I was very happy with the customer service over the phone, price matching and getting me in quickly! However, I paid $600 for 2 new tires and they look like this (see photos). they explained it s residue from the coating to protect the tires in the warehouse, but I would think a tire place would clean them off when I spend that much on 2 tires. The tires are not used but are old - one is from late 2021 and one is from early 2022. I also waited 2 hours for 2 tires to get put on with an appointment. I was told it would take 45 minutes.

Almost exactly month ago, my wife purchased tires from Firestone. Just the other day, we found a bubble in the sidewall. No changes in her driving habits, no potholes on her route to and from work.I told her to take it back to Firestone. I ve used them for years and figured they would stand by their products. They did not. They did not look at the tire not once. They tried to sell her a new tire claiming that it was our fault for not buying roadside assistance .I called their customer service line and after getting in touch with the manager some time later, his answer was just to sell me on roadside assistance. One month, normal driving. You would think that they would take ownership of their products. They do not. Do not go here, because it seems excuses are what they care aboutI have 1300 remaining of credit debt on my Firestone card and that is the final amount of money that will ever go to their business from me.I hope the cost of a defective tire was worth itEdit: for context, I have never once returned on a tire. I m not trying to scam Firestone. That s what pisses me off so bad.

We now have an additional used Town & Country that allowed us to take our other town and country in for repairs. It had an issue with the steering that Hunter finally found the reason and thus uncovered a conceivably dangerous condition.Hunter worked on our vehicle We were in process of preparing to leave to go out of town. There was no way to get it done in an hour's time, so we left it with them and got our vehicle back and it drives so much more safely and so much better. This has taken a great load of worry off our mind, knowing that it's now more safe to drive.

I have a fleet vehicle and this spot I've been to 3 times. Always easy check in. The wait times have varied but there is a comfy waiting area. The staff is friendly and helpful. I can't speak to pricing since my company foots the bill.

So I took my car in to get an oil change and I was told that my headlight was out. Now I already knew my headlight was out so I told the guy I didn't want them to fix it. Doing it myself was the cheaper option and it only took a minute to do. The guy told me it would take 1.6 hours of labor and I would need tools to do so. I took a video and it took 1 minute and 1 second for my husband to change it. Google would only let me post a 30 second video so I cut to the second half. Hopefully the guy at firestone who looked at me like I was crazy when I told him how easy it was will see this and stop charging customers 1.6 hours of labor. Firestone get a grip. You are overcharging and should be ashamed.

This location is unprofessional & a complete waste of time. I should have seen the red flag when the place was completely empty and the workers seemed more interested in themselves and their side conversations. I had a previously scheduled appointment because they had to order my tires in, yet miraculously even after confirmation DAY OF the appointment that they have been received, time off work was proved a complete waste. Not only did they not have the tires in, but it took them 45 minutes to even figure that out! And I would be understanding... If they had literally ANY other customer there. But thankfully their solution is to reschedule for more time off work 3 days later - no thanks. Between Kevin, Steven, & Johnny this was a terrible experience all around. Thankfully discount tires right next door was able to accommodate me without an appointment same day (even though they were slammed), had my car done quicker than Firestone estimated the work to take, and surprisingly was cheaper. All in all - thanks for leading me to a better deal!

They didn't want an appointment so we dropped the car off around 815am. They said it would be after 12 before they could look at it. Before lunch they called and said it was ready. Almost an 800$ bill. We picked the car up and it made the same noise the next day she drove it. A loud roaring noise and it stopped when you turned the wheel. We took it back in the morning time and left it they said they may could get it back that evening or the next day. The next day we haven't heard anything so we called them around 1215pm. They said the car was fixed and they called and left a message yesterday a couple hrs after we dropped it off...........that was a lie. We heard nothing. We picked it up and it was something that was loose and made the noise this time. An axle nut was loose and causing all the noise he the manager said. There is no charge for that, he said. I was the same axle nut that he didn't put on tight or that was the problem the first time for almost 800$ to fix. He couldn't explain. This was not the first time we had a problem with this business location. Smh.

Bare minimum mechanics with bare minimum pride in their work. Don't waste your time. Every time I've had my car worked on here, they say that the issue I've discussed is not going on, tell me I need something else instead, and then my car starts having even more issues after I get it back. Almost like they're causing more issues than fixing.Currently, I've had issues with my car starting. They said that the alternator, battery, and starter all tested okay, then the next day, my battery was completely fried. Just put in a brand new battery, and the next day that battery is fried too. Shop local - steal corporate.

Steve, the manager, took the time to clean all four of our new tires that we purchased. After the service techs installed the tires, they were scuffed, dirty, and glue residue left from the install. We gave our complaint to Steve and he personally cleaned them. Thanks Steve! We will be back and continue giving our service here because of you!

I made an appt for the same day around 7am for 10:30.I got there @ 10:34 (yes I was 4 minutes late) but there wasn t any mentioning about how this may affect my service request for an oil change and headlight replacement.Well I learned that the 2 items would cost me $300.67. The oil change was only $67 of that.. you can imagine that I opted to not replace the headlight but anyway my car was only taken to the garage at 12. I expressed to the guy at the front that I had seen one car come and go that had arrived after Me.Don t ask me how because that was my question too.I also witnessed a guy named Steve at the front desk tell a customer who had apparently scheduled an Appointment online that they no longer service foreign vehicles (he had a BMW) but their system apparently allowed an appointment to be scheduled. That s crazy to me! But I say all of this say that this place really knows how to waste peoples time and aren t communicative at all. And yes, I type this as I wait and as I approach the 2 hour mark

Excellent manager at this location! I witnessed the heavy volume of foot traffic and phone calls to deal with. The manager is an excellent communicator and amazing at multitasking.

Front left tire had a slow leak, we were advised it could not be repaired. A new tire was installed. We noticed the new tire had a slow leak within 1 week. 2nd visit we were told the rim was bent. Advisor stated we must have failed to communicate that on the initial visit.

BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!YOU ARE NOT A VALUED CUSTOMER! MONEY IS MORE IMPORTANT!Made appointment for 10 am on 27 December for my vehicle for tire rotation and lifetime alignment check, and to have brakes checked. I dropped it off at 9am. I called at 12.30 to find out the vehicle had not been looked at! I went and picked up my truck and was told that they worked on another vehicle and was able to bill 16hrs of labor, and that was why mine wasn't looked at!I have been a Firestone tire customer for over 20 years! If this is how Firestone tire treats their customers then I don't need to be a customer of theirs anymore!

I had a blowout on 85 on a Sunday and this place was my best option. They did get me a good price on a decent tire however they were not very busy and it took them over an hour. On the positive side they got it done quicker than they said they would because they originally said it would take over 2 hours.

Firestone car Care and tires are excellent and very helpful. Honest and dependable when I had a disaster when roadside assistant screwed my tie up changing my tire. Stripped 3 lugs and broke 3 of the attached bolts. Firestone went above the job finding my parts to get me pictures!! Idiots for Jack Rabbit USA DIDN'T come in a tow truck, but a personal car. Had California had any sense when I told them in NC that no one except the mechanics are allowed in the bays because of liability insurance, I supplied everything with the help of Firestone except a stupid picture of the spare tire on! Who thinks of taking a picture with a spare on their car?? Thanks Firestone for helping me get my $ 575.82 back, after I had to turn it into my comp., to finally get my money back 5 months later and Thanks Travellers insurance and the great team at Encore Insurance Advisors. All of you were great except Jack Rabbit USA!! Never use them for your own safety . Excellent car service.

Lead technicians are the only ones who can do most real mechanic tasks.. I dropped my car off for an alignment and coolant flush.. arrived and dropped it off no problem. They verified the phone number to call when it's ready, the guy stated "it should only be about 2 hours.. but they will call when its ready". 4 hours go by and I saw the work order get entered in (email) about 30 minutes after drop off but no word from them, so I called and they stated it was being worked on right now.. and they will call when it's ready. At 4pm .. 1 hour before they closed I drove down there to see if it was ready and to wait on it while it was being finished so I would be sure to have my car when they closed. When I drove to a parking space my car was parked in a spot.. idk how long it was that way but when I went in and checked out the lady at the counter could only say "they should have called" I have gone here a few times and it seems like they dont communicate well between the cs reps and the mechanics. I've even had issues where my car never got touched for an oil change for 3 hours! And no that's 2 hour wait then me checking in to see if it was done and it wasnt.. so they told me to wait another hour and they would get it done.

DO NOT GO! Waste of time and inexperienced Store Manager. You would think the manager Sam was knowledgeable enough to train his employees yet however he lacks the capability. He does not take accountability for his or his employees mistakes. I have been going to this Firestone for years and there is always an issue with communication. When you talk to an employee on the phone, and schedule an appointment the price and what you spoke about is ALWAYS different when you arrive. Partly because the manager discriminates against people of color. I don t understand how someone can pay for a warranty yet there is no documented policies or procedures for that warranty. It all depends on who is working at the time. If Sam is working, expect discrimination and everything that the past employees told you to be a lie, your wrong, the employees are wrong and Sam is right.

Received a call that it was finished and price was significantly more than I was quoted. The employee (I believe Justin was his name) tried to adjust the bill down, still wasn t happy cause that was still over quoted amount a good bit, he was very respectful and I do appreciate him trying to help though. When I arrived the fella took care of me. Over all I wasn t satisfied with how this service went, but they made it right, and I can appreciate when a company accepts responsibility for their mistakes. I can t remember the guys name who checked me out.Service: Tires

I scheduled an oil change appointment (9/29)at 5pm for an oil change. I called 9/29 at 1:00pm to ask them their late policy because I get off at 4:45pm and work 27 miles away. The person I spoke with stated Don t worry, we will work you in . I arrived at 5:59pm due to traffic. When I arrived he states they can t see me because the staff was gone. The website states they are supposed to close at 7. He suggested I come early in the morning to drop off my car so they can get it worked in. I was there by 6:30am. I was waiting outside at 7am. Soon as I wakes in the worker tells me I can t be seen today due to they are booked. Gas and time was wasted. I could have just been told when I called 9/29 you guys are booked and don t expect walk ins

Went for a front end alignment. Close to closing time. Got me in. On my way home I noticed my steering wheel was still crooked. Called Johnny and he said bring it back in the morning. Got it straight as an arrow the second time. Thanks Johnny.

Super helpful on a Sunday! While visiting from out of town and after encountering a soft tire when leaving church, there are not many options.Luckily my go to back home was my go to in Burlington and what turned out to be a leaky valve was fixed quickly and Sunday plans to visit with family were minimally impacted. The car was quickly inspected and on a lift in a very reasonable amount of time. The crew communicated the status of the work frequently and the waiting area nice and comfortable. The place was full when I got there at 1130 and nearly empty when I left with a steady flow of customers arriving when I was leaving. Great service!

Firstly we made an appointment and still waited 4 hours for the car to be done. My wife took her car there for an oil change, and they told her that she had a hole in one of the tires and they changed it and put the wrong size tires on. Sent her to another dealership to fix a nonexistent sensor problem that was caused by the wrong sized tire. Charged her $800 and spent 4 hours putting on wrong tires. Would NOT recommend

This was my 1st visit and I received excellent service today! I was worried because of all the negative reviews but the store manager Sam and Lenny made sure I was taken care of. I even got out of there earlier than expected. The staff was professional and knowledgeable. They told me what I needed and what I didn't. They didn't try to upcharge me or suggest services I didn't need. Thank you so much Firestone staff for taking care of my car care needs . See you at the next service appointment!Update 11/5/23 still providing the best service. This has been y 5th visit so far!

Told me that I needed a wheel alignment whole time I need a new axel. Also told me when I came in that they didn t have any technicians but had loaded up a car that got there after me and then said they could only do it if I had an appointment ( which one is it?? ) and this was all after I stood there for 15 minutes while they completely ignored me.

This is the place for you if you want a Firestone Credit Card and services that you probably don't really need. During a recent oil change I was asked who had been servicing my vehicle because the oil pan bolt was getting rounded off due to an impact wrench being used on it. Well....this was the only place I had taken my vehicle to be serviced... Interesting... I had also requested a tire rotation, so when removing one of the lug nuts it was cross threading on the wheel stud. So the wheel stud needed to be replaced before it broke the next time someone tried to take the tire off. They supposedly replaced the wheel stud free of charge... Interesting, why would you replace it free of charge unless you knew it was your fault that it was going to break. I was also told that I needed new tires because the "secondary" rubber was showing... No thanks... I took my car to a reputable, non-chain, auto mechanic for new tires. Interestingly, one of the wheel studs broke while they were taking the tire off because whoever put it on (FIRESTONE), put it on too tight and they had no choice but to break it.While sitting patiently in their waiting area, I could hear the staff try to sell a Firestone Credit Card to every person that needed work done to their car. I realize that this is most likely a corporate policy, but is it really the best policy?I will never bring any of my cars to Firestone ever again. This time honesty, and being reputable wins over convenience as it always should!! I have learned my lesson!
