These guys are amazing!!!Not only did they get my car in quickly, they were able to get it done early as well.They kept me informed every step of the way and were by far the most efficient and professional group of mechanics I've ever dealt with.The cost was most reasonable, and there were no surprises when I received the bill.My new go-to place for all my car needs!

I just needed a tire plugged. The price was EXTREMELY cheap and I was in and out. My dlrshp where I normally have all my work done had already made an appmt and was already talking about " IF WE CAN SAVE THE TIRE, BLA BLA" I know what it wouldve cost if I wouldve kept THAT appmt lol.

I have never seen and heard the disgusting customer service interaction that this place has!I called over a week ago for a quote on an alignment, and got nothing but an attitude from a lady and told to call back when someone is there to answer my question.I made an appointment the very next day, and the guy was actually pleasant.I showed up early for my appointment just now, and was met by the same unpleasant lady from the phone. Just terrible customer service, unable to communicate politely, and just a bitter middle aged woman.I left immediately and will spend my money elsewhere.

I called and told them the issues I was having and they said they d take a look at it. Instead, I woke up at 7am on a Saturday for the guy that was there today to say that he didn't think he could help me. If i had known this, I would have saved myself time and gone somewhere else instead of waiting till the weekend when no other shops are open. Very irritating.

Go to fix a flat. Stay to visit the wildlife! Don't be in a rush with going to this place. A tire patch was a 2 hour wait even with an appointment.

How is this place in business?A simple brake job, had to come back due to a brake rubbing so bad it was about to catch fire (they say they test drive cars but I doubt it).Return to replace caliper.After second visit the smell returned, went in for a third visit and they took it for a test ride (SOO begrudgingly) where we got some clarity, hope there s not a fourth visit Was the first fix test driven, probably not, would it have caught the second issue, probably.Years ago their poor diagnosis of an issue on a different car cost me hundreds but I figured we try them again. If your getting more than tires keep looking.Cutting corners, grumpy employees, hoping the minimum effort gets by.

We traveled from Wilmington and our car developed tire issues.Called spoke with Christy who is very friendly and helpful. She got us right in and replaced all four tires within two hours as a workin.Prices very reasonable..thanks for your help.Service: TiresService: Tires

Highly recommend Charlie s Tire Center. They diagnose my brake problems right away and was able to get me taken care of in two hours. I talked to several patrons who said I was blessed to find the finest tire shop and mechanics in Brevard. One of the patrons said he had been coming here for 47 years. I can t thank them enough for saving my vacation and keeping us safe on the road. My God bless you and your family for your honesty and workmanship.

I'm very unhappy, I had four tires replaced on my 2007 Ford F-150 then my driver side front tire almost came off and it broke the stud off. I need to talk to someone about it but as it's the weekend I can't. Would give a zero stars if I could seeing as how they almost killed me and possibly my family. I have the photos as well

Be advised this place is a crook. Do not waste your time and money because they will break your vehicle lie about it and make you pay for it. Called about used tires said they had a set for 140 got there and over charged us and they broke one of the studs and lug nut off the rotor and said we were missing a lug nut. Unbelievable poor management and service. If allowed zero stars instead of one this would be it. So many bad reviews from this place should have read reviews before attending. Don't see how this place hasn't had a lawsuit or shut down.

I walked in with a blown rim on my miata. They checked out the wheels, helped me track down replacements, and then told me there was no charge! I'm in the waiting room now having the new wheels mounted and balanced.

I was an out of towner with a slow leak in a tire. They took me in very quickly and plugged the tire. Unfortunately, after I drove away, the plug didn't hold the air. So I returned as soon as I could. They again took me in quickly and re-plugged the tire, no charge, and this time it's working. Even though they had to redo the work, hey, stuff happens, I understand plugs don't always work, and they couldn't have been nicer. The charge was also very fair. So -- 5 stars!

Broke a lug stud and charged me to fix it. Most likely won't do business with them again. I have a problem with them not fixing their issue.

I was on my way from Highlands North Carolina to Asheville, North Carolina and had a major tire failure. They were jammed with cars and people trying to get their tires fixed. I explained my problem told him I had to get to Asheville at a certain time 10 minutes later, they had my car on the lift plug installed and me on the way, can't say enough good things about them Jim Valente, 8/29/2023

Awful . Last year I went to them for new starter. Instead they put in new alternator issisting that was problem and all was good. I drove to Ingals (2 blocks away) and came out of store and car wouldn't start. Then they put in new starter and would give no discount for their mistake. This year I went to them for new tire and inspection. They told me they could not do inspection unless I came back and gave them registration. I drove 10 miles back and gave it to them. Next day, I go to pick up car--inspection not done--"oh we forgot, bring it in again." Ileave and get warning on my car--new tire ($378) has dangerously low amount of air in it. Truly, avoid at all costs!

Nice small town garage. Hat a screw in my tire. They plugged the tire and and replaced my spare. Very nice ppl and has an old school vibe.

I developed a leak in my tire nozzle stem and they saw me the same day. I was sitting in the waiting area but for some reason didn't hear them call out that my car was ready, or maybe it wasn't called out cause it was pretty busy. Either way they waived the bill because of the miscommunication. Very nice old school Mom & Pop atmosphere here. Highly recommend!

Great locally owned and operated service center. They can get quite busy at times, but well worth the wait. I've personally only had good experiences with Charlie's Tire Center over the years, and they will continue to be my top recommendation for automotive service in Brevard.

Great help here! I was traveling from out of town and had a time crunch for when I had to leave. They took care of my vehicle a day ahead of schedule. Honest and sincere and fixed the problem!

Shout-out to Charlie s Tires for terrific service performed without an appointment and nearly immediately. Charlie himself was able to diagnose a nail in my tire at twenty paces, and his team fixed the problem super quickly, with zero fuss and maximum friendliness, and I got lots of change back from my $20, too. As a newcomer to this area, I am so grateful to have found a reputable business that I will surely return to and happily recommend to others.Services: Tires, Tire rotations

Charlie s for the win! Saved the day on an alignment after I lifted my 22 Bronco. I first took it to a Ford dealer nearby that was so incompetent and lazy they didn t even bother to adjust the camber at all and didn t get anything else right either. Ford was also too lazy to take care when adjusting toe to make sure my steering wheel didn t end up 30 degrees off of center. Won t take anything back there again.. fast forward one day - Charlie s was professional, courteous and friendly and did the job RIGHT the first time. Won t bother looking anywhere else next time for that and any other auto need. Thanks guys!

I needed new tires asap. Charlie's was recommended to me and I couldn't be happier with the service, price, and friendly attitude of everyone who worked there. They even called me before putting new tires on when they realized they had quoted me a slightly lower price than the tires I was getting.I'm new to the area. I made an appointment last week for a tune-up for Monday on 4/18/22 at 2:00pm. I showed up and was told that they could not service my car. I was completely surprised that they did not take the time to notify or call me about this. I will never use them again since they did not think it is important to communicate with their clients.
