Honest mechanic at a reasonable rate with quick turn around for completion and a willingness to me literally at closing time for pickup...if that's what you're looking for, then you're at the right shop. Incredibly pleased with the repairs to our Kia Optima.

The ONLY reason I'm giving two stars instead of one is because they treated me right last year. This time I was promised communication three different times but received none. Waited 2 weeks for an answer after they told me they would have one in just a few days. Went to pick up my keys this morning and they were all standing there but offered no apology or excuse. I'll never go back.

THE BEST!!!!! Great service from a life-long mechanic who loves his work and his customers. If not able to drop off your vehicle (because all the ample parking space is full), service is well worth the wait. Nobody is better!!

We traveled from New York to visit family. Had a cracked rim on one of our tires which produced a small leak and had to stop every so often for air. We called them and they found us a rim! The price and service was awesome!

I can t say enough good things about Arnold s! The staff is always courteous, and the service is second to none! I highly recommend them for all your automotive needs!

Nothing they screw up is ever their fault. That is the general consensus around here and is my experience as well. They take forever to get to your car, and don't question them about anything. The lady gets right snippy. They don't answer the phone most of the time because the phone announces the number that is calling. If your stuff isn't ready they just don't answer it.

What ever part they broke was already damaged. These are good and honest people and if they were responsible no way they would charge him to fix the damage. They have been in business for long time and do not need to scam anyone. Guy needs to remove his bogus review.

Fast service. I dropped my car off in the morning and they had it finished by the end of the day. They prefer checks over cards for payment.

I brought my car to this place while that where fixing my car, Which cost me $180, they broke something on my car then charmed me another $160 to fix it. Needless to say I will never go back.
