Ross is great. He drove well out of his way to work on our RV. When he saw that the auxiliary battery platforms were rusted-out, he built a new platform for them from scratch. He then sealed our roof , inspected our hydraulic lift , and gave us lots of good advice on how to restore our old RV. He went above and beyond when he was called to do and kept the price affordable. What's more, he was eager to work and make sure our RV was in Tip-Top condition before he left. We may have other technicians in our area but Ross is our go-to guy now. I cannot recommend him enough.

Ross was amazing! He came to our campsite in less than a hour, diagnosed our problem, got me up and running, and told me how to repair it myself for $30 rather than having him come back to install the part. Then he charged my an incredibly fair price for his time. I would highly recommend Ross and I will absolutely use him again should the need arise. Thank you Ross.

I've been watching Ross on YouTube for years. While on vacation, I had a problem with my a camper's air conditioner in the bedroom. The thermostat was not showing it as an option. I remembered that Ross said in one of his videos that we could call him with anything we might need help with. I was desperate to figure out the problem. I called Ross and he answered! He took the time to try and help me figure out the problem over the phone. He gave me several options to try and even requested I send pictures of how my control panel was wired up so he could see if everything looked good. He was helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend him!

Ross Deprey is knowledgeable, skilled, and experienced in RV repair & maintenance. I have witnessed his high level of skill in diagnosing and repairing numerous RV issues; and I have also observed the detailed, careful, high-level maintenance with which he treats RVs. Ross is very particular in all that he does. You will be very pleased with Ross' services!

Ross provided excellent customer service. He fixed our camper promptly and gave us some great pointers. So happy we had The Camper Pros come out! Would definitely recommend this company to family and friends needing RV repairs!

Ross and Hesther both a pleasure to do business with. Had problems with a/c unit, called Heather that morning and Ross was there same afternoon. Thank goodness was minor issue and Ross is a fair and honest person. Also cleaned debris and sealed roof seams while he was here! . Excellent work !! Will be calling again when repairs or maintenance needed. Thanks again

Called looking for help when one of the roof airs on my motorhome quit in 90 degree temps on a Saturday evening. Knowing we could not get parts that late, nor on Sunday, Ross spent a lot of his time on the phone helping me diagnose the problem and explore potential solutions. We had to leave the area Sunday but I was able to get my AC going again at our next stop using one of Ross's suggestions. Greatly appreciate his help and would not hesitate to call him for repairs on our coach if we are ever back in his area.

Have to say it s hard to come by an honest and professional service these days but Ross showed up and had us back to enjoying our HOLIDAY weekend. Our big slide-out wouldn t go out. Burnt out motor. Ross has it repair in less than an hour. And Yes, he came out on a holiday weekend and worked hard out in 90degree weather. We highly recommend this company.

I am so glad I found Ross Deprey RV repair! I had taken my 1995 Ford Falcon 190 camper van to 2 other rv repair places and nothing was repaired properly. Deprey RV repair has fixed the messes the other places messed up. He fixed my camera installation the proper way. My generator needed maintenance. It needed a new tire holder on the back door. Just ask Ross and BOOM it s done!!!! And done right! Next project is solar installation I will let you know how that goes also!! Thanks Deprey RV!!!!

I happened to see them at Tryon equestrian center RV park and started talking to them. I mentioned my awning was so high when I rolled it out, it was useless. I had been told by another repair man in FL that there was no fix. Ross came right over and on his time took a look at it. He adjusted it and it has been a GODSEND!!! Ross also fixed the wiring to the air conditioner in my toy hauler so i can now safely run my 3 units at once. This guy knows his stuff and more importantly, He s honest. I m gonna miss having them to call on when I go back to FL in August.

Had Ross check out my camper i just purchased and he went over it with a fine tooth comb. Suggested some very helpful upgrades. He installed an electric jack for the tounge. And believe me at my age i needed it. Just a small list of things he did is as follows. Washed it. Sealed the roof. Greased all jacks. Checked all water lines and tanks. Replaced the gas hookup as it was dry rotted. Ac and fridge. Instructed me on how to use everything. I thought this was going to be easy and had a lot to learn for a newbie. Over all cost was pretty reasonable. I would definitely recommend camper pros and have already. Thanks Ross !!!

The absolute best service experience ever! I was told by numerous resources that my AC simply couldn t keep up with the heat wave (it was 97 degrees inside my camper). Deprey willingly came to scope out the situation, which no one else would even do! Alas, problem found AND solved in less than an hour. AC now working properly!! Inexpensive. Professional. Friendly. Highly recommend!!

Amazing! Had a leak and came out the next morning and sealed the whole roof and windows. Very reasonable and great work. Also answered any questions I had. Won t call any one else for my camper repairs!

Said on their website that they repair tires actually it was a customer review I called cuz I was broke down on the side of the road and the gal told me they didn't do that stuff and that I needed to call Roadside Assistance or something else was kind of rude and snotty about it
