Zach was so so so awesome. I had been having issues with my car for several months and I was unable to figure anything out. Within 15 minutes, he had it fixed. He explained everything to my friend and I in such a nice and respectful way. He definitely knows what he is talking about.

Zachary is OUTSTANDING! Courtney is pretty darn great, too.Last night my husband discovered my daughter s car had, maybe, a dead battery. I called AutoZone and spoke with a very nice young gentleman. When we told him what s been happening with the car and asked if his opinion on us driving it back to Charlotte, he strongly advised against it.My husband pulled the battery out, thanks to AutoZone allowing us to use their tools, because we didn t pack any.., and we brought it to the counter. Zachary glanced at the battery and said it s probably bad. My husband asked what Zachary saw and he showed us some bulging on the side. Guys, I didn t even see that until he pointed it out. Well, he then load tested it and nothing.He showed us our options on a replacement battery and explained the differences. We bought a new battery and a 3-year warranty the used the tools again to install the new battery down where her car lay motionless by her dorm. .Once the new battery was installed the car ran like new.Zachary was knowledgeable, professional, caring, and had a great sense of humor. (When he asked what tools we had I told him I had and eye lash curler and tweezers and he had a fun little chuckle over my lame response.).Courtney was so sweet and affirming and helpful.We will always go back there and will always recommend them.Oh, cherry on top when we returned the tools I asked if they had energy drinks, because we were going to be driving until about midnight, and, yes, they had Monsters, even a sugar free option! We arrived home safe and sound.

Needed a couple of items for the company truck and went to this particular store because of previous good experiences. One thing that was needed was a new set of windshield wipers. One of the staff helped me discover the proper blades for the truck and even installed the wiper blades at no charge. What great service! Highly recommend.

Kevin this morning helped me big time. Quick change to my headlights and was kind enough to help with installment of both (low beams) in my Prius . One side can be so difficult and he did it efficiently. Price for lights were good and made appropriate suggestions with not feeling like I needed to be charged extra (like at the dealerships sometimes). He even made sure they both were working to check his own product and delivery of services . Thank you again Kevin for your time and patience and willingness to help me!

My experience wasn t as great. I m Hispanic and there was a Hispanic in front of the line Who was helped by someone Who said he didn t speak Spanish not given a chance to even explain what he needed. And then it was my turn and he was rude I ask a question and it was rudely answered and with a rude attitude

What an absolute joke of an auto parts store. More times than I can count I find what I need online, it says it's in stocks, I drive down there, and the store associates "can't find it". Go somewhere else for sure.

Long story short .My vehicles 4th cylinder was misfiring while on vacation in NC. Charlie s auto and tire wanted to charge me $613 + tax to replace the coil and the spark plug. After having a heart attack over that price, I brought my vehicle to Auto Zone to buy the parts and have someone else do the work. Zack, at Auto Zone, helped me and was AMAZING!!! He offered to change them out in 20 minutes and even took the time to show my two teenage boys how to change them. I was beyond thankful! He was the Angel I needed that day. Overall, the parts cost $87 and I tipped him well.

I came in today with a dead cell in my car battery. This Autozone was totally swamped with customers and the phone was ringing off the hook but Nate L. Came right out and helped me with a new car battery and installed it and everything in the pouring rain! I cannot say enough wonderful things about Autozone and especially Nate for coming right out. He has very impressive skills not only with mechanics but also customer service. I was tearful due to my circumstances of a terrible day with my car but I was taken aback by how quickly and thoughtfully he dealt with everything and made me feel like it wasn t the end of the world. I am super grateful for the expertise and friendliness!

I only needed two things two pretty basic things. The first time I go in I tell the staff I needed a certain brand of oil and an oil cap for my car. She asked me what type of cap I needed. I tell her and she told me they didn't have it but they could order it in for me. So I said sure. I then asked her about the oil and they didn't have that brand and said they couldn't sell it. Thought that was pretty silly how serious the cashier looked when she said I can't even call it in. Like it was some sort of holy Grail of oils. but whatever not a big deal. Anyway I called them and ask if they had the oil cap for my car. They said they did. I drive there tell the guy what I was looking for. The guy goes in the back room to look for it. Then comes out and says he didn't have it. Even though over the phone they told me they did. Well that's a waste of gas in Biden's paradise. Anyway would not recommend. Not as bad as advanced auto. But still rather ridiculous. Better off ordering the parts you need yourself.

Always helpful and so happy to see women working there. Far too many ppl dismiss women for positions at places like this! I know bc I am a woman and have had men act funny with me about me working on my own vehicle!!! Prices are good, ppl are great

Went in yesterday with my husband looking for screws and washers, asked the guy at the counter he pointed out the direction we needed to go. He got on his cell phone and never looked up. It took us quite some time, when we finely finished we walked past him ( the employee on the phone) to the other cashier who had been helping others and checking others out and he immediately helped us. As we walked out we both said, we won't come here again.

I went into the store to have a battery tested. I was the only customer in the building. There was one employee at the counter on the phone. I waited at the counter while holding the battery. After about 5 minutes of waiting and not being acknowledged or shown where I could place the heavy battery I found a shelf and set the battery down. I then continued to wait. While waiting another employee entered the store on their cell phone and grabbed a piece of paper and walked out and did not acknowledge me. I continued to wait for 8 minutes (I watched the clock) and still was not acknowledged. At that point there were 3 more people in line behind me that had not been acknowledged either. The same employee was on the phone and I know that they know I was there because I caught them looking from the side of their eye and then the employee proceeded to obviously turn away from looking out at any customers. After the eight minutes I picked up the battery and left. I went to their competition who promptly acknowledged me and then answered a phone call, put them on hold and came back to see how they could help me. I am writing this review because there is a sign on the front of the door that asks to review them on google. Needless to say the next time I am feeling over stimulated and want to be ignored I will keep auto zone high on the list of places to go.

People are very helpful and always ready to help you figure out what's going on with your vehicle. (except for that one guy, you'll know the one I'm talking about, he almost acts like you're inconveniencing him because he has to do his job)they make sure you get everything you need and if they dont have it they point you in the right direction.

I went in to get my battery replaced. Everyone I spoke to was very nice and went above and beyond to be helpful. They installed my battery, checked out the old one to see what happened, and checked the output on my alternator to make sure it was all ok. The gentleman who helped me took the time to answer all my questions was really kind and knowledgeable.

I bought an economic set of windshield wipers, to replace the original ones for my mother's 2015 Honda Fit. After a month of use, one of the blades broke. I went into the Brevard, NC location to hopefully get a replacement blade. I didn't have my receipt, thinking I would be in the computer for the recent purchase. After some persuasive conversation, the sales lady referred me to the acting manager (I'm sorry, I forgot his name, but was a young guy with a beard in his mid 20's.) After some more discussion, I was going to buy the upgraded Rain X model, which offered a $10 mail in rebate, then return the broken blade with a receipt. when I was in town again. Unfortunately, the upgraded Rain X product did not have the right size for the Fit. Without saying a word, the manager went up to the highest quality Rain X blades and started to install them onto my mother's car. I then asked him how much I owed him and he said, "No charge. Thank you for being a customer." That was an amazing of kindness that really surprised me! I will easily continue to go to AutoZone for my automotive needs and really appreciate the great service and kindness displayed by the staff at this store location. Thanks again!

Most auto parts stores are staffed by dismissive experts who like to demonstrate their superior grasp of automotive mechanics. At this particular store, everyone is super friendly and accommodating. I also bring my old oil here for recycling and they are always happy to help!

I bought a used car in N.C. and was driving it home to GA when it began to smoke and wobble. Tyler and the store manager (I didn t catch his name) are the reason why I made it home. They helped diagnose the problem and went above and beyond to help me out. I don t really post reviews but that was the best customer service experience I ve had in a very long time and it should be recognized. Great experience.

Had a wonderful experience. Mark Wison went above and beyond to help me. Fortunately for me they werent slammed so he replaced a tail light and showed me how to do it myself. It was a great experience. I will definitely be back.

My wife was in a different state when the battery went out. The representative at that auto parts store refused to change her battery because it was too complicated. So after jumping the car off and coming home, I took it to this AutoZone. Everyone was super helpful and the representative was more than happy to help me change the battery out.Very pleased with the service, and I'd highly recommend this team for your auto needs!

This AutoZone Staff rescued me on a stormy day when I was hours from home. My check-engine light came on! I panicked. On advice of son-in-law, I called AutoZone to see if they could give me a free computer-check and report detailing my problem. Friendly staff did the check (in pouring rain), printed out report, and at my request directed me to a local mechanic. Professional, knowledgeable, helpful, friendly. Highly recommended!
