Just awful service here, I was told to take my device in by Chris. My handheld was locking me out every time I disconnected it and took in. When it s cold this is what I was told by him to do. It a scam and ploy to get more $$$$ so u have to pay more to the CO. Stay outta this shop, Chris is awful and so rude. I ll NEVER go here again, I ll drive the extra distance just to not go to the Boone smart start.

Wouldn t go here, drive outta town or do a different interlock. I had been told by the technician ( Chris ) to always unplug the device on very cold nights or it could mess up. I tried doing what he said but in doing so i was locked out more then once. It also drained a new batter once before, somehow.But according to the technicians on the phone and in person in Asheville nc, I should never unplug the device. I told the tech when I took the car in this last time. What the phone tech and in person had told me, that i wasn t gonna to unplug it anymore. IDK why he took it so personally cus it wasn t from me. I was just told what 3 other persons had told me. In the end I was told if u have a problem with me go somewhere else I didn t have any problem at all, since I stopped unplugging the device. But in the end it cost me almost $100 for his mistakes. RUDE just plain and simple Not worth the extra money for his mistakes. Had he only apologized for his mistake it would have all been fine. Actually I didn t even need that. But what I didn t need at all was the attitude. Uncalled for and very unprofessional. STAY AWAY from the Boone NC service center at all cost.

Was able to get out of a violation using the online incident form. The guys working there are professional even if when the interlock device is annoying af

This place is the worst interlock service! Do not use them! If you ever have issues with your device ( which happens alot) they will not answer the phone for over an hour .... burning up your cell phone minutes! GOD HELP YOU IF YOUR STUCK ON THE SIDE OF THE ROAD BECAUSE IT MALFUNCTIONS!!!!
