Being a car enthusiast means investment. I come to this advance for all my needs from fuel additives, to interior/exterior cleaners. They have the best products for the best cars. Being a BMW guy, Liqui Moly is hard to come by, unless you want to order online, & wait for days for something shipped. Jordan hooked me up, & ordered me 10 bottles of my usual Injectron treatment for next day pickup, & I couldn t be any more happier with the service. Jordan s always took care of me when I ve been in there as he comes across as a down to Earth individual, with the right around of energy/charisma. I highly recommend anyone reading this review to go here no matter your car needs!!!

The. Black mountain location s customer service has decreased a lot lately. They denied replacing a headlight bulb for me but auto zone had no problem doing it. No brainer Myself, family and friends will do our business with auto zone from now on. They have more stock and there stores are a lot nicer anyway. See ya

Today was the second time I ve been to this location since moving to the area. On both trips, Jordan was the associate that helped me. He went above and beyond special ordering parts I needed. I ve been to a few of the other auto parts stores just down the street, and this store has the best customer service by far.

My battery was not doing so good. Stopped in and Jordan laid knowledge on me that I didn't know existed about batteries!Thank you for the new battery and great service! I will come back anytime I'm in town!

I love if ur a lady how nice these guys are to help u figure out what car issues u are having. I appreciate it being a single woman because there are things we can't do or need taught how to do when it's out of our element lol. The customer service is amazing keep up the great work and all that y'all do for us gals out here.

Zack (Zach/Zak/Zac?) was awesome when we came in to get a new battery. Changed and installed the new battery themselves, no problem. Changing a battery is not difficult to do, but I appreciate the service. I know it s something they offer when you buy a battery from AAP, but I can t help but express gratitude. I offered to tip$, but he didn t accept. I later learned they re not supposed to accept tips, so I can only hope AAP is paying them well they re stock sure has been doing well year-to-date, so I hope that fortune passes down to their employees in some way lol especially now a days when living wage at least $15-$17

Its the best and only auto parts store i go to there very knowledgeable and helpful and finding any part or accessory I need for my car also the manager there Audrey is one of the best happiest most outgoing outspoken people I have ever met and when it comes to my car and car parts that's the kind of people I want to speak to I would just like to say thanks for all the hard work that she is put into that store and anytime I have a question or need anything all I have to do is call and they're right there to help me also it's very clean everything is very neat and easy to find the prices are great and they even have price match so if I find a cheaper somewhere else they'll give it to me for the same my favorite store hands down

Pretty reliable. Just about any store that stocks decently is awesome to have around like the others. Always been treated right.Update to my rating 5/20/17. Just bought a steering wheel cover and I couldn't get the stupid thing in so went back for a refund. The guy asked if he minded if he gave it a shot. Wow... Thanks for the extra effort and a lil sweat, it worked. Thank you Austin. Rare to find people that offer extra help.

Bought a battery 6 months ago, failed, left me stranded. Brought in to warrant replace..."sir your battery is fine." Now why would I bring in a battery for warranty if I didn't have a problem? It's like I have nothing better to do.When I contested I was treated like I have no clue about cars. I have been in service and repair for 15 years. They have no clue!!

Everytime I have a question about maintaining my 2001 Toyota Camry, I go to Advance Auto Parts first for a neutral opinion. The employees there are always SO helpful. They empower me with knowledge every time, which means the world to me as a woman! I'd be surprised if their pay matched their knowledge and helpfulness, and I think that they should all get raises because they are amazing :)

If I don't know how too.... they do! That's what I like about a Advance Auto there very helpful and willing... bought windshield wipers and before I hade to ask they offered to install them.

Absolutely FANTASTIC customer service! Dey and Sam are AWESOME! Our car started shuddering and dying so we got off at the first exit we saw. SO GLAD it was this one! Thank you so much!!!

I was waited on in a respectable time frame. The customer associates were very helpful, respectful, knowledgeable and their uniforms were clean. The store was clean and merchandise was easily accessible.

My wife and I stopped in today as our wiper was giving up the ghost in the rain.The lovely attendant not only got us what we needed but she installed them quickly during a break in the rain !!!!

That Haden is a mere shrimp in the eyes of the common girl scout, he struggled to pick up my car battery..he was very kind though! I did end up buying him some waffle fries..but only because he didn t have any money..advance auto should really give these hard workers a raise! He also kept asking if I had a brother..maybe that was just friendly conversation? If you need a battery installed without it taking 20 years, you need to ask for Karen!
