Love reading their plaques while waiting to have car inspection or oil change done. Had to visit the restroom today and what do you know, they have them in there to.

I pulled in with my car and the mechanic greeted me immediately. We brought our other car here as well and they do a great and quick job!! We appreciate all the hard workers here. The prices are fair and not overpriced. We got an oil change and inspection, both done within 15 minutes. Thank you guys!!!Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I'm grateful that I can have my car serviced quickly and correctly without breaking the bank. I do quite a bit of traveling and my home town guys are much more expensive and their hours are not as convenient for my work schedule. So when traveling like I do, it's great to have found a business that I can trust and depend on to service my car without any hassle! Glad I found you guys!

Do not recommend at all.Hours of operation are to 5 p.m.I took my truck in at 4 p.m. for an oil change. One of the men working starts shaking his head and cussing why someone can't come earlier in the day. Well, those of us that work don't normally even get off before 5, so 4 is doing very good to me. the last time I came in at 420 and got the same. I thought maybe he was having a bad day so I thought i would give them another chance. It's a "10 minute" oil change.suggestion: maybe put a sign up saying you do not take customers past 330.unfortunately i won't be back and definitely don't recommend going after 3 in the afternoon unless you want to be made to feel bad.

The guys that run this location are great. Staples of the local community, I don't get my oil changed or other small work done anywhere else.If you want something done quick and well, go here. If you live in the Vance avenue area it is the most convenient place that I've found.

The man working at 10 Minute Oil was SO friendly and accommodating. He made everything really easy (and inexpensive!). I checked in with him, gave him my car information and the keys, picked up some take out from Louise's, then the oil change was done! Great guy.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICECar smelled like smoke when finished.I came here a year ago for an oil change. The customer service was rude and unfriendly. I figured the guy was just having a bad day.I came in today for an inspection and oil change with my husband. The door said they opened at 8:30 but the staff was just showing up at 8:30. The same man who serviced my car the previous year came out to see what we wanted. After we told him, he turned to walk away gruffly telling us what to do. He was again rude and unfriendly. But was laughing and cutting up with the staff.There was one staff member who was friendly and polite but he was clearly not in a position of authority.

Terrible Customer Service!Stopped by to get car inspected.After I checked in, several additional customers checked in and were serviced before me. When I asked the head service guy why he was serving the other customers first, he said because they were getting oil changes that take less time. When I asked what that had to do with me having to wait much longer, he said I didn't have to wait at all and I could just leave. So, I left and will never go to this place for any kind of service again.

I have been taking my car here for some time now!!! It is not only reasonable, professional and awesome... BUT you get to sit and read some VERY hilarious signs! I would highly recommend them!

I don't think words can do this review justice. It was the worst experience I've ever had. The guy was over the top rude to my wife and me. We were joking that we figured this guy was having a bad day, but a local waiting on his car assured us that this was normal. To top it all off, the oil change/tire rotation took 2.5 hours and there was only 1 person ahead of us. Don't ever go to this place.

Had my oil changed here once without any problems. The second time I showed up to get my oil change they were just opening. I pulled up to a bay and saw two gentlemen sitting in chairs in the bays. There was no move to open a door so I backed out and pulled up to the door into the waiting area just to check and see if I showed up well before they opened. No...I had not. So I pulled back around to the bay I pulled up to originally. At this point someone was pulling up to another bay. The employees opened up that bay first. So I got out to get my young child out of the car because I don't leave him in there during an oil change. One of the employees said very rudely "what do you need?" "umm an oil change please". "Well fine I can do that if you leave your keys in the car" I'm sorry if I instinctively pull my keys out of the ignition when I get out of the car but my first concern was getting my kid out of the car. The employee went to the other customer to start taking his information. Now I rarely expect special treatment but I had arrived first and purposefully at opening time in order to avoid waiting on other customers because I was with an 18 month old. Never fun to wait longer than you have to in situations like that. I told the employee I think I'm going to go elsewhere because I didn't want to wait for the customer ahead of me with my toddler, and was very hesitant at this point to have these clearly disgruntled employees/owners of the establishment to even touch my car again.

Myself & members of my family have been coming here for years. As an Uber/Lyft driver I generally visit once a month for an oil change & every few months for tire rotation. ALWAYS a great experience. 5*****!

they're the most courteous and kind people that help you and they tell you what exactly you need they don't try to sell you nothing you don't they get your car done they bring it out always with a smile the staff is awesome and very knowledgeable we're very thankful to have them in Black mountain

Went for an inspection and specifically asked them if I needed new tires because I thought they might be getting old. They said the tires were fine, so I went on my way. Several days later I happened to be driving during a heavy rainstorm and I nearly hydroplaned on the interstate, which could have caused a potentially very dangerous accident. Later I got my tires looked at by a number of other people, and every one of them said that they were in a deplorable state and should have been changed a long time ago. You could clearly see the wire frames poking through the rubber. Later, I tried to call and inform them about the issue and the employee was extremely rude and hung up on me even though I was being perfectly polite. I will never go here again, and would vehemently advice everyone else to avoid it as well. Exceptionally rude and dangerously incompetent. I would give them a negative star review if I could.

My wife took the car there for the first time. Noticed some leaking of oil in the garage. She went back there and it was a faulty oil filter. They replaced it checked everything out. My wife asked if there was a charge and they said absolutely no and was very apologetic for the problem even though it was not their fault.My wife feels so insecure when it comes to car and getting ripped off. She said that will be the only place she will go to now.

Really bad...DO NOT GO HERE! They left my oil cap off after an oil change and this messed up my engine. When I called to tell them what happened I was told there was no way to prove they had done this.

I sat in the office for ten minutes while I saw people.in the garage smoking. I was never greeted and when I left I called and they said if I pulled up to the garage they would have served me.. But not standing in the office where I was supposed to be while they stared at me? Horrible horrible.service. This is one review I wish I could give them a slap in the face instead.

Stopped by today for a car inspection. The rude guy that other people have complained about convinced me to go elsewhere. It is not the first time I have see his attitude, but today it was over the top. I will never go back there for anything.
