Delayed review from the summer, however, I had my 18 JLU totally redone and they did a fantastic job. I had wheels, tires, re-gearing, new bumpers, diff covers, rock rails, gas tank cover, tire carrier upgrade, and a sunshade install completed. Clinton was my point of contact and he provided me with updates. I appreciate the level of detail they put into their work and the quality. Additionally, everyone was extremely knowledgeable of Jeeps and what is needed which makes for an even better experience. I would highly suggest they be on the top of your list for any work done on your Jeep.

I was on a wild goose chase looking for an AEV part that was discontinued. Clinton couldn t have been better. Took the time to understand what I was after and went and looked in the warehouse. He found it, shipped it and when I tried to pay him more for the part wouldn t let me. These guys are the best!! I will be contacting them for all my Jeep needs in the future. Thanks again Clinton for being so awesome!!!

Thousands of dollars well spent.My lift is perfection. The wheels were the best suggestion. Workmanship of the install was excellent. Off road performance is superb.Metalcloak is totally worth the investment.Friendly staff that knows Jeep.

These guys will go beyond the build and communication is spectacular unlike other shops. Did my Gladiator 1 ton build and now doing my JKU AMW 392 with new 8 speed conversion. Even able to add my Atlas to the mix. Great fab work too just to mention.

Rubitrux is the place to go I've got two Jeeps a JLU and a JT and Ruby trucks done the axles on the JT now it has 488 gears with elockers and a lot of other small parts the JLU I'm just getting started on and Ruby trucks is already helping me out with the parts for it if you have a four-wheel drive and you want some cool parts with good people selling them to you and working on your Jeep or other four-wheel drive go to RubiTrux you won't be sorry

I don't usually write reviews but this place deserves some special recognition! These guys go above and beyond anything i have ever seen!. Quite a few times i would just call them to ask what to buy and how to install on my Jeep and Ben would always take his time to answer my questions whether I ended up buying the item or not. When I did purchase I would get the item sometimes the next day but at the most two days later. Now that's service! I recommend these guys HIGHLY!! Thank you RubiTrux!!

I can not say enough positive things about this place or the people that work there! The sales rep Ben is always answering my questions about anything jeep! Their prices can not be beat! They always go above and beyond for the jeep and truck community! They have even donated to my jeep club for fundraiser we did! I have ordered everything on my rig from them and never had any issues often times they will beat their own price just because they are great guys! Anything you need from winches to lifts to tires to wheels to lights this is your one stop shop!

Rubitrux was so easy to deal with. I called as i was looking on their site but i always have questions so Ben Brendle (operations manager) said to call and he would help me out. I went thru the different AEV lifts i was interested in and he took his time to explain the differences between the 2 and which one he would go with and why, even though i was paying he recommended the less expensive model as i could tell this is a place that wants the customer to be happy with their purchase and not feel like they spent more than they should have. I called Ben a few more times before i made my decision. once the order was placed for the AEV 2.5" DUALSPORT XT JEEP WRANGLER JK LIFT Kit, AEV ProCal ,JK Geometry Correction Brackets, Old ManEMU steering stabilizer. It tooks 2 days and all boxes were delivered. I have recommended Rubitrux to many people as Ben and their owner Eric are both awesome people and always willing to answer any and all questions. They are both very active in the Facebook groups. This place gets 5 stars all the way. If you live near there go there or if not just order you will not be disappointed. I would buy again from them no doubt.

Hands down the absolutely best aftermarket Jeep products supplier out there! I've worked with Rubitrux personally the past year building my Rubicon up from stock, and I couldn't be any happier with the customer service, dedication, and commitment they've provided. Rubitrux is superior to all others out there. I've also never had such timely service for ordering parts; seems like they offer the fastest shipping methods over their competition and I've tried them all. Rubitrux is the best out there, no question.

Ordered 4 wheels, lift kit and other accessories, and I told RubiTrux that I was in a hurry. The order was not only filled and shipped the same day, but a representative called to assure I knew the order was in stock and it was on the way. Everything arrived within 2 days, and the order was correct. Highly recommend!

Rubitrux has built 1JLU, 2 JKU for me and 1Ram Power Wagon and 1 JKU for my daughter . Quality parts installation experience and follow up is at level any automotive shop would like to achieve. These guys have done it and got the Teeshirt. They are the go to guys for 4x4 parts installation and advise.

Awesome customer service, very quick shipping as I ordered a Warn Zeon 10S winch on 3-22-22 and it was sitting on my porch on 3-23-22 . You can't ask for any quicker service and free shipping. I will definitely order more parts from these guys.

Absolutely professional. Told them my issues they went to work. Repairs completed within 4hrs. What couldn't be repaired the owner Jesse made an appointment with Petty's Garage. Best of all since I live in Virginia Rubitrux provided a jeep for transportation. Thank you Clayton, Jordan and Wesley

I found this place just by luck on the Internet about 5 years ago. I m Just getting ready to order my 3rd Jeep build from them. Incredible people. I m from NY and always look for a reliable and trustworthy place to buy my vehicles. I can say that Reggie, Jessie and the guys are fantastic. Every Jeep I ve gotten from them was the talk of the town. They have made a customer for life. Thank you guys !!!

Cannot say enough good things about this company. I ordered a ton of stuff for my 2015 Hard rock and had it sitting in my garage for months before install. When I was finally ready to pull the trigger I realized I was missing a bracket for the front stinger. I simply wrote an email to John and the team and a few days later it was here without hesitation. In ordering my stuff they also knew exactly what I needed and had all the specs to allow me to make an informed decision. Everything that came was in excellent shape and we are very happy with these guys and will surely be ordering again. Thanks to the team over there.

The guys @ Rubitrux put a lift on my daughters Subaru Forester. Now normally a Subaru isn't something they would work on, but jorden (hope I spelled his name right) said "no problem bring it in". They are super busy & said they are 2 weeks out. Sweet. See ya then. Now a little back story. My kiddo has been working on her forester (forester gump) for over a year. Doing all the work etc. but this is something out of her comfort zone(spring compressor) so she was saving up for this substantial investment. Luckily the stars aligned & she was out of town so I got to surprise her with the lift install. Now one of the BEST things about these guys is I didn't get one phone call during the day jorden had forester gump. No "we have a problem" or "we need to do this or that". He quoted me a price & that's what I paid. The lift was installed, all 4 wheels aligned & even jorden said it looked really good. So when I picked it up he was right. It looked sick. Subtle yet if you know fozzys. You know it's a sleeper. Long story short. My daughter cried when she saw it. I got the "best dad ever" & she now has a sick car for here drive across country to start college. Great day all around

THE BEST Jeep and offroad outlet on the east coast. Friendly staff and a very competent shop that builds some pretty incredible Jeeps. RubiTrux obviously takes some serious pride in what they do and the customer service shows, especially when ordering online. Ben has spent countless hours on the phone helping my build along and always seems to ship things faster than anyone else I have ordered parts from. When it comes to building Jeeps(whether buying the parts online or having them do the work) Eric, Ben, Jesse, Kyle and Reggie will make sure you are 100% satisfied. Can't wait to see what comes out of their shop next.

I had the best experience with my Jeep Gladiator. The guys handled everything for me including finding a good deal on a Jeep for me. The Gladiator is amazing. It rides so smooth on the road and I put the hemi 6.4 in it. I can t tell you how awesome it looks. So happy. They were great.

Picked up a suspension/lift kit, a winch, and some other odds & ends for my jeep. They were very helpful and took time to answer my questions on the phone, shipped everything out fast, and had great prices.

Purchased a used Jeep from RubiTrux and being in Arizona I was a concerned at first buying something sight unseen. However after speaking with Reggie (he always answers the phone / calls back / make sure your happy with your purchase) he alleviated any concerns I had. Very impressed with Reggie / Rubitrux and Jeep, and would highly recommend them to anyone!

Went by there today to pick up a couple of parts for my kids Jeep. Mainly needed to replace one of the door straps, so the door doesn t swing all the way around and hit/dent the cowling (yet again). Also needed to replace the oh s@$t handles. Everyone was very friendly and helpful including lending me a torx driver so I could remove the bolts to install the new door strap. I drove in from Durham for a visit and wasn t expecting to need to bring tools or do minor Jeep repairs and these guys helped me out a lot. Thanks y all.

I am giving these guys 5 stars. Here is why. I ordered a replacement lense for my Wrangler. Well they shipped the wrong side. I sent them an email describing the mistake along with a photo. They are shipping one today.No Hassel ,no problem, and great customer service. I will do more business with this company. Thank you for great customer service.
