Glad I found this place.HUGE selection of parts .As I only bought new windshield wipers for my truck, it turned out to be more difficult than I thought. Luckily the store employee didn't give up.He switched parts and was able to fit everything together.He was very helpful and friendly.A good experience when you need expert help.From now on I know where to go. Thanks.

They carry good quality stuff, especially windshield wipers. It's hard to find wipers that last very long anymore

Seldom give 5 starts however, in this circumstance it is warranted. I usually only do for over and above service. I had been visiting the area from over 7 hours away, driving through the windy mountain roads. The check engine light on my Jeep came on. I pulled over -(in the middle of no where). I opened the hood to make sure the fluids were ok (and check the manual) and as I did a truck stopped. A very kind women - Angel Selders- asked if we were OK and needed help. I explained what was going on and she assured me it was probably nothing (a bit of air in the lines) but I could follow her back to he job at Parts City and she would scan the Jeep and let me know for sure. I did as she instructed and she was right it was nothing! The peace of mind that Angel gave my wife and I being so far from home was priceless and I truly appreciate her kindness! If a store hires employees of this caliber they should be patronized! Thank you Angel for being a great human being!

We were visiting from out of town and had some car issues. We had no idea where to go for a mechanic, so we stopped in this auto parts store just to ask for any recommendations. They were so nice, helpful, and friendly! They helped us find out what was wrong, had the part to fix it, and helped us get in contact with Zach (local mechanic) who was able to help fix it!! Great service and very reasonable prices.

I wanted a simple tire air pressure gauge. I went to one of the "name brand stores" and they had none. On a whim, and because Parts City was on my way home, I stopped in. What I found was an extremely well-stocked parts store with exceptionally helpful behind-the-counter help. All that, and they provide a nice discount to veterans and first responders that comes with a seemingly heartfelt "Thank you for your service." I've found a new "first stop" when I need anything automotive.

The Guys that work there were so kind and knowledgeable about car parts. They checked the codes on my Jeeps computer and found no problems with the engine. I will go there always to buy auto parts .I was very impressed with their service.

This place deals with my Boyfriend's foreign vehicles. They never let him down. Super nice folks! Open 6 days a week with convenient hours!
