To say we had a great experience at Flow Honda of Burlington is an understatement. They went above and beyond in so many ways helping our family buy a used CRV for our daughter. It was a surprise gift and they helped make it a very special day. From our first contact with Chris Jones and Sai Vang, we knew we were working with the right people. Sai was so knowledgeable about Hondas, and was responsive, professional and kept us in the loop at all stages of the purchase. To top it off, Daniel Aldaco made the scary part, the paperwork, a breeze for our daughter to understand, and he was kind and patient through the whole process, answering all of our questions while having a couple of laughs along the way. Thank you Flow Honda of Burlington for making this a day to remember for our family!

From the very beginning of our vehicle search to the finalization of our purchase, I cannot say enough good things about our experience with Flow Honda of Burlington. Lisa Yodice was so easy to work with and truly took the time to listen to my laundry list of what I wanted and did NOT want in a vehicle. She and her colleagues made my initial search so easy and found the perfect vehicle for me prior to ever arriving at the dealership. The purchasing process was very simple, with no haggling on pricing or going back and forth on my own vehicles value being traded in.I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new Honda or any used vehicle as well. I cannot thank my friend Brad Anderson, who works in the service department of Flow Honda of Burlington enough for such a great vehicle recommendation AND introducing us to Lisa. The entire process from beginning to end was enjoyable and we left feeling very confident in the purchase that we made with her.

We just recently purchased a used Honda @ Flow Honda, Burlington. Our experience was so pleasant at this dealership! Scott Hendricks was our sales rep & he was friendly, easy-going & thorough! He took plenty of time, and answered all our questions, all with no pressure. He went out of his way to be helpful & even had someone come pick up our car for some extra body work & then deliver it back to us in Greensboro. Quentin Campbell handled all our paperwork & was equally warm & outgoing. We couldn't be more pleased with their service!

I had a great experience at Flow Honda. Definitely recommend working with Matteo, he was my salesperson. My parents made my process easier with purchasing a car and Matteo was there to answer all their questions and was also very informative. I went a couple days later to purchase the car and Matteo made sure I loved my car and informed me all about it. Definitely recommend!!

This was, by far, the best experience I have had purchasing a vehicle. My daughter bought her first new car and Noah was exceptional and went above and beyond, staying late so she could drive her new Honda Civic off the lot that night. Quentin explained the terms thoroughly and we were impressed with how professional the staff was. I highly recommend Flow Honda of Burlington.

This was my second interaction with Flow Honda and I am beyond impressed. I am a college student and 600 miles from home, so after receiving an oil change and tire rotation previously, I felt confident in having my car towed to Flow Honda. I was fortunate enough to work with Jada, a service center associate, and she took care of me like family. She made sure to give me updates and treated me with compassion and honesty. The service technician, Corey, was extremely knowledgeable and provided me with a video of his assessment to send to my Dad. Jada and Corey were VERY helpful, trustworthy, and honest, which I know can sometimes be rare at dealerships. I highly recommend Flow Honda in Burlington!

The service I received at Flow Honda of Burlington was elite! Scott Hendricks was professional and made the process of buying a car seamless. I would recommend working with Scott to anyone looking to buy a Honda! Scott has great knowledge on the product, a friendly attitude, and made the entire process stress free and enjoyable. Compared to other dealerships, I would highly recommend Flow Honda of Burlington. Quentin Campbell was also a great help when walking through the financing and extended service contracts. My 21 year old son went to this dealership hoping to trade his first car and upgrade to a newer model. The salesman made him feel extremely low when he left. He was told that he wouldn t get over a certain amount for his trade in at any dealership and that he wouldn t qualify for a newer model (they only have 2020 and newer is what they said). Two days later we went to a nearby reputable dealership and was able to trade in his car for $2500 over what Flow Honda told him AND was able to get a newer model car. Your customer service was horrible and the way you treated my son was unacceptable.

Purchasing a vehicle from Flow Honda of Burlington was a FANTASTIC experience. I was treated exceptionally well and was offered a very fair deal. It was the best car buying experience I have ever had and I would highly recommend them. They were an hour from our home and the drive was well worth it!

Flow Honda is responsive, detail oriented and seems to actually care. I have worked with a few dealerships across multiple states, Flow of Burlington went above and beyond - even entertaining my toddler so I could focus on making the right decision. John Crawford and manager explained everything to the smallest detail, which I needed. Finance team was entertaining and realistic with me. Did not feel like I was talked into anything, I knew all of the finance details when walking out and felt confident in my purchase. I even sent my friend your way!

Gary with Flow Honda was very knowledgeable of the vehicle I wanted to purchase. I came in at 08:30AM and Gary helped me eventhough they were not open yet. I purchased my vehicle by 10:30AM and came back to pick it up by 3:30PM. Best and fast experience!!!!

Went in for a routine oil change and tire rotation on my Honda Accord. Jada Jobe was outstanding in every aspect. She was very communicative and answered every question I had about what my car could potentially need on my next visit. She also gave me a ton of insight on future repairs and maintenance items my car may need in the years to come. Best experience at any dealership I ve ever had!!!!

I had been looking for a 3rd row vehicle for a long time. Going back and forth. I thought I had made my decision with the Honda Pilot, but my eye landed on the Odyssey. It had everything I wanted, plus loads of leg room, (I have 1 kid over 6' tall) cargo space, and the best MPG. The only problem was, all I could find were white, grey, or silver. My kids school is 60% Odyssey, and they are all these 3 colors. Not gonna work for me. I like to stand out. I wanted my kids to see me coming!!! On Thursday April 6th, I checked online AGAIN, and Flow Honda had the Odyssey I wanted in transit! I emailed them and Lanny was quick with a response. The van had just arrived!! She set me up with an appointment that evening, and when we got there, Danny got us ready to test drive, and took care of everything. They gave us a great deal, and Danny was a joy to work with and chit-chat with while we waited for financing to get all the paperwork ready. They stayed an hour over closing to make sure we were 100% ready and went over all the features. (There were A LOT) I cannot recommend Flow Honda enough. They are amazing! I never once felt pressured, it was so calm, and easy going. Thank you Flow!!!!!

I just purchased my first hybrid vehicle - a 2022 Honda Insight at Flow Honda of Burlington. My salesperson was Dan Clapper. Dan was absolutely wonderful! He was professional, helpful and friendly. He answered all of my questions and spent time showing me all of the car's features. Kurt in finance did a great job explaining the financing process and all of my warranty options. I got an amazing deal on my trade and the price for my new vehicle was fair. I highly recommend doing business here!

I have been very positive about Flow Honda in the past. I can no longer feel that way. I bought 2 vehicles form them in the last 3 years. I was using them for service. The last time I went in for service my wife drove the car in as I was outside waiting for her in our other car. She comes out and says I need to go in and talk with them as they were recommending services she didn't understand. When I went in I was introduced to their new line supervisor. He says our CRV which had 21 thousand miles on it needed to be lined up. I asked him why and he says because he put his fingers in the tread of our tires and noticed that the tread depth decreased when you measured with your fingers from back to front. I stood there amazed. I went down as he watched and did the same and could not feel and difference in tread depth. He also told her she needed her differential fluid changed even though it only had 21 K miles which is good until 50K. It became apparent that this line supervisor was hired for one purpose and that was to increase revenue for the shop. Never had we experienced this before. When I shared my concern with the manager he defended his supervisor. OK, I can see that as this line supervisor was creating revenue. But they went from being a great dealership with a great product to sleazy. If you are in Burlington don't take your Honda to them. Take them to Wagon Wheel Automotive. I had them check both of those areas and they said I didn't need either of those services. Some folks are honest and some are not. Beware.

I recently bought a used car here. 400 miles after I drove it off the lot the check engine light came on. Not only did they immediately address the issue, they made sure I had a loaner and was unaffected by the situation. The issue was more complicated than either of us could see coming, and they did the right thing at every point. I am completely shocked at how far above and beyond they went to do the right thing. I will likely be purchasing them for the foreseeable future, because I know I can trust them. The entire time I felt like they were on my side and advocating for me. Chris and Danny were incredible, and I highly recommend them to anyone interested in a vehicle.

I searched several dealerships for a SUV that would work for me and my elderly mom and I have to say Josh Bellamy is the best salesman I have ever worked with. He was kind and patient and I absolutely love my 2024 HRV sport Josh put up with me and my back-and-forth, not knowing what color I wanted not knowing this and that and he was patient and kind and when I found the color I wanted and they didn t have it. He was right on finding me one and having it sent To Burlington Honda where I could purchase it and I had to say if you are looking for a wonderful and easy experience go to Burlington, Honda ask for Josh Bellamy and the rest of the group there was also very kind in meeting my needs! Whenever I am looking for another car in the future, I will certainly be back to Josh and Burlington Honda. Thanks again I love my suv!

Flow has ruined a great business.Get ready to be upsold, manipulated, and squeezed for every dollar they can get from you.I'm putting this here because leaving negative reviews in the surveys they send with every service only hurts the technician that you interact with on site. I know this because every one of them has asked me to leave a 100 or not take the survey at all, because it can hurt their income. This practice alone is despicable enough to warrant a 1 star review, but my personal experience with Flow has been a series of frustrating and downright infuriating events that have finally convinced me to look outside of Burlington for any future Hondas I may buy.If you're planning on receiving any service from Flow Honda in Burlington, NC, get ready for the multi-point inspection. You'll be hearing those words a lot. This is a shakedown. Pure and simple. Every visit the techs are required to look at every part of your vehicle that could be replaced or refilled and inform you of their findings at every visit. This sounds innocent, until you're trying to get an oil change on a busy day, or don't have the self control to pass on the new O2 filter when you're getting a headlight replaced, and suddenly, what should have been a simple 1 hour $75-100 wait, has turned into a multi hour and far more expensive project with limited, if any actual benefit to the customer. When you ask why, "it's policy" when you ask them to stop doing these inspections without asking, they tell you there's nothing they can do about that. And remember, if you don't give these techs 100s on the survey, it affects their salary.I don't want these guys to suffer because their bosses are greedy and absolutely heartless towards their employees.(Seriously, holding money over an employee's head, even if it's bonus money, and tying it to customers giving them perfect scores is unconscionable. It's ghoulish. If you're responsible for this practice and are somehow reading this, SHAME ON YOU)I don't really know what to do. My wife and I've spent likely close to $200k at this place. We've been buying cars here and getting every service here, since long before Flow took over. Ever since, Flow came in, almost every experience we've had with them has been made noticably worse. I guess I'll be looking outside of Burlington next time.Saw your response, Flow. Don't try to bullshit me. Y'all care about nothing but squeezing your customers out of every penny. If you cared about customer satisfaction, you'd be running that place very differently. Wanna respond about the surveys that hurt your employees? Thought not.

I recently purchased a Certified Pre-Owned Honda CR-V from Flow. Matteo Amendola was my sales consultant and he was great! He patiently, thoroughly and thoughtfully answered all of my questions. He allowed me time to consider my decision and never pressured me. I would work with him again.

I would not recommend using the service department here. My service advisor was near impossible to get a hold of, told me false information when I did actually talk to him, and never followed up with me when I requested he contact me since he never seemed to be around when I tried to. I unfortunately had to get my car towed there since the problem needed a Honda specific part that my other mechanic couldn t order. Even the tow truck guy told me good luck getting good service because he had only heard bad things about the place. Go somewhere else, even Southpoint Honda, if you need Honda specific service.

This is our 7th Honda & by far the best car purchasing experience we ve ever had. We had done all our homework prior to coming in & knew what vehicle we wanted, what price point, down payment etc. John Crawford was extremely helpful & kind. Chris, the manager, was able to work with us to get us to a price point we were comfortable with. In fact, we came out with a better deal than we had anticipated. The team worked hard to go above & beyond. Would highly recommend purchasing a vehicle here - we certainly will come here for our next purchase!

Last week I saw a 2023 CR-V on Flow Honda of Burlington's website. I wanted to look at it in person and drive it, and figured this might be a big deal and take almost all day. But I really wanted to see the car so I went anyway.Actually, my visit there went very smoothly. There was no sales pitch, the focus was on answering my questions and filling my needs. I bought that CR-V, and it is the perfect car for me. Special thanks go to the salesman who helped me, Danny DeRita.The Finance Manager, Quentin Campbell, was also very helpful.I have no regrets about purchasing the CR-V and I'm still discovering nice little surprises like how easy it is to put gas in it - no cap to unscrew!

Tanner, Scott and Daniel were very helpful and kind, making my first-time car-buying experience as stress-free as possible! I was looking for a specific CRV and had talked with multiple dealerships in and outside of the Charlotte area, but I'm so glad I ended up going with Flow Honda of Burlington. I put a deposit on the vehicle while it was in transit to the dealership, and they were great about communicating with me during the transit time and keeping me updated on what was happening. Then, when it finally arrived, they quickly and accurately got all the paperwork done so I could pick up the vehicle before leaving for a work trip. Not only did this dealership have the vehicle I wanted, but they were accommodating, honest and genuinely cared about earning my business. They were attentive, which I didn t find at other dealerships, and did all they could to make the entire process the best it could be! If/when I need a vehicle in the future, I will go back to Flow Honda of Burlington, and I have already recommended this dealership to friends in the Charlotte area. This dealership is well worth the drive!
