This place is awesome. I took my Volvo in for brakes, rotors, and timing belt replacements. Shawn is up front and so glad I found him. I would recommend this place anyone who wants a far and honest mechanic. I will not be using anyone else. He will be the only person to work on my cars from now on.

My car has been towed to 8 GM dealerships; was expensive, stressful and paid for unnecessary parts. They never fixed the problem. Shawn, the owner of Rocky Hill, an electrical wizard, diagnosed the problem -- the connector between the starter, battery and alternator. He even showed me a wiring diagram and how the faulty connector was causing the problem. Excellent experience, took much longer than he charged me for, and nice, honest people. I am an attorney so my standards are high.

Gosh, I am so glad we found this place! With my husband and I knowing next to nothing about auto mechanics, it has been so important to us to find straightforward, trustworthy people who know what they're doing to work on our vehicles. They have reasonable prices that don't make us feel like we've been taken advantage of and they don't scare us into having more done than is actually needed which has been so refreshing. Shawn's even taken the time when able to explain what he's doing and why as well as teach us how to do a couple of things ourselves. Who does that?! Very happy with Rocky Hill and don't expect we'll be going anywhere else as long as they're around. What's more, if you have an electric car (we do not), that's their specialty! So how cool is that? I recommend try them out and see if you don't breath a little easier as well.

These guys know how to work! We took a Saab in which they said they have never worked on and had it fixed in no time! Great owner and mechanics! Don't bother wasting time at the other shops around. This is the place to go for liable service.

I've taken both foreign and domestic cars here for oil chances, brake jobs, and more. Shawn is straightforward and honest, and does a great job on all makes and models.
