We adore our new Cherokee. This dealership is extremely attentive, and they met all our needs. We received a very good value for our trade-in. Plus, they filled our 'loaded' 2021 Jeep Cherokee with a full tank of gas. It is difficult to find these Jeeps now, so we feel very fortunate to have found a dealership, who had them in stock.

Purchased a car from them. Although the car had an issue within first week, they very graciously had it fixed for me at no additional cost and provided a complimentary loaner while it was in the shop. Great customer service, and I've otherwise been very happy with my purchase.

Had a battery replacement and recall service on my car. It was very affordable and finished within the hour despite having customers ahead of me. Very refreshing after dealing with nightmare mechanics like Charlie's, years prior (almost got into a wreck in 2019 bc of them being dishonest about service) or hearing about the terror that was Davids from all of my friends. I highly recommend Egolf!!!

Having an issue with my F150 -6sp transmission skipping and valve body blow by. Tech Zack was very informative On diagnosing but the truck decided not to act up with him. So we agreed to wait and see what it s going to do in the future.

Service writer Jennifer and everyone at Egolf motors in Brevard are simply the best to me. They always treat me as being important and that I matter and this last service visit to service my Ranger was no different. The entire staff makes me feel like family and is very friendly, and it s genuine. I don t remember everyone s name but Brandon, Lauren and all the rest always make a point to welcome me, speak, and tip their proverbial hat to me. The sales team is always eager to show me new vehicles also, which is great, you never know right. I am very satisfied with this most recent visit. I want to thank everyone there for their kindness and sincerity.

Listen you need to give Juan a raise!!! He lent me a personal tire so I could make it through a weekend trip, and let me hold onto it for a couple more days until I could get my rim repaired. Didn t ask for anything. He truly saved us last weekend. Seriously, this guy is amazing- and needs a raise!!! Kindness and caring for people- he showed me that there are still amazing folks out there. Shout out to Juan!!!!

Great timeliness, they were polite and upfront. They managed to squeeze me in for the day on a new battery and in good time. Brandon Newman was the front person i dealt with.2nd update Asked for them to grease the battery posts when done. They did not, and it was still dirty. And my negative post nut was replaced with a wingnut that was loose, and thus my car would often still lose power and reset settings or not crank. They left my old nut at the front lip of my hood, so it was slammed between my front hood and the front of my car. Nasty rust stain and small dent now.3rd and final update. Service manager called me promptly after my update and discussed things with me. I appreciate the follow up, and the difficulties were minor enough for me to fix on my own. I change my rating to a 5 star bc of the follow up. Thank you for helping me out.

I had the absolute BEST experience with this dealership, more specifically working with Lauren. She was extremely pleasant and the entire time and very informative. She has also stayed in contact with me since my purchase of a 2022 bronco sport, making sure all is well. I tell EVERYONE I'll never shop anywhere else again for a vehicle.

We simply had an appointment for an oil change, but we got in quickly and everything seems to have gone well.My latest appointment was to correct an issue with our truck, it turned out that it was just following it's designed feature's operation. Brandon explained it to me clearly and even took a picture of it's info screen so that I could see what it was doing. Above and beyond what I expected. He seems very trustworthy and competent.

I have taken my car in to Egolf a few times over the past couple of years. Brandon has always been my service advisor and I have to say he is awesome! I just had some major work done but had to leave the car there for several weeks due to traveling. Brandon ensured that he started the car the day before I got there and that the battery was fully charged since I was flying in and picking the car up after hours. Brandon always clearly communicated what the work that was needed and gave me pricing that was accurate. No surprises. I will always take my vehicle to Egolf and Brandon for any service.

Brendan Newman is awesome, ordered me a key and had my car ready to go in less than 24 hours. But was disappointing I was told one price on the phone, and when I got there to pick up the key, it was almost double the price .He was not the one who gave me a price, though it was someone else

First time visiting the dealership. The ladies scheduled my truck for service very promptly. The service was completed in about an hour and a half. I was notified via text that the truck was ready. The service included an in-depth inspection report, but no pressure to immediately schedule the recommended items.

We weren't sure what suv we wanted and changed our minds a few time but our sales rep Nardos was extremely patient with us. We never felt pushed to just by something her main concern was that we get what we want. The whole crew at egolf are nice to deal with (A+) .

My wife and I just bought our second car from Egolf. Last time it was a Ram 1500 truck, this time a Ford Explorer. Excellent service and price on both occasions. Ask for Nardos and she ll look after you.

I bought a 2020 chevy camaro from Egolf and the car was amazing. So was the staff, especially Lauren. She made buying a new car an easy and comfortable process. Definitely recommend her if you make the trip to Egolf of Brevard.

Scheduling appt. to view a truck was easy, decent fair pricing. The two gripes I have: they didn't top off the vehicle with fuel before I took ownership of it (of all the vehicles I've bought before, never has a dealership not topped off the fuel), and when haggling about price the salesman refused to take our offer to the manager. We settled on a price $200 more than what our original offer was that she didn't want to share, but the fact we had a number and she refused to even take it to the manager was frustrating. Finance and manager were very nice
