I won't go into details, but these folks TWICE in ONE DAY showed us out-of-towners unbelievable hospitality. Their model goes beyond mere business. We were strangers in urgent need of their services. They could have easily pressed their advantage.But. They. Did. Not.They earned all 5 stars. And I won't forget their kindness.

We needed a tire replaced quickly so we could get home before the hurricane to get our house ready. They said no problem and had us done and out the door in 30 minutes. Good prices and friendly and fast service. I would go back there again, and I highly recommend them.

We were on Vacation for Anniversary and Blew a Tire on Hyw 74 , Ray Ordered the Exact Tire and Got it and Installed it , Great Fast Service, and Friendly, Texted me when Ready They Hooked me up and I am From Out of Town. Good Job

Great customer service, always low prices. We've used them for our courier business and personal vehicles for more years than I'd like to admit. Honest, reliable, and super friendly. Best place around to get tires, exhaust work, and alignments. Treat yourself right and stop in and see our friends Ray and Melanie.

I stopped in with a rental car with a screw in the tire. I had to be out of the Air BB in an hour. These guys squeezed me in, plugged the tire within 20 minutes and had me on my way. I asked how much.....NO CHARGE. These guys are great and really helped me out as we had a 6 hour drive ahead of us. Thank you guys.

I got a flat when pulling into our cabin. These folks ordered me one, and offered to come install it. I couldn t find the spare on my van. The owner called me and helped me find it. He was super gracious, and saved me money. Thus I heartily recommend his shop.

We trailered motorcycles down for a trip and got a flat tire on the way. They were able to get me a replacement next day and install it for me so I'd have a spare for the drive home. Pricing was really reasonable.

Woke this morning with a completely flat tire. Nail through the tread. These folks took my tire & fixed it same day. What a great business.Went to lunch & came back all good.

My tire pressure light came on & I went to Smoky Mountain tire. The lady working in the office told me to pull my car into bay 1. Josh patched my tire & reviewed the condition of my tires with me at no charge. I was pleasantly surprised and I greatly appreciated their prompt service & kindness.

Had a wonderful experience at Smoky Mountain Tire and with Ray. The work was fast and at a good price. Ended up getting 6 trailer tires from the place and Ray was friendly, honest, and helpful. Would 100% get tires from here again and overall they seem like good people.

On a family vacation and woke up with a flat tire, the guys here where so nice and fast they replaced 2 tires for me without an appointment. They were so fast we barely had time to finish our coffee and donuts!

smoky mountain tire takes amazing care of my tow trucks when they're done they ride as smooth as glass they always give me the best tires for my truck not just what's on sale or puts the most money in there pockets

Picked up a rock that put a sizeable hole in my tire. It couldn't be plugged, and they could have talked me into a new tire. Instead, they patched it from the inside and sent me on my way.Excellent service, honest folks, good prices too. Highly recommended!

This place is awesome!!! We were in town for family vacation and needed some tire help. The master mechanic there was extremely polite and helpful. Made me feel like a local and didn t take advantage of our situation. Tempted to make the 3 hr drive back here to get all our automobile work done!!! He also said I could go he wasn t going to charge me because it didn t take too long I insisted but there definitely aren t enough people like this in the world.

Ray is the greatest!!! I've lived here for almost 2 years now and he has taken care of 4 of my vehicles! He's very knowledgeable and helpful! He's great at finding me the best deals on tires and is always able to find me the kind of tires I'm looking for. He's never out to cheat you or just to make a buck! I highly recommend this place!

I have taken my car to Smoky Mountain Tire quite a few years. They are honest and do excellent work.I got four new tires last year and am very pleased.You will not be sold something your vehicle does not need.

I went in with a screw in my tire. The young man there pulled it out, inserted a plug, and changed out the spare. He also returned the spare to its proper place then told me all done. To top it off, no charge. Very nice and generous people.

I had a nail in my tire and had to wait while they worked on a bus. But the waiting room had lots of character and interesting reading. I heard Ray tell a couple people who came in after me and tried to get service pronto that he had one person ahead of them and the bus. I appreciated him serving me ahead of locals since I was waiting my turn in his waiting room. As soon as they finished the bus, they got right to my car and had it fixed in less than 10 minutes. And they didn't charge me a dime!

Had a slow leak. Stopped in hoping they could take a look, even though the parking lot was full and the phone was ringing off the hook. Not only did they squeeze me in, they fixed the leak in a few minutes. Couldn't have been nicer, more courteous, or more efficient! 5 stars!

Talk about southern hospitality. I had a leak in one of my trucks tires today and stopped by here to have it looked at. The guys and this shop were incredible. I was in and out in 20 minutes and they were a lifesaver for me since I m staying up in the mountains in Topton and there are no gas stations or tire shops within miles. I will be forever grateful to them. Professional, honest, don t go elsewhere.

We cannot say enough positive things about Ray and Smoky Mountain Tire. He consistently goes above and beyond the call of duty. He treats your vehicle as if it were his own. The most professional, honest, and reasonably priced car repair shop in the area. We highly recommend their repair services.

Ray and his team did a great job setting me up with a last minute set of tires. He kindly drove me back into town so I didn t have to battle walking beside the busy highway. Whether your a local or just passing through, can t recommend this garage enough.

Wow! We were visiting from FL and had a flat tire. This was closest place for repair. We were so lucky. The repair was done in 10 minutes and they did not charge us anything!!! What great small town hospitality. We tipped as a sincere thank you.

Ray is very professional and so kind! After taking my car to Firestone and quoted a RIDICULOUS amount of dollars for work, Ray squeezed me in same day at nearly HALF the price! Firestone is a scam! My boyfriend and I had been coming here for years before sadly moving away. He always does honest & hard work. I'll continue to make the now hour and half drive to get tires, etc. work done from Smoky Mountain Tires!

Service was fast! Staff was very friendly, and professional. From out out of state and I could have done the tire repair myself. For peace of mind took it to the shop. Would definitely recommend to anyone coming through the area.

So I am at a loss for words. I have never experienced such kindness as we just received at Smokey Mountain Tire Repair! Not only did they fix my tire and install it, but then refused to charge me for it!!! Then as I tried to force them each (including the amazing woman at the front counter) to each take a $20 tip for their hard work, she would only take ONE $20 to split between the three guys and nothing for herself. As I stood there in shock with my mouth open( from behind my mask of course) I asked her Why? Her response..." That's just what we just do in small towns."

We ended up with a flat tire and no spare on Memorial Day driving down off the Blue Ridge Parkway. We found out the hard way that AAA cannot bring you a spare, or currently let you ride with the tow truck driver due to the COVID crisis. While we ended up having to stay in Cherokee for the night, we called Smoky Mountain Tire first thing the next morning, and they were able to get two tires for the car (newer model Volvo) by noon, and they sent us a tow truck driver who very kindly gave us a ride to the shop in Bryson City. They had our tires changed out in no time, and the price was great for those tires as well. They really helped us out in a pinch, especially considering we were visiting from out of town and needed to get back home. Very grateful to them, and would recommend highly to anyone.
