I needed a new car battery today. I like purchasing my vehicle batteries from Advance Auto Parts because they will remove your old battery and install the new one. Not all auto parts stores offer that service. Wade helped me with my purchase and then followed me out to my car to change out the batteries. Excellent customer service. Wade wouldn t even take the tip I offered.

We are visiting from Bowling Green, ky and woke up this morning to a dead battery. We knew the battery was not even a year old so we headed to Advanced Auto Parts to get the battery tested. This is the second time we have used this location when visiting the area. Both times we have received the most amazing customer service. We did need a new battery and it was under warranty but we didn t have the receipt. Richard T called the store in Bowling Green and verified our info and we were able to receive a replacement for free. Richard was so helpful and so kind. My husband and I are so incredibly thankful for this Advanced. We do not get customer service like this at home. Richard thank you for today. You are an amazing human!

We were in Bryson City for the weekend. Driving from our home in Central Kentucky, we experienced oil issues. We got up early Saturday morning, and drove to Advance Auto. It was a lot worse than we thought, and the car was almost empty of oil. Your employee, Richard, went above and beyond to help us out. He got us taken care of, and we made it safely home with no issues. You guys are blessed to have Richard as part of the team!

We stopped by here from Bryson on our way home to Florida to buy coolant, and the guy who helped us took time to check our car and gave some advice. Couldn't remember his name, but I know he is an army veteran.

Fantastic auto parts store. Hank was extremely helpful at diagnosing our problem and getting us the correct part. He went above and beyond to make sure our car was fixed when we left. Highly recommend!

Closes at 9 PM. Apparently they ve tried to change their time on Google multiple times and it s not listening to them. Great guys they were very helpful with what we needed.

The guys are always so helpful and courteous but corporate really needs to think ocer the prices , everyone aroud has better prices and quality , your own employees will not stop with you.

The staff is very friendly and competent and are willing to help you sometimes however the amount of products they carry can be limited but other than that she can get pretty much anything there that you need for automotive.

Great help in finding what I needed from tools to automotive parts and supplies. Salesperson was very knowledgeable about the products and other things needed for maintaining my vehicle. Prices were great also. Looking forward to coming back when I need to.

Called about a part. I was told they could order it but if have to pay first, I said ok and I was on my way. I got there and the guy at the register didn't know what I was talking about and he couldn't find the part in the computer. He acted like he was going to ask another employee but never did. He starting answering the phone. Then just stood there looking around and said nothing. After 5 or so more minutes I just walked out. Also the manager and employees like to cuss loudly behind the counter, it can be heard in the entire store. Very unprofessional and I'll just go to the store in sylva from now on. Also I think one of the guys who works there believes he's a vampire. Long hair, trench coat, dark clothes and long finger nails. Weird lol.

I asked if they would replace my battery for me but was denied because they said they are over worked. The man did offer me the tools to do it my self. The time I was there they had no customers.

I try very hard not to spend ,no that is wrong. I try not to waste my money in any advance auto. We spent 700.00 dollars on parts for the car and also got a life time warranty. After 1 year does not work, tried to work with them on it and all they say is they will not replace it. Thank you for just taking our money from disabled people.

Rude. We hadn't said anything expect for politely waiting by the counter to be seen. Instead of acknowleding us, the tall bald guy looked at is and shook his head and HUFFED from annoyance! Guy behind register asked the bald guy for help and his response was, " we're the only ones here so the free services are wait."..... First of all, NO acknowledgement whatsoever except for huffing and shaking his head at us (the CUSTOMER). ASSUMING we were there for free services. RUDE.

Has most things great manager and parts staff. Can bring stuff in fast for most items. We use to keep our commercial fleet going. Stop in and ask for Tanya or Darren aka Stinky. Thanks for all your help

If I could give this place a 10 out of 10 I would, specifically due to Jeff. My boyfriend and I were out at Twentymile hiking on a Sunday (2.5-3 hours away from home) when we came back to our car to find a rodent had chewed through two sets of spark-plug wires. They didn't have the right part to replace one that had been all but destroyed, when Jeff took his time and amazing skill soldering some wire to the piece we had to help us get back to Chattanooga where we could get a more permanent fix. Jeff and the crew there were true angels and we are so grateful. Jeff deserves a raise!!

Called to ask if they could install my battery, was put on hold for 10 mins and the line disconnected. When I called back they picked up the phone & hung up. Rude people, will not be spending my money here ever.

Ordered alternator for 98 ram 1500. It was not quite designed for my truck.(factory style vs. non factory style) Quickly got correct style ordered. (cheaper too) I get it tomorrow.

I had to wait 10 mins to speak with a worker while the worker talked to his guy friend. I then asked where somethings where & the man only pointed, like I'm suppose to know they were there & like I was aggravating him. Had to find the items myself. Worse customer service ever.

Very helpful employees and they'll help you put in a battery or something that you can't do especially since I'm handicapped and on a walker those people are great
