Great customer service. Tim and Brandon are some top notch guys. Took me into the shop and showed me around. Extremely clean facility. Little high on tire install price ($85 per tire) but quality work isn t cheap.

The owner Tim is extremely good at what he does. He s been doing this a long time and knows his stuff. His prices are fair.Highly recommend him for your bike build, rebuilds and maintenance.He swapped my swing arm, wheels, new tires, and new fork seals.He pays close attention to detail and did a full run down of my bike.

Awesome experience! Got new tires on my Kawasaki Ninja and I couldn t be happier. Quick turnaround, reasonable pricing, and excellent customer service. These guys have all the answers for your motorcycle needs and deliver with expert precision. I will always go to Competitive Cycles for maintenance on my bike and I would highly recommend to anyone who needs to service their motorcycle. Thank you again!

Side note before i leave this review. He did stay an hour late so i could come pick my machine up because i work until 530. Great customer service for sure.However!I really wanted to give a five star review because I'm sure the work done is fantastic and yes the prices for parts and labor were fair for sure... however an estimate for repairs needed would have been very nice before performing the work. I dropped my machine off for a few issues and a week and a half later I was told it's done with a 1400 dollar bill for me to pay. No phone call no email no text nothing, no estimate for what was needed to be done. I work in the industry and always provide an estimate whether I'm asked to or not so there's no confusion when the time to pay comes. Tim who is a very nice person said there must have been a misunderstanding and was apologetic and I am blessed that I had the savings to pay for it. Always provide an estimate it CYA everytime.I would be willing to try them again with very clear instructions to provide an estimate.

I had two tires mounted and balanced here and I m am very happy with the quality of work done. They took great care of my wheels and I saw no scratching or damage done after the process. I met the owner (Tim) and he was courteous and professional. Also, they have a great selection of maintenance items, I grabbed some DOT 4 brake fluid when picking up my wheels. Highly recommend these guys!Service: Tires

This is Definitely a hidden gem!!! The shop not only had the tires I was looking to buy for my GSXR-750 but verified the tires were a good choice for me! Went beyond and tightened my chain without me asking and had my tire on and off with no complications and fast! I ll be back next week to get my front tire replaced but overall this is the go to place!!! Definitely check them out!

First of all, Tim and Rhonda are very friendly people! I had my Motorcycle serviced by Tim and he did a thorough job of explaining to me what all he would be doing and the cost. I enjoyed doing business with him and will not be going anywhere else !

Honest, "can do", friendly, competent and reasonable. No one else in this area was willing to work on my 1997 tourer due to "age". Tim had no hesitation that he could do it, and do it right, he did! Besides the required repairs (new clutch and some tightening up), he got me fitted with a killer LED projection headlight. This is my shop of choice!

Tim is so nice and wants to help you get the best out of your motorcycle. I had a spoked front wheel on my Sportster that was vibrating riding terrible. He realigned and balanced it and it was smooth as glass. If I have anymore problems I will be going there for sure.Thanks,Rev Roger Thomas

Tim was grate with my bike gave real good recommendations for my bike he is very nice and knowledgeable about bikes and far priced I will be taking my bike back from what I noticed his shop is his shop is clean thanks again
