From the first call to inquire about a car Egolf had, Lauren was very interested in arranging for me to see the car.I set up an appointment with her for Saturday at 2:00 pm.When my wife and I arrived she had the car already pulled up in front of the office so that we could see it and take a short drive through the parking lot.She really knows the car buying process and pushed our deal through non-stop. Lauren is not a pushy sales person but is aggressive in making sure we got the deal that we wanted.She made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. We highly recommend that you see Lauren at Egolf in Brevard for your next vehicle.

Ask for Nardos! She is absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond, no pressuring, very friendly and personable! She is the best car sales person I have ever met!! I will definitely be coming back for all my car needs and referring to EVERYONE! The sales manager was also very friendly, personable and did not pressure. The best car dealership in the area. Great prices, people and much more!!! In love with my new vehicle.

I recently purchased a car at Egolf and the experience was top notch. Nardos help me get into the car of my dreams and was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was very thorough during my test drive and processing, Nardos was very open to feedback on the driving experience and strived to make the process as streamline as possible. She was knowledgeable in every aspect and made the purchasing process enjoyable! I definitely would recommend paying her a visit if you re looking to get yourself a new ride!

Rick and Jennifer listened to my issues and took personal ownership that I was taken care of. They saw us the same day to take a whack at a comically poor Chrysler software issue in a 2018 Pacifica Hybrid while we are traveling. I wish they were my local dealer. Egolf folks were honest and up-front from start to finish.

Parts to repair my truck were delayed due to the UAW strike. Jennifer kept me regularly updated. When they did arrive she and her technician worked late Friday afternoon to make sure that I could get my truck back before the weekend.

I m from Virginia Beach and I was able to purchase a vehicle basically over the phone. Lauren definitely took care of me, she even had a driver waiting on me at the airport. Selena is a ROCKSTAR! She went WAYY out of her way to help me! She helped me figure out what trim was perfect for me, and then found a vehicle at a different dealership and managed to get it for me. I know dealer trades are hard now a days.She was so professional and extremely friendly. She made car buying fun and most importantly easy.Go see her, you won t regret it!

Great service from Service Manager Jennifer Shipman. She coordinated my repairs for A/C condenser and air suspension compressor like a true pro. She expertly managed my repair with my extended warranty administrator with ease. I couldn't be more pleased with my Egolf service experience. I have used EGOLF for Service, my last 2 Jeeps. I am Very Impressed with their Service Department. They couldn t be friendlier. They go out of their way to make sure that all Recalls from Factory are fixed. They also do Inspections. My total wait time was just an hour. The waiting room provided,, was very comfortable. Some Dealerships, are not at all pleasant, if you didn t purchase the vehicle from them. That is not the case with EGOLF. They are Great!

I had repairs done at a body shop after a fender bender several months ago. When my headlight stopped working, I went to Egolf to get it fixed. They discovered that the body shop put the wrong headlight in. That is the reason it blew the circuit board causing a $2000 repair. Brandon did not give up until he found the problem and wrote a statement for me to use to try to reclaim some of my money fro the incorrect repair.

Visiting from out of town and my traction control and ABS light kept coming on resulting in my Jeep braking unexpectedly. Took my Jeep in with no appointment and it was diagnosed and repaired with 3 hours.I appreciate Egolf and the folks that worked with me!

EGOLF Dodge Ram gave me excellent service. I thought my brakes were getting thin on my Promaster 1500 so I took it in for a brake job. Jennifer in the service department called and told me my brakes were still ok and they would not need to change them. She said it wouldn't be right to take my money since my brakes were ok. Since my tires were off the van she had them rotated. Good work should be rewarded! Super nice and honest folks!

I got a "smoking deal" according to my partner... I dunno, I've never spent so much on a car! But I tell you what, the staff worked with me to get me that car ahead of the competition in a seamless & friendly fashion. Nardos was very helpful and professional.

Would give a zero rating if I could. Stopped using Egolf some time ago because of dishonest people and terrible service.
