WONDERFUL WONDERFUL people . I was so thankful to have this team assist me in my recent accident. Everyone from the team from reception Miss Cindy, and Miss Joanne were so kind and helpful answering all my questions when I first submitted my claim. The estimater Nick was very thorough and helpful doing the estimate! I am truly thankful for Classic Collision. Thank you all for making this process easy and quick! God is good (Before and after)

I was recently involved in a car accident and I brought my vehicle here for the repairs, the CarSmart Collision staff were extremely helpful through the whole process. They we re very communicative and always kept me updated on the work being done and progress of the repairs. Everything was explained to me thoroughly, and in a way I could understand. I really appreciated how friendly and understanding the staff were as well. All the repairs done on the vehicle were great, there is no way to tell there was any damage before. Over all I will definitely know where to go for any future repairs I need, because I feel reassured that all the work here is done right.Service: Auto body & trim repair

Rackley Body Shop did an amazing on my 2020 Dodge Challenger. Everywhere else told me they were backed up until April or May. Went to rackleys, we talked & he got my car in the shop within a week & was done with it the following week. Every time I called or emailed him he always answered & responded i m a timely manner. CarSmart fixed my 2018 Honda Civic perfectly. They kept contact with my adjuster and always called me with process updates. My car was restored within a month to factory-grade. It looks even better than when I bought it and as a cherry on top they washed and waxed the exterior. Sandy at the front desk was the kindest to speak to and I had no issues getting an accurate estimate. I recommend Rodney Brooks for any consultations on your vehicle. He guaranteed that my car would be as good as new and did not disappoint. I was in an accident at the end of April in my 2023 Hyundai Elantra N. I went to multiple body shops to get estimates and see when they could get me in. CarSmart Collision was able to get my car in the shop within 2 weeks, which was much faster than any other shop I talked to. On top of this, all of the staff was extremely friendly, welcoming, and honest throughout the process. I got my car back within about a month of it being there (including about 2 weeks my car was sitting there due to waiting for insurance approval). They kept me constantly updated about any problems they happened to run into and how long it would take to get them resolved. They also went above and beyond to fix the small scratches and details to make sure my car was perfect before it was returned to me. I would also like to give special thanks to Sandy, who was one of the receptionists at the shop, and to Brian, the mechanic who worked on my car. They were extremely understanding, honest, and friendly through the process. I highly recommend this shop to anyone who is in need of any repairs. They will take great care of you! Absolutely Wonderful!!! Went to 2 other colliasion centers that get me an appointment to do an estimate for at least 2 weeks!! Stopped by CarSmart, my 3rd and final stop, and the job was completed in less than a week!! Helpful, honest, accommodating, and friendly!!! They do excellent work here! (Don t ask how I am an expert in quality of body work. Please. Don t ask. ) I had a damaged rear bumper including structural damage on a high-roof camper van, and they gave me a clear estimate and then came in under the final estimate. Other body shops couldn t fit such a tall vehicle into their garages, but these folks had no problem with that. The office staff were also incredibly patient and clear in walking me through their process. I m getting up in years and sometimes need things said twice, and Sandy and her coworker (sorry to have forgotten her name see above re. my aging brain) were very kind about that. It was worth the drive out to Burlington to have the work done here. I highly recommend CarSmart Burlington.

I towed my car from Modern Collision to CarSmart after a theft because Modern had the car for 2 months and hadn t done anything with it. CarSmart was very open and honest with their communication. I got news I would be making a very quick move out of town within about 2 weeks and when I informed CarSmart they finished the job the next day. This removed so much stress about the car I couldn t appreciate it more. Definitely bring your car here if you have the chance to choose between any of the other auto body shops!!

Best body shop in North Carolina. I have a seibon carbon fiber hood(retail goes for $1200). They are one of the best shops in NC, I will never go to another body shop as long as they are open. I had a collision with a deer and needed to find a place to get my car repaired. Went to many shops and when I went to Car Smart I knew it was the place to use. The people were friendly efficient and seemed to know what they were doing. All of this proved true. They went out of their way to keep me informed of the progress on my repair. Were very friendly during all of our inteactions. Explained things to me well. Picked up my car and it looks great!! Phenomenal business. If I could give 10 stars, I would. We were in a car accident in NC and we are out of state (MD). Navigating a fix from a distance is very challenging. CarSmart took care of us from the very first phone call to the day-after we pulled back into our driveway back in MD. Comprehensive, smart, thorough, understanding, flexible. Clear communication from the staff (especially Sandy! (Sandy is the best!)) about the process of dealing with insurances (which is not easy at all), time-lines, follow-up phone calls, ordering parts, install and test-driving. Each step comes with its own challenges and CarSmart handled everything with professionalism and care. They treated us like family. They knew that we were going to pick this vehicle up and turn around and drive 6hours home. We were worried we would get stuck on the side of the road 3hrs out. They tested and re-tested everything to make sure we were safe. They went above and beyond with customer service. They also cleaned my vehicle on the inside!! Huge treat! Those little touches make all the difference. We are very grateful to CarSmart for everything that they have done for our family. If you have your vehicle fixed here, it will be fixed correctly the first time, they are trustworthy business, and you can be confident that you are in good hands. This should come much earlier but I would like to put Jay's work to a hard roadwork to test its quality before I left any comment. Till now, 3000 miles and half a year driving left me with no difference in the driving experience against the original car. A reasonable cost brings back a fully functional and worry-free car, and I am obliged to express my sincere appreciation to Jay and his crew.My car bumped into the front car with the extension bar on the main frame hidden in the engine compartment shrunk and some of the fixtures dislocated, but, magically, the body was largely intact. So, with the 8-year old car, my request to Jay is to replace the extension bar and make the best use of the body parts to help keep this car still worthwhile. This would take away a big part of the profit of a body work without painting, and the dealer would not be willing to do it (they follow a protocol to restore a car to its factory condition). So, I was looking for a body shop which has high customer satisfaction and is willing to fulfill customized requests, and I found Rackly close to me.I would say it took me quite some effort to talk Jay into help fix my car by taking a few trips to his store (my car was still fully functional after the accident). I understood his concerns, thinking I was looking for cheap labor but he aimed at quality work. He was uncertain whether I was willing to spend the amount of money (I have to cover the expense myself) and authorize the jobs required to reach his standard. I told him that I am willing to pay whatever is needed for the job to reach his goal, but just don't want to pay extra for whatever jobs over-serviced.After the misunderstanding was resolved, he finally agreed to service my car. I have to say, you can have a peace of mind to wait for the best when he decided to keep your car. As agreed, he opened my car and found that the radiator frame was fractured too, and without hesitation, I agreed to have it replaced as well. Given the strength of the collision and the cramped parts in the engine compartment, it is very likely some damage was done to the radiator frame. He further suggested me of a much cheaper way to restore the car by pulling the shrunk extension bar but I decided to replace it. I have to say he is quite patient with his customers, giving me enough technical explanations on what to be performed and why to do so, which is great.After a few weeks, the car was restored to the best possible condition. I was concerned whether the positioning of the tires/frame was good enough to give a stable feeling of driving on the highway. The lengthy trip showed me that the restoration is excellent and I can find nothing to complain. The only concern is there is mechanical noise coming from the chassis on the collision side when the car is just start and when weather is cold. The guess is, the part of the suspension might have hidden damage due to the collision, and I will keep an eye on it.In all, I had a very pleasant experience with Jay and his crew for my car and I am fully satisfied. Jay is a very reasonable person, reasonable with the charge for their services as well!Service: Body & Trim

They're at a convenient location for me, right around the corner. The quality of work is great, but the thing I most appreciated was that they was a great buffer between myself, the insurance company and the rental company. Because of the supply chain, it took longer than I expected, but they was always ready with an answer when I called.

Took car here after my daughter hit a parked car. They only work M-Th, 10hr days. Insurance paid them for parts, was 7 days later they ordered them. Haven't seen the work yet, cause it's been 3wks.

Jay is by far, the best shop manager I have ever met. I brought my girlfriends car here last month to have to bumper repaired(she can t drive well). Jay beat the price 3x what the bigger shops in the area quoted me. They did a fantastic job, very well staffed shop and Jay has the best attitude toward his customers than any other shop. These guys are AWESOME! Super down to Earth, locally involved in the community & they don't 'show boat'. The shop is real, not a fancy columned entrance & waiting room with a preferred client base in mind. It's a clean, simple place that gets it done! Just a well polished small business that let's the customer relationship & work do the advertising for them. A good business knows these principals & that's what Jay & them do!
