Made me the happiest gal in all of the world..My entire life as far back as I can remember I dreamed of having a jeep, and now this girl has her jeep. The sales associate was amazing the guy that did the paperwork locally from Ashe county was so down to earth and perfect for my first car buying experience.

I called about a car I found online, and spoke with Kendell Berry, He said "I am not a salesman, but an educator, who now works at Modern Subaru in Boone NC". We had a great discussion about the car, worked out the price, and he had it filled with gas, cleaned up for me to pickup.This is the best experience I have ever had with a dealership. I wish they were closer to me, but it was a wonderful drive from Spartanburg to Boone.

They always take care of my Vehicle's needs. They will suggest items, on this trip my battery tie down was broken. Offered to fix with just the cost of the parts. On this day they got behind on oil changes and I was told up front! Which make the extra little wait very bearable.

Had a little car trouble on the way to Boone called these guys to get me worked in and they came thru. Car over heated going up and they took care of me to get back home. Thanks to Chris and his crew for make my family feel welcome and in good hands. Thanks again.

I dealt with this guy named John Darocha from the parts department for my STI... awesome guy. I got my parts, it was a good price, and he was a fun guy to get to know and talk to. I don't much like going to dealerships, but I'd go back to talk to John again. Seriously a credit to cars and to the dealership

I bought my car at modern Subaru had it since 2012 love the place that's where I get my car serviced they got a great customer area with coffee donut soda water etc. And the prices are pretty decent oil changes cost me the same as Walmart, so why not go to the dealer instead

Donna Isaacs was a great person to deal with during my insurance, rental car, and repair process. How many times have you ever call a shop and got a tired low energy person on the line. Well Donna was not that person, she always kept me inform with the use of email, text and phone. I think the shop helped me deal with the insurance process as well. I will use their services for sure.

This is my 2nd vehile purchase for Modern Subaru. They gave excellent and professional service through every aspect of my car purchases and even followed up with me afterwards to make sure I was happy with it. I wouldn't purchase a Subaru anywhere else!

I wouldn't recommend to anyone. Rude service dept. , Tried to make me give credit card for a loaner car while they did the air bag recall.
