I needed new tires on my vehicle, so my husband ordered them online and set up an appointment for me to get them put on. I was early for my appointment and they were super busy, but they were able to get to my vehicle on time and it didn't take long at all! There was a waiting room with a tv, which was nice! The staff that I interacted with was very friendly and courteous!

Took my truck in today on 9/29 to get front tires and an alignment. Service was great and and really nice guys up front. I will definitely be bringing my truck back to these guys.

I received excellent service despite the issues they were having due to computers being offline. Received updates on the status of the repair while waiting, and they patch tires car tires rather than using plugs!

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS TEAM! They truly are wonderful all of the way around! They have more than customer service skills, which in and of itself is a HUGE deal! They are kind, courteous, polite, respectful, trustworthy, reasonable, responsible, patient, hard working, and seriously all around an EXCELLENT TEAM! I completely trust Black's Tire with my family's vehicles. I HIGHLY recommend!!! I even bragged on them to a Burlington Police Officer, yes they are that great!

The guys do a good service. They're polite as they assist you. If you get used tires. They're basically like new. It's right next to a Cafe so if you if you want to get a bite to eat when they do something to your car. You can do so. Yet they're rather fast with basic services. So it's a good place to go to for automotive services.

Great experience! I called the day before about a front and rear wheel alignment and went the next morning. I've never been to this shop before, but I definitely will be going back for future things. The staff was very friendly and courteous. You guy's rock!

I've been going to Burlington Tire for 30 years now. Mr. Anders and his staff treat me like one of their own. As a female, I feel respected and never taken advantage of. They are honest, hard-working and remember me every time I walk through the door. The prices are fair and they give quality service. Mr Anders is honest and would never mistreat customers. He lays it on the line to try to help his customers, no matter how old or worn out their car may be. Plus they love my dog! Added bonus. Shop local, folks!

Here is the problem that I have. I took my car because I had shaking around the left front tire. I was told it was the U joints and that it was not serviceable so I was referred to another local shop.They took care of it but noticed my lower control arm had movement....it kinda veered a little when I braked so I took it back to this establishment.He ordered the part based on what the other shop told him but after inspecting it, which this is my second trip here in a week, he said that the lower control arms on both sides needed to be replaced, cool.I paid for this job and took my car home.I noticed it was a little wobbly but I thought it was because I needed an alignment, I was to return for an alignment in a couple of days.Next morning I hear a noise as I m driving so I went back because my tire felt like it was about to come off on the right side.The wobbling that I felt initially was not on the right side at all.I was told it was now my axle needing to be replaced.I stared at this guy like he was a ghost.How could this not be discovered when your mechanic is down under my vehicle inspecting and working right in the area of my axle.I m not believing this was not caused by mechanical error.And now to have to pay another $300, why would I not feel handled.Unhappy customer. Very unhappy

So my mom's car picked up something in a tire imagine that lol. But we we're close to Burlington Tire Service so we stopped in to see if it could be repaired, unfortunately it couldn't be patched so a new tire was needed. It took roughly an hour and a half to order , wait and have the new tire installed at a great price. Clint at the write up desk awesome super friendly and made our trip quick n easy . fast friendly shop

I was very pleased with my service. I got a nice set of tires for a good price. Being on a single mom budget this place gave Me a great quote. The customer service was outstanding! Thank you Mr. Bill and Alex for being so wonderful!

I am impressed. They got my truck in at the end of the day and got my tires changed with no problems. Great service and very nice. The only issue i had was the mechanic that drove my truck didn't know how to shift thru the gears, but was still careful.

I've known the staff here for a long time as they're down the street from our family business. They've always treated my family & I with the upmost respect. They've gone above & beyond to help our family with our vehicle needs. We have several vehicles we take to get serviced there, & I've yet to be disappointed. They're kind enough to fit us in & take care of our vehicles with ample knowledge, speed, efficiency, & more than fair pricing. They're not just in it for the money. Their staff is knowledgable, respectful , and kind, even answering my obnoxious questions since I am NOT a car person! They've even given my little girl coloring books & crayons while we've waited. It's the little things that count!! No place is perfect, but I wouldn't take my vehicle elsewhere, or entrust it to anyone else. I talk to Kirk a lot, one of the main managers there, and he is extremely knowledgable and kind. Sure, the place is at a slightly awkward location off South Church Street and it doesn't look like the latest and greatest, but looks are deceiving! Highly recommend this business staff, & would give it 6 stars if I could. Thank you, Burlington Tire Service, for all you do!

Today my front tire blew out on the interstate and I was forced to pull over onto the left hand shoulder (scary!!) Not only were they there in twenty minutes to change my tire (when I was fifteen minutes out of the way) but the owner called me multiple times to make sure I was ok while I waited on their truck. Very reasonable prices and incredibly trustworthy service. Additionally, they had three new tires, new brake pads, and an oil change done in under an hour. I'd leave them a million rave reviews if I could!

We were traveling & got a flat tire. Burlinging Tire specializes in a different brand than we have on our car, but they made every effort to get an exact replacement for our tire quickly (under 2 hours). When we got there everyone was so pleasant & helpful. It is obvious they are proud of this establishment. When we found out we'd damaged another tire beyond repair (severe gouge) they ran out again & got the 2nd, specialized tire. All I can say is we lucked out finding them. They deserve the 5 stars they receive. While waiting, people walked in that one could tell were long time, loyal customers. Local car dealership did not stock & said 2-3 days to get a new one. What a difference. We were out in 2 hours.

This place doesn't even deserve one star. I came in and told them I needed a tire and that I had a blow box on my car. They said ok, and everything was fine. I get my car back and they had left the car running so they violated my blow box. Which means my car will lock up unless I pay the $70 fine. Did they offer to reimburse me for the problems they caused? No. Did they argue with me and tell me that it was my fault because they don't know how to deal with these things? Yes. Horrible customer service and I will never be back. They said they didn't know what was going in but I know my car was beeping and the horn was honking after the machine went off but they failed to tell me what had happened until I got in my car. I hope they even fixed my tire.

Honest best describes them. Thought my brake pads needed replacing due to some chirping/noises and dropped off my car. Got a call a little later that same morning that I didn't need any pads, and the noise was probably due to brake dust only. They could have done the work anyway (since it was what I had asked), but they saved me money I didn't need to spend and gained a customer for life!

I used to love this place, but the last time I was in for an oil.change they screwed my car up big time! They admitted their mistake, but I had to return three times to get the situation corrected, and they didn't even offer a refund or any kind of restitution for the inconvenience, lost hours and extra miles (gas) that I suffered due to their mistake.

This place has great service. No problem at all getting your tires rotated every 5000 miles, plus I got a great deal on the tires.

Not only has Burlington Tire always been great but last week they went above and beyond! I brought my van in for a check engine light. They diagnosed the problem, realized it was not the first time they had seen this problem with my model vehicle, and then called to let me know it really should be taken to dealership for the issue. Because of that I saved over $2000 in repairs because it was all covered under warranty.They have earned my trust and future servicing of all my vehicles! I will recommend Burlington Tire always!!!!

The owner is one the nicest people you can meet. Super friendly. However, the work is mediocre, at best. I believe there is a lack of quality control for work done. My specific problem, one of the technicians replaced my factory oil pan plug with non standard plug for my Volvo S40. When I took the car to the Volvo dealership they pointed out that the wrong plug has stripped the threads and now the entire pan has to be replaced. I called Bill, the owner, at Burlington Tire and he won t take responsibility and claims the car is old and plugs get stripped through wear and tear. The problem with that, no body at Burlington Tire ever told me that the plug was stripped. I know they stripped the plug and tried to cover it up by replacing it with another plug.Bad workmanship, questionable ethics. Not that Bill isn t very nice, his team just doesn t do very good work.

After a trip to another local tire dealer we were told we had a defective tire but they were unable to get the tire needed and suggested we see the BMW dealer. The BMw dealer took 4 1/2 hours to determine what we already had told them was the problem: a defective tire. After contacting Goodyear directly I was referred to Burlington Tire. Mark was kind and professional. He ordered the tire I needed and contacted me when it was available. It was installed and the problem corrected. They even worked with the tire warranty protocol so what the BMW told me would cost $649 , Burlington Tire was able to do for $160. The were friendly, courteous and professional and did what they promised when they promised. Mark was especially helpful . I would highly recommend Burlington Tire and I will be going back for all my tire needs.

Great customer service! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The service is excellent. Whether you need new tires or routine maintenance done on your car this is the place to come.

My 1st and last experience at this facility! Dropped my car off at 7:30 for an alignment when I called back at 11:30 they told me the mechanic had left and they were trying to get somebody else to do the work? What's the point of dropping your car off If they don't have somebody who can work on your vehicle??

The tires here are expensive but high quality, i used to get my tires from the Discount Tire in Durham, Go with goodyear and leave the cheap stuff alone. The staff works quickly here too not a whole hour like other places im very satisfied

If you need tires, don't buy from Burlington Tire Service. You are led to believe you have a warranty. I bought two sets of tires for two different vehicles. My Honda accord and our GMC Sonoma. In less than a week I had a complete blow out from the sidewall on one of my tires. Burlington Tire Center would not warranty, in fact they charged me for a whole new tire. Then several months later my husband was checking the air in them & found a rather large bubble on the sidewall of one of the others. When he called them to see about a replacement, he was told there was no warranty, and was told the reason we had a bubble was because we hit something. How do you hit the sidewall to make it bubble? The car is rarely driven and stays in the garage. "Beware, unless you want to get ripped off".
