Every one at Friendship Honda was great. Brent took such good care of us and really worked to help us get the car we wanted. We feel we got an exceptional car for good price.

While enjoying much needed time away in the mountains I had an issue arise with my Honda Odyssey van. I was relieved to find Friendship Honda and to get an appt quickly. My experience beginning to end was so refreshing! The customer service provided by Walker was top notch! He communicated very well and provided updates throughout. I also used their convenient shuttle service and met a wonderful person named Dee that drove the shuttle vehicle. It was more than just a ride as Dee and I had great conversations! All said and done I got my van fixed and I met two awesome people who made the experience so pleasant!

Stu Bell is a great sales person and I enjoyed getting to know him! I got an amazing deal on my trade in and my new CR-V! Highly recommend coming here if you are looking for a new/used vehicle. I has a great experience at Honda Friendship in Boone! After spending two long days at other dealerships in town, Honda was able to get me the deal I needed on a new 2024 Honda HR-V! Lydia Williams was an amazing saleswoman that hustled for me and got me the best possible deal! The GM also worked hard to get a great interest rate from the banks! Everyone was really supportive and trying to help me get the best price possible. Very supportive, friendly, and honest dealership! Highly recommend.

Staff was competent and all around nice people! Twas a very positive and upbeat experience for me I love love love my new car and loved cutting up with everybody that worked there. Friendship Honda of Boone is awesome! Chip treated me with respect and gave me the out-the-door, bottom line price of a car I was interested in. I returned 2 days later to purchase the car. Winfred, the manager, was so kind and helped me lock in the deal. Brett and Noah took care of all the paperwork and financing. Everyone was friendly, answered all my questions, and made the car-buying process simple and quick. I highly recommend Friendship Honda.

Due to living over an hour away, our new vehicle was able to be delivered and saved us an additional trip once the sale was finalized. The car was delivered safely with a smile. Great Customer service and support as usual! Dropped the car off for windshield replacement, oil change and tire rotation-all good ! The rep Walker did an excellent job keeping me up to date with the service work and when the care was ready! Definitely my go to place for my Honda!

Our salesperson Brent Hood made it pleasurable & easy to buy our new CR-V Hybrid with just the right trim & accessories. Brent's pleasant and straight-ahead manner took away a lot of the worry for this senior in buying our forever car (our last CR-V served us well for 21 years!). Brent worked with us to find a price that fit our budget -- an important issue. General Manager Winford Lee was most helpful initially in moving us along in this process.

I went in for an oil change that was taken done on time as was the check list that they do. I was advised that brakes needed to be done and they were able to do it that same day same time. I was told I'd be out of there by 3. And I was out of there before 3. Everyone was courteous and pleasant. I have had my car serviced at this dealership since I purchased the car. That's 8 years. I have always been pleased.

I just purchased a 24 Honda CRV Hybrid. Jarvis was a great sales person. He was young , knowledgeable and very courteous. Tyler took care of all of the paperwork. He was a pleasure as well! Stu and Noah were great to work with. They both listened, are very knowledgeable and helpful in achieving just what I wanted. Went to other dealerships before, and the whole Friendship experience was head and shoulders above. Just the right amount of interaction for me, without being intrusive.

Glad you asked! I feel I got reamed. $81 for an oil change...the advantage program. Talked to management, they don't offer the basic oil change, so tough luck!.....so I guess I paid generously for the "complimentary" tire rotation. We purchased our CR-V there, we had all service and repairs done there, so I am sorely disappointed in their treatment of a loyal customer.

On line service needs to improve. I emailed on a Friday to make sure that the car I was interested in was still there so I could see it on Saturday. The online person confirmed my appointment and said the car would be warmed up and ready. When I got there I was told the car was sold 2 days before. I purchased a nicer model for a fair deal.

My service rep, Walker Hipps, was very helpful. He gave me a price upfront. So there were no surprises. I had his direct line, which I used several times; if I could not reach him, he always called back shortly. Overall, I am pleased with the service.

Friendly Honda is not only the best Honda dealer I ve ever dealt with, but also one of the most wholesome and friendly dealerships Ive dealt with. They gave me a terrific deal on a 2024 Civic which was listed well below MSRP. I drove 6 hours due to their unbeatable deal because I couldn t find another like it within a 400 mile radius. Shoutout to John Cook, my man! These employees really care and will hook you up. I highly recommend stopping by the next time you re searching for a new vehicle.

Chris at Friendship Honda was stellar. Our van broke down outside of Boone when seeing family. Parts were on backorder for weeks, but they still loaned us a vehicle at no charge for the whole time. Once parts came in, they did the work, and then even drove the vehicle down to us in Atlanta. he was professional and kept us updated the whole time. Great job, Chris and Friendship, Honda!

Found the truck online, a 2016 Ram 1500. Went to the dealership and after looking it over, Chip introduced himself. Took it for a test drive and had to have it. Mr. Conley and the whole staff went above and beyond to make sure I left with the truck without being pushy. 10/10 would do business with them again.

As always, Friendship Honda in Boone provided friendly and efficient service. I really appreciate that they communicate with the customer as they work to fix the car. When we go there for a fix or maintenance, things are done right the first time. Excellent customer service!

The service department at Friendship Honda is the best I ve encountered. They are always kind and helpful. Service is completed when they say it will be. You never want to have to take your car in for service, but they make it a pleasure.
