Years ago, the service department was only fair to good, at best. Now it s excellent. if you haven t been there lately, give them a try. You will be very pleasantly surprised about how good they are and how fair they are about charging for their expert work. They did four relatively minor repairs following some other major work (that they did very well) and didn t even charge for the four small items They are the best factory dealership service department that I have ever been to, and I have been to many.

Always a great experience at Friendship Nissan. Very professional staff. Check all the important fluids and tread depth on tires. They get me in and out very quickly. Given a 10!

Tony and all staff were great to work with and really went above and beyond to secure me my desired car and ensure top quality. I asked for some additional work on vehicle before pricing and they were great with pictures as this was online purchase. He also kept me well informed along the way about timing and next steps. I chose a vehicle over 2.5 hours away and he made the transaction seemless. I arrived and was gone in less than and hour as he helped me to complete most steps before i arrived. It was a pleasure working with him and the dealership. I would highly recommend Tony and the dealership.

Great dealership! We just purchased a second vehicle from them and are very impressed that they take the time to answer all your questions and make your buying experience is a pleasure. This dealership has a great staff and I highly recommend it salesman, Michael Townsend, who is very knowledgeable and can answer any question regarding all different models. After a collision on our first Rogue, we went to the dealership and bought a second new one! Very happy doing business here.

I bought my Nissan Rogue with a good credit score but due to a separation with little money, the guys there worked with me until I was able drive with my car , a couple months later got a service notice, I went with my dog and since they are a dog friendly place both my dog and I had a stress free wait until my car was done with. So grateful for good service

I can t say enough about the buying experience at Friendship Nissan. I ve bought many cars over my lifetime but this had to be the easiest experience I ve ever had. The sales lady, Eva, was very friendly and eager to get us any information that she didn t know to guide us in the buying process. From the manager, Bill, to the financier, Greg; the process was as smooth as could be and we couldn t be happier with our 2024 Plantinum Pathfinder!

I am always late in doing reviews for businesses, so I apologize in advance! Friendship Nissan is the place for any purchase of any vehicle. As soon as we arrived at the place, Bradley and the rest of the staff were so helpful in answering all of our questions and how the process was. They answered all of our calls and questions leading up to the day and were so helpful after. Even after the purchase, I had a question, and Bradley took the time to answer promptly and clearly! I highly recommend Friendship Nissan and the helpful staff.

Took my 2007 xterra in for an alignment. They did the job and it's aligned. Reed the service advisor was fantastic. Waiting area was very comfortable and clean. Excellent music. Best experience I've had with a dealership service department in a very long time. I will be going back as needed.

This was by far my best car purchase experience ever! From greeting me when I walked through the door, to my salesperson, Brad Bounds, to the Sales Manager and Finance Manager. I felt instantly right at home. They were very knowledgeable, answered all my questions and got me in and out in a reasonable time. I highly recommend this dealership to everyone. 10/10. Exceeded my expectations.

I initially used Autotrader to narrow my search for a specific SUV with a particular set of features. After narrowing the search to a radius that could be driven in a day, it became clear that Friendship Nissan of Boone had the perfect vehicle for me. I reached out late in the business day and Sales Rep 1 was unable to gather the info I requested that first day and he was off the following day. Thus when I called on Day 2, an enthusiastic and capable sales rep named Gene answered all my questions and sent me the pics and documents I requested. He was professional but not pushy. We communicated via text, email and phone and managed most of the sale details via these routes. Gene discussed financing options available to me but he completely respected my decision to use my local credit union for financing. I felt no pressure to do otherwise. This dealership gives a lifetime powertrain warranty, which sweetened the deal for me. After a 6.5 hr drive across the state to the dealership all I had to do was drive the vehicle and sign a few documents. Gene had done most of the heavy lifting before I arrived. They cleaned the car up for me and we were ready to head out. This was the most hassle- free car buying experience I have ever had. When I need another car, hopefully many years from now, I will not hesitate to use Friendship Nissan of Boone.

UPDATE: I purchased a new Nissan Rouge from Gene Messenkopf at Friendship Nissan in Boone yesterday, another 5-star experience. The value they bring to the deal can't be matched. You really should start your car search here!The best repair experience I have ever had with a dealership. They even caught a recall that needed to be done and completed it. This was absolutely the best experience we have ever had when purchasing a vehicle. From the Salesman (Gene)..The Manager (Bill)...Finance Manager (Lee)..Mechanic (Chris)..all great people! Everyone went out of their way to explain all details about the history and condition of the vehicle we were buying. Friendship made us feel confident about the complete process from start to finish! Everyone was very professional and friendly. A very fast process on the purchase of my new Rogue. Tucker Church was very knowledgeable when it came to going over all my vehicles accessories and settings.I took my Rouge in for the initial 1000 mile service checkup for a new vehicle. My vehicle was taken in immediately and I was out in less than 30 mins. Reed, in the service dept. and the entire staff are all friendly and efficient. An excellent overall experience.

Buying our new Nissan Murano from Friendship Boone was apleasurable experience. There was no hassle and our Product Specialist, Gene Messenkopf, was knowledgeable in all aspects of the vehicle's operation and special features. All the features were demonstrated and explained thoroughly. Payment was processed easily and quick. We would definitely shop there again.

This was a very positive and easy experience. Our salesman Brad was very helpful and knowledgeable, and worked hard to find a truck to fit our needs when we initially couldn't find one on the lot that did so. All the staff we encountered were great, and the process as a whole went far more smoothly, and was less stressful than experiences I have had with other dealerships. I would definitely buy from them again.

Brad really took the time to get to know me so that he could recommend the car that best fits my needs. I went in looking for a used vehicle, but he encouraged me to test drive all of the vehicles that were causing me to hesitate on purchasing from Friendship. He was ultimately able to use the information I learned from test driving some subarus. He recommended a brand new Nissan that is perfect for me and my little one. I can really see myself growing with the vehicle, and he got me pretty close to my target financial range, which is a phenomenal cost to value ratio!
