What a find! The Tire Shop and its guys, Joe+Charles alone are Top Notch. Throw in the locals also there = hospitality + great service, above & beyond.First time in, late Fri weeks ago to see about oil change, Joe said get parts and would be done Mon 1230 and it was.Now here on Sat Labor Day wknd, got in with Tire flat, Charles had it patched, balanced +++ mounted while I had cup of coffee & biscuit Joe offered!Service with more than a smile!Thanks guys.My first post online but couldn't let this gem of a place and its crew not get credit beyond just payment

The guys were amazing. We realized we had tire issues while pulling into town for a long weekend retreat. I looked up a tire shop so that we could get the tires fixed before driving up the mountain. The guys in the garage didn't have the tires on hand so they ordered them to come in the next morning. To hold us over and allow us to make it safely up the mountain for the night, they put a used one on and adjusted our tires around. The next morning came and we took the car down the mountain and back to the shop. They put two new tires on for us for a great price!! It was nice to be in an emergency and have wonderful people looking after us. Wonderful shop, I would suggest anyone visit this friendly, considerate place!! Thanks again guys!

As I was heading to Bryson City for work my car was jumping at around 70 miles an hour because the balance was off. By the time I was finished with work it was close to 4:30 and I began calling around. This was the first place of several that would take me being so late in the day. They did an outstanding job, were very reasonably priced, and very friendly. I would definitely recommend them to anybody needing Tire work done in the area.

Just as we started our 8-hour trip back home, the low tire pressure alerted. The Tire Shop is one of the few tire repair spots open on Saturday (until 12 noon) and we pulled in 10 m before they closed. It was rainy. We were feeling desperate. The employees quickly located the nail and patched the tire within 10 minutes! No cost. We were quickly back on the road and very grateful for such a considerate and capable business. 5 stars.

Worst customer service ever! Ordered tires from them and when called to let them know it was the wrong sizes they wanted to charge me for new ones and blamed it on us.

The low pressure light came on and I stopped by the Tire Shop to see if I could get a repair. They checked for leaks, then checked the pressure and topped off all 4 tires, and they didn't charge me a dime. Friendly service and a happy customer was the result. I'll be back when I need to replace my tires

Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Bad attitudes and inexperienced. Told one lady she had a 2 wheel drive when anyone could see it was a 4 wheel drive jeep Cherokee.If you bring your own tires and not buying theirs you get pushed back in line. You better take cash with you because they are not set up to run credit/debit. Still in the stone -age.

I don't understand why the 1 star was given on the previous review. The Tire Shop has always and still does the best job. They are reasonably priced and do and outstanding job.It sounds like the 1 star review just got a bit butt hurt because he wasn't serviced when HE wanted. Just like any business, you are taken care of as you arrive. You cant expect to skip line just because you cannot manage time.Everyone that works at The Tire Shop goes above and beyond to help me and every customer I see them deal with. I highly recommend them, their products, and their service.

It's true they're a cash only business but he told me the cost over the phone when I called so no problems. I found both mechanics very friendly, worked quickly and very reasonable prices. I will definitely be going back.

I was out of town staying in Robbinsville for a few days and had a last minute flat on my 2012 Durango. Called the dealer in Franklin and they recommended these guys given the proximity of where I was.Called Joe @ the Tire Shop at 1145am and he had the tire ready to go @ 3pm est for a 330pm appointment and installed by 4p. Robbinsville tire specialist took 2 days to order the tire and it never came in :(.Service and "bedside manner" were great and Joe and his crew got me up and runnning for my 12 hour trip back home. Highly recommend this shop !!!!HI JOE + thanks :)Dee

Love this shop. This is the only place my family will bring our vehicles for oil changes and tires. The owner will help with questions. And they have very fast service and the best prices in town.

Well Randy Gray, some people can't be made happy with Jesus Christ. I have the most respect and trust in the fellows at The Tire Shop. These guys have bent over backwards for us and they do the same for all there customers. We see this every day.For years I have trusted them with the tires on my truck, my wife's car and both my teenage daughters vehicles. And not one thing ever so small to complain about. As for your being in such a rush and want them to drop everything so you get all the attention, that is not good business practices on anybody's part. Take a number and get in line, a short line for these guys as they move quite fast. Thanks Tire Shop for going out of you way, going the extra mile for my family. WE TRUST YOU!

This is a small town tire shop in Bryson City NC. They have a good selection of New and used Tires with very reasonable prices. Whether visiting or living in the Bryson City/ Cherokee area of Western North Carolina check out The Tire Shop!

Very professional and helpful. Needed some tires. Odd size 22"s. Was not a problem and didn't price gouge me. Very fair.

Stabbed my tire on vacation and happened to see it in the morning. This was the only place open and they jumped on it quickly and fixed it. Friendly folks too.
