Wonderful service. Was able to get me in same day I called for an inspection, was able to allow my kiddo to stay in the truck since he was sleeping. Friendly and VERY knowledgeable. Will definitely continue using Thompson Enterprise. Great family company.

New ownership and was handed off well from Jason. The new owners invested in the electronic diagnostic equipment while offering better service value than a dealership. Speed Shop is the new name and he owners moved from down the street. Our 5 vehicles have a continued great home for service with to the added NASCAR quality diagnostic gear. They work on diesel as well, if you re looking to save some maintenance costs. We are pleased to meet the new team offering the Thompson/Harrold quality service we ve come to expect and appreciate. Our first stop for regular maintenance and service. They know everyone and will refer you to the best as needed. 5 star for the commitment and local quality. Adding a 4th lift even! Hopefully we see tire service when they expand to more locations! Thank you Speed Shop.

Yesterday I was stranded in Burgaw 2 hours from home but thanks to Tyler and another employee, I was on my way at 7pm. Tyler went above and beyond to stay late which no other mechanic in the area even offered to do. You will never know just how much I appreciated you

Jessie was absolutely amazing to work with. My family and I were traveling down I-40 when we had an emergency with our vehicle. After accidentally calling Thompson Enterprise thinking it was a car rental place, they were able to get us towed safely to the local dealership, even though they were closing in 15 minutes. Due to no rental cars in the area, Jessie had already offered to rent us a U-Haul to continue our weekend trip while our car got checked out at the dealership. The owner (we never got his name!) and Jessie were phenomenal and kind during this very stressful moment at the beginning of our trip. We were very fortunate to have broken down right in Burgaw and received such wonderful service from the Thompson team.Thank you all for your kindness you showed me and my family. Thompson Enterprises did a terrific job diagnosing ALL my problems with my truck. They fixed everything correctly the 1st time and were the best price around...and were great coming up with solutions. Towing service....I'm a mail carrier in Willard.. truck broke..they came really fast..had to finish the route so I left the key in it.. they towed to my shop and paid the bill over the phone.. no hassles no headaches.great experience..Thanks soo much

As I was headed to school my vehicle broke down leaving me stranded on the interstate, so I called a few business that refused to help me, but thankfully Jason and his team came to the rescue! They were EXTREMELY kind and professional. They did a great job on my vehicle and had me on the road in no time! Their prices were unbeatable, and their work was of great quality. I m a last minute person when it comes to an inspection on my vehicles, I only need an emissions test performed for DMV, so I always use the Thompson Enterprise in Burgaw. Jason and his son were awesome!! Our son lives 6 hours away and was driving through Burgaw, 1 hour into his journey to visit us, when his tire blew out and left him stranded on the side of the road. After discovering the wrench in the recently purchased car doesn t fit the lug nuts, and several failed attempts to find someone who could help (except for the Good Samaritan who stopped thank you!), my husband called Thompson Enterprise. Jason and his son went out of their way to help and got our son back on the road in less than 1 hour. We are so thankful for them and highly recommend Thompson Enterprise!

Excellent mechanics. They do the job right. No shortcuts, no good enough . They do the job right! I ve brought them a number of problem situations with my 20 year old truck, and they ve always repaired it thoroughly and at a good price.

This shop is great. Got me back on the road fast, did good work and charged reasonable rates. If I lived closer, they would be my regular mechanic.

Just a heads up ladies.. the good old boy mindset is still alive and well. I went to Thompsons in burgaw Friday for a leaky tire. They gave a me a quote for new tires..(almost 700 bux!) They put air in the tires, charged me 10 bux but neglected to say there was a nail in one of them. I guess they got me. I was the dumb girl that day.
