I've gone into this location 5 times. Every interaction I've had with employees has been rude and snippy. Plus, if you're unfamiliar with vehicles, they will talk to you like an infant and just tell you to slap whatever you want in there. On my 11/25 visit, I came in about 10 minutes before closing, but there was no one in sight. After waiting a couple of minutes at the counter, I finally saw an employee, which, to my dismay, walked right past me. Then Ethan finally addressed me and attempted to help me with a very sour attitude. It was probably since it was now closing time. But I felt like he just wanted to get me out so they could close shop. On my most recent visit, Rachel was very short and rude. After asking a question, her reply was, "I dont know, I just pick the cheapest part since I'm a woman and don't know anything." I hate writing reviews in general, but the staff here, in my experience and interactions, is terrible. I will not return.

Worst customer service I have ever dealt with, they won't answer the phone and when they say your part is supposed to be there it won't. I have wasted 3 trips to there to get a fuel pump for my customers work truck it is a Chevy 454, I had to go to auto zone and will never come back. This is not a isolated incident.

Joey the commercial parts guy needs to find a new place of work! Unprofessional hanks up on you doesn t care if he helps you or not. Guess he cares less about getting your money much less your business. Guess I ll take my business to someone else.

Awesome service and friendly people. Liz and James tested my old battery got a new one in my Subaru in no time before I ended up stranded while camping.

The girls working here are amazing! I saved, based on what a mechanic quoted me, $560-$1,060 by buying parts and fixing my engine myself Just took a Sunday afternoon and some Googling. Thanks y'all!!

Treated terribly over gloves advertised on sale on the shelf however it was an old sale price. The manager Cody was running his mouth the entire time stating we we're making a big deal over a price that they didn't take down. After he had to get it approved he changed it and then continued to talk to other customers regarding the issue. It's not our fault the price was still hanging and still advertised, in retail you honor the price and remove the tag. (I took the sale tag with me to be nice!)

The tech was honest. Thought I might need a new battery but he said it was good and by extension, alternator as well. Battery cable was loose and he tightened it. Even when I was going to buy new cable ends he said they're fine just loose.

Needed a heater hose right away, I was on vacation from wilmington. They were open late. They were going to call and see if competitors had it for me. I opted to get it from them as they could overnight the part which was good enough for me. Very helpful finding the part and explaining the situation. All ended well for my 07 expedition, much appreciated.

I went there and a salesman Uncle Cody was very polite. Even though they werent able to order the part I needed (the warehouse didnt carry the part) he sent me in the right direction and I was able to get what I needed. 10/10 experience.

Awesome store. Everyone we have worked with has been extremely helpful. Love their tool loan program has saved us a ton of money.

I have started using Advanced Auto Parts in Brevard a month or so ago. They offer some great rewards via their SpeedPerks program and have very good prices on their parts. Their inventory is very good and have had most all parts I needed in stock. Online ordering is fast and easy from this store. Their personnel are professional and courteous.

Nice guys and girls here. They are always helpful and get you in and out quick. Advance Auto Parts also dishes out quite a few coupons, which always helps with the bottom line!

My car was making some really bad noises. Upon checking the oil I realized that it was way low, barely on the stick. I went to Advance to get some oil but didn't remember the specific formula needed. The gentleman was very kind and not only helped me figure it out but he put it in my engine for me. My car was 3 quarts low! Very bad! In all I spent almost $20 for 4 quarts of the cheapest oil they sold.

I've had a good experience with just about every staff member there, I have had some issues with parts before but they always work with me to take care of it, they are for sure my auto shop

Helpful and friendly staff. Cody helped confirm my thoughts that my battery needed to be replaced and was willing to troubleshoot other problems, but I had to get back on the road.

Good parking...friendly and knowledgeable staff, large selection of parts and merchandise, they listen and try to resolve your vehicles issue or issues. Works for me !

They quit carrying the tire shine ,that I always used, because it said advance on it, however there's this in there that have carquest on it. Bunch of bs.

In my experience here the staff is not as helpful as other stores are and I've found it a little more pricey than the other parts stores.
