I ve give this place five stars because I only had one day off and I had to get a car and I stopped by there and me and George was going over the cars talking about them and everything and they were so respectful so polite and I end up walking out with one of their cars And I couldn t be happier Martins automotive is a really good place go check them out and they re easy to work with their understandable highly recommend them

my wife called and scheduled a appt for me to have my shifter bushings installed a few days in advance she was told that I could bring my car there at 9am and they would knock it out. Monday came around I woke up early and had to wake up my newborn for this appt I showed up on time and was told by a worker they he can't work on my car and they are to busy I told him I have a appt he said he would call the owner to ask he comes back outside and tells me they can't do anything for me because they are to busy this is very upsetting as I had to wake up my newborn early for this appt my newborn could have slept in which is very important for a newborn but instead the shop decided they dont need my business so clearly they dont need anyone else's dont waste your time.

Always great service they recently moved locations to a bigger facility and still very dependable and they gave me no issues on my inspection .. definitely recommend

I discovered this repair shop by accident and am so glad I did. I have had several different repairs done here and have been 100% satisfied each time. I get quality work done right at an affordable rate. The owner is a nice, friendly, honest person who will treat you fairly and with respect. As a female I still have to worry about being lied to by unscrupulous mechanics so they can make extra money. I trust the owner at Matin s completely; a mechanic I can trust is invaluable and gives me peace of mind and comfort knowing my car and I are both being well taken care of. Recommend 100%

Good dude, knows suspension but make sure you call ahead. He stays busy which is understandable.

This is one of the most professional automotive mechanic shop in the Burlington area. The staff is very knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile to ensure quality work that is done in a timely manner, correct every time the first time and most importantly at a fair and decent price. Not a good place to go if you re expecting good quality service. Martin is indeed nice but nice alone does not get your car from point A to point b or fixed. I have brought my vehicles there several times and I would have to tell him what I thought was wrong with my vehicle? One instance was when I needed an right passenger axle and he test drove it and still didn t know what part I needed. I had to end up asking a friend of mine who ended up telling me and I took it back to Martins because he was a bit cheaper.Just recently I took it in because my car ac was running hot and he put Freon in and I drove it and it got right back hot again instantly. He was clueless as to what was going on and then told me that it sounds like my ac compressor. I later had someone recheck it which showed me that he had put way too much Freon in there which is very unprofessional. I did insist that he give me an refund which he did and I told him that I was going elsewhere which he stated ok.I can t recommend this place because he s very inexperienced no matter what degrees he states to have and still very young.He told me prior regarding my ac situation that he would go to a junkyard to find a cheaper part and call me. Remind you it s over 90 degrees that whole week and I asked him to please let me know because I didn t want to burn up. He s stated he would call which he never did and when I called him he told me that all the ones he looked at was broken?People need to know that their car is in good hands and with this company it s not. You have been warned!!!!

Jorge's team at Martin's Automotive did an excellent job repairing an oxygen sensor on my vehicle. They also do NC Inspections! I appreciate Sammy, Daniel, and Johanna! Keep up the good work!

I Had bought a 2002 chrysler from a local dealer in Mebane and a lot of things went bad on it right away. So the dealer said he would fix these things and Martin's auto would pick the car up. This took forever and after having it for over 2 weeks I got a call it was done. So I had it sitting in front of my townhouse complex and when I started it for the second time it was idling to high and there was a passenger side blinker assembly that fell down in the bumper and I was told it was fixed. I went over and touched it and it feel back again wasn't even secured. I would think twice about using this facility. They were nice but that doesn't mean a good business.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair
