. Cannot recommend him enough!

Order parts from this dealership, 4 days later parts where canceled. When contacting representative tried to lie about e-mailing the cancel order, in this day and age. 72 hours past so legally you could not cancel the order that I was expecting between the 5-7 days from payment taken.ZOOM ZOOM RIGHT PAST THIS DEALERSHIP if your lying about a wheels paperwork that is e-mailed could just imagine buying a car from this dealership. Double check all your work orders before you leave the service department make sure a lawyer checks you purchase agreement.

I worked with Chelsea - Internet Sales Manager on a Tuesday starting at 9 am and by noon that day, I finalized the purchase of a brand new Mazda 3 Hatch. She was by far the top sales person I ve ever worked with. She made buying a car such a pleasure and so easy during a time when it s a nightmare just trying to find a car. I have called and tried working with several dealers only to find out that they didn t even have the vehicles they had posted on their sites. Chelsea was amazing, friendly, honest and someone that I would love to work with again in the future. Lee delivered my car from Burlington to where I live in Apex. He spent so much time with me to make sure I had all of the information I needed in order to understand the ins and outs of my vehicle. He is a very kind and comforting person. I also worked with RC in finance and he was not pushy at all when discussing the terms of the financing and the optional extended coverage plans. Thank you again Modern Mazda. I greatly appreciate y all.

I want to give a shout out to the internet team member, Santiago for getting M(r)s. Chelsea Weiss to hit me up for a deal!They appreciated my time and I believe this is a great place to buy a new Mazda! Japanese auto car manufacturer that's not luxurious but it feels like you're driving a BMW or an Audi! The interior and the overall of my Mazda CX-5 turbo was amazing! This review is for the parts department. It was very easy to navigate the website and order the specific part I needed. I had the part from NC to FL in less than a week. Part came in perfect and was exactly what I needed. Also I noticed while shopping prices they were as cheap or cheaper than anyone else.

Ordered parts from them but they sent the wrong part number. They failed to respond to their contact form so I emailed. They initially responded to that email asking for a photo of the wrong part number, which I sent back promptly. Now it s been over a week and multiple emails seeking a timeframe on when they will correct their error but have received no response. Clearly Modern Mazda needs to step up their customer service.Update: A couple hours after posting this review they did respond with a return label to send back the wrong part and a promise the correct one would be sent out that day. While I never received tracking info for the correct part, it did show up a couple days later. So I'll add a additional star back with a note that it shouldn't take a negative public review to get them to fix a error.

When ordering parts online they will show in stock but once the order goes through you will find out the part is not in stock and is a special order and will take 3 to 5 days for them to get before they can ship the part to you. Also FYI they will cancel your order if you use a VPN. They will not reach out to you.

I am EXTREMELY satisfied with my purchase of a new vehicle from Modern Mazda. In comparison to the hounding and pressure sales tactics at other area dealerships, Modern Mazda was very easy to work with, no pressure and offered the vehicle price and extended warranty price versus all other Mazda dealerships I interacted with. Kenneth, David and RC are a pleasure to work with. Communication through the entire process was quick, clear and concise.

Felt the need to right a positive review since I am very happy with how things went. I have traded in my old car, and purchased new one from Modern Mazda about a month ago. Everything went smooth, Matt was the salesman for me, and he was very kind and thorough. Plus, I have accidentally left out my sunglasses in my old car, but once I messaged Matt about it a week later, he was able to find the sunglass, and mailed them to me. Over all experience was very satisfactory.

This is our second Mazda. We have been with the dealership through it's transition, we are pleased with the improvements. We got the deal we wanted. I appreciate a dealership that doesn't start with the tactic of asking "where do you need your payments at". Instead we focused on the purchase price and trade in. We were assisted by a very personable salesman, Lee. Leslie did our no pressure and informative paperwork, very personable also. Marshall has worked with us on our prior services. The fact we know their names says a lot about our experience. I do like the new web page features. Hopefully they will open service on Saturday, at least for oil changes. It was nice to know it's still a family business. Oh and the Mazda CX5, almost forgot, great car, great value, great features, 5 star saftey rating Zoom Zoom.

I had a lovely experience trading in my vehicle here. Douglas and Tim were very helpful. They were a pleasure to work with. Service was very helpful, too. I was in and out quickly. The person who helped with financing was awesome, as well. I didn t feel pressured into anything and everything felt very transparent and honest. If you re able, I highly recommend trying to purchase here!

Got more scratches on a brand new car along with a missing interior piece after the cars visit here. Body work is questionable as it's either incomplete or poorly repaired.

1. First day check engine light on2. Headlight out3. Water leak in car so floor boards flooding4. Battery cable needs to be replaced ( have to start with a hammer)5. Windshield wipers motor went out6. Both catalytic converter s need to be replaced.7. Rusted oil pan that s leaks8. Car has been in the shop five times so far and going back into the shop Friday9. There is no way the 180 point inspection was done so that s definitely cap

Matt, the sales representative, was never high presurre, he answered all our questions quickly and professionally, the price was very reasonable. We looked at competing brands and other dealers, but we bought our CX-30 at Modern and are very pleased.

The service department managers Billy and Fred are always professional and courteous. They care about the safety of their customers by reminding them of services due and needed. When your car leaves their shop you can count on them standing by their work.

While searching online for a CX-5, I came across Modern Mazda. Their internet sales person, Chelsea, called me directly. I told her what I wanted and how much needed to get for my trade in. She emailed me a quote and we had the deal done online. I went to the dealership fully expecting to get jerked around. I was met with friendly faces and the nicest people. We went through the paperwork with no hidden fees and no pressure to purchase anything else. This was the best car buying experience I've had. They treated me like family! Thanks to Chelsea, Lee, Tim, and RC.

My wife drove 3 and a half hours to purchase a car from them. Initially, we were dreading going because of the long trip and then potentially have to spend another couple hours at the dealership. Our sales guy Phillip had nearly everything prepared for us when we arrived. We were out in about an hour, probably less. Both my wife and I were highly impressed. I'd give them 6 stars if I could. Thanks guys.
