AVOID SERVICE CENTER. We will never recommend this dealership to anyone after our latest experience. We took our 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee (with less than 60k miles) in for repairs due to a cylinder issue only to have them tell us it needed $6,500 worth of engine repair to get it back to driving condition. An absurd amount! Reba, our service advisor, lacked customer service, didn t appear knowledgeable of work being done or a timeline, and lacked basic communication skills. We would have to call her to get updates, and she never seemed to have a clue what she was talking about when asked further questions. We dropped it off on a Friday evening, didn t get it into a bay until Tuesday, told us we could pickup Wednesday evening but then called Wednesday around 4pm to tell us it wouldn't be ready until Thursday afternoon/evening. The quote they gave us for the necessary repairs didn t even match the codes the vehicle was throwing. We paid them the $500 for the cylinder issue they fixed and took our business elsewhere. We found knowledgeable local mechanics who diagnosed the actual issue (an injector), repaired it, and even ensured that it was cleared/safe to drive before pickup just 4 days after drop off. Best part, it only cost $800 to repair PLUS get a warranty on the parts/repairs. Our jeep is running like brand new and we saved ourselves $5700. Don t waste your time here for service - save yourself some money and the headache.

Phenomenal experience. I was searching for a rare Wrangler, only a few available nationwide. Tanner was quick to jump into action helping me, and after speaking with a few dealers, it was clear I wanted to buy the Jeep that Westgate Burgaw had. Tanner and his managers were responsive, accommodating, friendly, and despite me being 1,000 miles away, made the entire process seamless - above and beyond. I d buy from them again in a heartbeat (plan to), even though they re 1,000 miles away and I have dealers in my backyard. Thanks to the team.

I went to Westgate because of a very professional and sweet person, Mr. Logan Parker. I had the pleasure of meeting him prior to using Westgate to buy my first ever brand new truck. He ALWAYS puts his customers first. Goes out of his way to make sure you are 110% satisfied. Never waivers from being the same each time I talk to him vie phone or text. He was not my salesman, however Logan did give me a wonderful salesman.My salesman was Aaron. He is pleasant and professional. Had no issues talking with him about what I wanted and how to go about getting just that. I didn t wait inside the building, I walked around while the paperwork was being processed. He didn t fail to find me on the lot each time he needed to speak to me. Aaron was very attentive to my needs and met them with flying colors.Together AAron, (lol) and Logan are the best! Go see for yourself if you are looking professional, attentive, caring, over the top attention, and just down home men. They will help you any way they can!Once I got to the signing of the paperwork let s not forgot Garrett. He is a nice young man with prior military service. Garrett was patient while listening to stories and experiences of my life. Not that that had anything to do with buying the truck. He never rushed me through the process. Just went with the conversation. He is a great asset to Westgate.Visit these young men for yourselves, you will not be disappointed!!!!

My 20 Challenger has been awaiting a transmission for a month plus now. I could probably live with the wait but the dealership Service Representative claims there are no loners available. Im on a list that just hit six weeks. When I call service often my call is simply disconnected instead of answering. The Woman who runs the service desk has horrific customer service skills. I will say the mechanics are decent to talk to. I bought 4 jeeps and one Dodge new in the last ten years. This customer service nightmare with the service manager will end me ever doing business with Dodge again. FYI Dodge Warranty will never call you when promised.

The process was quick and simple. Kendrick was super well worth the drive from Jacksonville to Burgaw. Better selection than in Jacksonville, New Bern or any of the other dealers. If you want "bot or AI" transactions or some hidden behind the scenes dealer go elsewhere Westgate is honest, real and just Great!

Iris Sumpter was my sales person and she did an excellent job showing vechicles. She was confident and applied no pressure to purchase, with great customer service Helped making a purchase very fun and rewarding. Would recommend her if you in the market to purchase a vechicle, btw she trandported my car from wske forest to get my car that i wanted... the best!!!

I was sold an extended warranty on my truck that was supposed to cover all electronics in the truck, not even a month later my radio started to glitch out. I took the truck to a Ford dealership (it s a f150) they had to reprogram the radio costing $700, come to find out my warranty only cover replacing parts. I ve called multiple times and have been given no help other than them telling me to appeal the claim. I ve talked to multiple people (when you could get them on the phone) included sales manager and finance manager, and was told two days ago they would brain storm on how they could help me and they had my number and would be in touch. I ve yet to hear anything from them and when I called the only person I ve been able to reach was the receptionist.

After totaling our main family vehicle in a wind storm, I needed it replaced quickly. With kids and family emergencies going on Claire was more than able to simply do the shopping for me!!! I sent her my requirements and budget and she found me some great options to review remotely! Once I had my favorite one picked out, our salesman Aaron made it easy to take a look and go through the paperwork. Garrett in finance explained everything clearly. Everyone at the dealership was extremely kind and special thanks to manager Steven for his kindness and sympathy to our families needs. I love my new ride!

Just purchased a used truck. Before anything, yes I know it s used. However, was coming from 4 hours away, each direction. Asked for photos of ALL damage to vehicle so we could make a decision about whether to drive up at all. It was fair to want to see what we were buying before we made the drive. They sent us a video of the outside but didn t show us the damage inside and the drivers seat was significantly damaged. The truck smells like smoke. Before I made the decision to drive up I had asked for all the paperwork to be ready so we could get there, inspect the truck, sign and leave for a 4 hour drive home. Paper work wasn t ready. Was told the truck was cleaned and fully gassed up. It was not cleaned at all. The seats were sticky, the floor dirty, smelled like smoke and the inside cab roof was yellow and stained. They cleaned it while we waited but that meant wiping down the seat and nothing else. If we hadn t made such a long drive and if my son didn t need a truck to start his new job in less than a week I would have walked out. While car salesmen in general aren t very honest, this takes the cake. Then, driving home we realized a light was burned out in the back. They also didn t tell us there was only one key. Buyer beware but I would NOT recommend this place at all!! It was a horrible experience and is now going to cost my son at least another $500 -$750 to get everything addressed. The manager wouldn t even come out to speak to us and actually kept going in and out of a door farthest from where we were sitting. He sent the finance manager to deal with us. WORST car buying experience I ve ever had and I ve had plenty. Do not recommend this place at all

I was looking for a good first car for my daughter and came across a Jeep Renegade at Westgate in Burgaw. I planned on going to see it on a Friday but called last minute to reschedule to that same evening because of a shift in my work schedule. Kendric was awesome, set us up with a test drive, and took care of the paperwork. After we bought it he stayed in contact to make sure any service needs for the jeep we re taken care of. Garrett was straightforward and open with all finance and warranty options offered. He took the time to compare all options and find the one that was best for us. Their no pressure sales team made this a great buying experience for my family. When it s time for another vehicle, I will definitely be visiting with them again.

I bought my 19 Rubicon from the Westgate Raleigh location but I have it serviced in Burgaw since it s closer to me. Recently, I contacted Garrett to look into buying out my lease. He was easy to work with, sent everything I needed beforehand, and the only thing I needed to do was sign papers one I got there. Another pleasant experience for me!!!

Three attempts to have warranty work on 2021 Grand Cherokee and still without navigation system and master window controls !!!! Dealership not big enough to service jeep products .suggest buying elsewhere !!

I'm a two time costumers here at this dealership, and there's a big reason why. Mr.Bryan Crosson, my sells man is the biggest reason I'm a returning customer. He's the zenith of car sells. He's very professional, very tactful, and overall just a great spirited person to deal with, I recommend buying from this dealership in particular because I've purchased many vehicles from various places, from New York, to North Carolina, and as a combat veteran, what I can say is Mr. Crosson is the leader in the industry's standard. I have nothing but great quality things to say. Thank you again

Salesman Stephen gets 5 stars he's knowledgeable, friendly, courteous, and a pleasure to deal with. Finance manager Logan handles the finance portion of the business like a used car salesman from the 70's. He hid the numbers, only showing us what he wanted us to see, and complained about how little money he would make selling us the car we drove almost 2 hours to purchase. Due to the lack of transparency in the finance numbers the lack of bargaining on the part of the dealership we left without a deal and almost 2 hours of our time lost, not including our travel. As we walked out we could hear the finance manger yell "people are crazy". This dealership is very unprofessional and one should ask many questions and review any and all finance paperwork throughly.

This team was truly a pleasure to work with. Our car broke down as we were heading out for a weekend trip, and luckily they were able to get us in the next day. The gal at the service desk working when we called was kind, efficient, and was able to get our vehicle in first thing the next morning to get looked at while we were continuing our trip. Luckily it wasn t a crazy repair, but the fact that they were willing to prioritize our family s car even though they were already swamped meant so much to us.Thank you all for your kindness you showed us!!

Best dealership in the area. There are 2 other dealerships closer to me (Wilmington/Jacksonville). But I won't take my truck to either. Westgate has really good people that are honest and friendly and thier maintenance is excellent.

Buyers beware! Unfortunately, they are no better than their competition, post a price then tell you why it isn't correct and expect you to pay another $7000 over advertised price. When speaking with the sales manager today, who told me two months ago "we would never do that to our customers" his excuse was that it was someone else's fault. Although he agreed with and stated he would also feel the same way if it were him, there was nothing more he would do. SO sad that DEALERS REALLY DON'T WANT YOUR BUSINESS! Heading three hours away tomorrow to see one that, if you can believe it, has more options than theirs and is less that $2000 more, but the dealer has confirmed the price that they are advertising IS CORRECT! Wanted to stay local, but both Jeep dealers here near Wilmington play the same games, so sad!!! OH, and look at the MSRP from their add, this is for a Gladiator SPORT MODEL, average retail of 36 to 38K........SCAM!!!!!!!
