I needed my work truck fixed while I was at the beach. They listened to what I wanted done and knocked it out. They called me and told me it was done right as I got back from Wilmington. Had a driver lose all his water from big truck in Burlington, (THREE MILES FROM THIS SHOP) called these folks to go to him. 2 clamps ($18.34), Antifreeze ($108.80) Service truck charge was $65 and $281.25 for labor to put on TWO clamps=total bill was $505.34!Are there ANY decent, reliable, honest people left in this world? I m beyond disappointed and disgusted that people treat others this way just because they can, because they know that driver is stuck and the owner is 3 hours away and has no choice but to hope they will be fair and honest, which they turn out not to be.

The entire crew from the front desk to the guys in the shop are amazing. My bus isn't even finished yet but the time they spent with me today going over the game plan and sharing of ideas was so appreciated. I can't wait to see the finished product!

Very high prices with low professional level of staff. I ordered computer diagnostics fuel system. I was hoping to get the recommendation for repair .They are just printed vehicle' messages which I had in the computer of my truck, among whom were old posts about the rear lights without any real recommendations for repair of the fuel system. I do not understood why I paid over $285? This amount included two fuel filters ($44.73)which were replaced on my initiative. After a visit to this service I feel like man who, instead of a gramophone filed just a part of it in the form of a pipe! If you want to have the same feeling you have the chance.

We use Diesel Engine at our company and they are fair and reliable. We know we can always call them to pick up a truck from our shop, give one of our drivers a tow, or even repair a truck on site. They perform our regularly scheduled maintenance as well and we can always trust that our trucks will come back in perfect shape.
