Very rude staff!I found a bug in the room at night and told one of the staff. She said she has to ask the manager. Later on, they asked me to move to a different room. I didn t as the time was really late. Then they asked me to talk to their manager upon checkout. When I checked out, I just wanted to let the front desk know of the note. She started yelling at me immediately, saying that there is nothing they can do and the room is extremely clean (with bugs inside), blaming me for not taking another room. The weather was still cold. Bugs are not likely to survive in the wild. Only possibility is the bug had been inside the building for long. She repeatedly shouting at me all the time. I didn t ask for anything but asked can they do more frequent bug control. She shouted that they couldn t because it s not her hotel but just worked there, showing how badly she hate her job. I ve never seen such a rude and mad staff member throughout my life.Finding such a bug is less disgusting than speaking to such a mad staff member! Avoid this place if you don t want to be yelled by the staff member

I am giving them a one because the man at the desk was kind. I booked through a third party for $76. When I got there they informed me I could not have my pet for less than $250. And then he informed me he was too big.I never checked in and went to the room. But they will not refund my money.I am a local in Brevard North Carolina and needed a room for one night.. it would be nice to know that we had a need that we had honest proprietors running these motels. This one is bad news.

I really believed the Inside Edition documentary is true that so many hotels these days do not change and wash the sheets as soon as the guest checked out and this hotel is one of them.We found lose hairs on the bed and when we pulled the sheets down, it was nasty, there's some kind of dusty ,dead skin looking thing. It was gross! I call this place Discomfort Inn and Suites. And the breakfast is terrible!food tastes like warmed left overs. They also charge our credit card 25 dollars extra for something we don't even get like drinks or chips or whatever in their kitchen. We were told we're gonna give our money back after 2 days, we will see... I don't recommend this place to anyone.

Very upset with this location as we always recommend it to family and friends! No more! My brother in law and niece were to stay 1-12-24. A medical emergency arose at home and they couldn t come. This location refused to refund even 1/2 the money. How rude!We will never recommend this place again! Have some heart people!

Called 40 hours before our check in to cancel our reservation because my wife and I came down with COVID. They were very rude on the phone and told us that they were not going to refund our reservation. They told us that they didn't care we had COVID and said to come up anyway. Didn't want to waste the money so we went. Sorry to anyone who gets COVID here. These people do not care about your health. Considering the condition of the room/hotel, their attitudes, and the hotel's health policies, this is one filthy place. I would advise staying away from here.

The hotel was in good repair and felt clean. Night staff was efficient. We felt safe. Brevard is beautiful and there is a lot to do and see. However 1. Gnats. In the room. In the lobby.2. We could hear people above us stomping around throughout the night.3. The bed was terribly uncomfortable like cardboard with a cover. My daughter and I both woke up with sore backs.4. Breakfast was terrible. Things weren t stocked and the food service area was a mess (looked like it hadn t been wiped down throughout the service time). Staff waited until items (eggs and sausage) were out to prepare more and it took 15 minutes to prepare more. Napkins, plates, flatware were out. Apple juices had ruptured or spilled and were stocked anyway the containers were all sticky. Both trash cans were overflowing. The seating area was tight.5. Morning staff was less than professional. When I notified the desk clerk that the breakfast area needed attention she seemed irritated and I felt like she thought I was exaggerating.

We recently stayed at this hotel (9/16 - 9/17) as we were visiting family for an event in the area. I would never return again as I m am totally disappointed with the service I received and the cleanliness of the room.I took my concerns to the front desk associates the next day and was told I should have said something that night (however I was at an event and the things I lifted up would not have been addressed during the night). The room was not clean, the bed linens has stains and hair. The restroom floor was sticky also had stains. The walls had food splatter and to top it off, I and across a small roach the next morning. Also the back door to the hotel does not close or lock which is a huge safety issue for guest (especially those whose room is close to that exit).I would have appreciated if the front desk were more accommodating and understanding but honestly they didn t care. They were rude and didn t care to take up not concerns even to ensure the comfortability of future guest.I will not return to this hotel going forward as we are frequent travelers to this area.Rooms: Unsatisfactory when it comes to cleanliness.Safety: Back door is not secure. Does not close or lock.

This hotel does the basics of everything soooo right! A large tv, a soft cushiony bed, and a big shower with lovely lighting that functions very well!We checked in late around 11pm and got a nice quiet clean room. While we were mainly here to clean up and sleep, I was shocked by how nice this set up is. Seems like a lot of hotels mess up the basics of what can be essential to have a relaxing time. Wish every hotel was like this!

We had a very nice stay. Our room was very nice and reasonably priced. Service from check-in to check-out was exceptional.Nearby activities: Plenty of excellent hiking in the nearby Pisgah National Forest.

We stayed here on New Years Eve. The room was spacious, well stocked and the bed was comfortable. We enjoyed our stay very much and will return again. I have seen many reviews griping about the breakfast here. We were fed and didn't go away hungry. For those who want a better selection let me recommend any of the hotels on the Biltmore Estate. Their rooms start at three times the price of this very nice hotel and go up to almost fifteen times the price. The staff was very proud of their town/area and gave us suggestions on places to go. This was a great trip that we took on the spur of the moment and this hotel and staff added to enjoyment. Thanks, Tony

Kimberly was at the front desk when we checked in. She was very friendly, helpful and informative. We had some questions and she gave us great information. The room was clean, spacious and very convenient for our needs. Breakfast was very good! All the staff was very nice & friendly. The location ended up being perfect because we visited and hiked the Pisgah Forest! We will be staying again!! The only thing that needed a little improvement would be the door to the room (it was hard to get open)and the door in the bathroom ( it wouldn't close all the way).

We stayed here after 3 nights in Pigeon Forge at Country Cascades Resort. Comfort Inn blew it away. The room was awesome! It was 10x as nice as the 'resort' room. The bed was super comfy... the room was clean and had a modern decor. i joked that it looked like no one had ever stayed in it... probably the cleanest hotel room I have ever been in. Very high praise from me!

Honestly if you believe in being fair to others don t stay here. I have personally watched the women Jodi Patel who runs this establishment treat her employees like complete trash, all while paying her employees under minimum wage by living standard in the state of North Carolina. I will absolutely never give my buisness ever again to such a money hungry family of Indians.

Positive experience! Most of the staff was very friendly and kind and enjoyed engaging. The rooms are veryyy spacious, clean, have a wonderful chair, large tv.They recycle which I really appreciate l!For someone who was interested in being near Asheville, it s not the most ideal location. All I could eat at breakfast was the fruit. Not a high quality meal.Overall and I am picky - I would defiantly recommend staying here. I was pretty comfortable.

Breakfast was much better than your standard hotel breakfast. The room was clean with everything ready for a guest, and the staff were happy and helpful. Even the coffee was good! Room AC and heating work well too. Odd thing is that a double with queen beds cost less than a single with a kink bed.

Okay. This rating is due to the room I was given NOT locking without 300 pounds plus of force to lock room 326. After locking it the night before, it took a combined effort of my wife and I 10 minutes to finally unlock the door. All that for $200 a night. I could have spent half that with no problems, though the place seemed clean.
