Our car needed a new crankshaft position sensor. We dropped the car off on a Monday, and they got to it on Tuesday, repaiting it promptly despite it being a busy week for them. The repair cost was very reasonable and fair. Matt is always courteous and great to work with!

Duncan Exxon does good work, and more importantly, they're always willing to tell me what DOESN'T need to be done on my car. It's probably pretty clear that I don't have much mechanical knowledge, so I feel grateful for the honesty when someone tells me that they could take my money to fix xyz thing if I really wanted, but they don't really think it needs it. Over the small handful of times I've been there, I've come to really trust that they'll treat me honestly and well. That can be hard to find so I highly recommend them!Services: Tires, Tire rotations, Oil change

Took my BMW there yesterday for a coolant leak and received a friendly welcome and even an offer to drive me home if I left the car. I didn't need the ride home, but I left the car with them and it was ready this afternoon. Great service, excellent work at a reasonable cost.

Duncan's Exxon Service Center is one of the few auto repair shops that actually care about the community and the people they serve. I'm always satisfied with their service. They even send a courtesy text message a week later to make sure that the service they provided is still holding up. If you're a person who always feels like you're at the mercy of the mechanic and being taken advantage of, you'll feel a little bit better going here.Services: Electrical repair, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Auto brake repair, Auto maintenance, Oil change

If you want your car fixed right you want to take your car here. I took it to 2 top chains here and they made it worst. I took my car here and they got rid of the problem the first time. I will be taking all my cars and truck here. Friendly staff.

Called them on Friday at 445pm and Anthony said sure come in and we will get your inspection right away, I brought a jeep and this is the garage that the previous owner used, I will definitely use them again

Had four tires put on about two months ago. The day after I got them put on, I walked out to find two of them were flat. The car was not drivable so I had to find another way to work. While at work, I called Duncan to let them know that my tires were flat and that I was at work and could not leave. They went out to the house and got my car, fixed the issue on my tires and brought it to me-at work- in a timely manner. (The flat tires were not their fault; I had flashy valve covers on that caused them to slowly deflate overnight). Will definitely go back for all my car needs.

From Indiana and headed to vacation. Found our two of our three brake lights weren t working. My gut saw the sign there for service and told my husband that s where we need to go. Thank the Lord we did! They squeezed us in found out it was the fuse and had us on our way. Big thank you to the guys that were working there!!!! They have very trust worthy service. The guys in the shop are all very nice and are truly concerned with fixing your car right. It doesn't matter if they fixing your tire or your brakes, they make sure it's done right

Duncan is my go to Machanic shop, they are always willing to help me out with my car repairs at a reasonable price, not to mention they arrange towing if need. Been going there over 10 yrs.now I have don't let anyone else work on my cars.

Great family company that has been a staple to downtown Burlington for decades. They do routine maintenance plus I have used their towing and roadside assistance before (dead battery). They have offered me a $15 dollar solutions to buy me time before a major repair. It was appreciated and I continue to go to them for my car needs.
