Not very helpful once the sale was made. Very communicative and easy to reach when showing interest in purchasing. Overall cool people but be sure to have you vehicle inspected thoroughly by a trusted mechanic.

Zero Stars.These people Ryan Bailey and Brian , at B And B motors llc., are fraudulent thieves. They sold us a $20,000 truck last week, with a damaged transmission, and refuse to take the vehicle back, and refund our money. Very unprofessional, disrespective, and unwilling to fix the matter. Do Not do business here. You have been warned!!-

we stopped, on a whim, to look at a ranger, the owner came right out, handed my mom & i the keys & told us to take it home to let my mechanical inclined dad check it out good- took a few hundred off the price before we even asked for the least dollar & we were in & out of his office, title in hand, in 15 minutes! even after paperwork was signed & check was written, he came out & changed a $55 brake light bulb himself before we left, no extra charge- highly recommend this place! super friendly, accommodating & trustworthy! 10/10 service! i will definitely be back!!

I have bought 2 vehicles from B&B motors LLC along with them helping me sell 2 of my vehicles in order to upgrade to my current Jeep Wrangler. Both the owners are super helpful and we re more than willing to work with me on any and all aspects. They also have a mechanic on site that was willing to inspect and answer any possible concerns I had about the vehicles I purchased from them. I do recommend them as I feel they are honest considering there is always possible issues that may occur when purchasing a used car and they never tried to hide any of that from me.

Owner is very polite and friendly until he gets your money. Once he has you paying he becomes rude and beligerant when you call to discuss an issue. I am currently in the process of paying off a 2007 Ford Focus, owner told us he was a mechanic and that everything was fixed up and good to go. Within 2 weeks the steering wheel began having issues turning almost to the point where you couldn't turn it. He tried to say that it was my fault and that I had been driving the car for 2 to 3 weeks just fine. I took it to the shop today and I've found out that the power steering pump is barely being held in by 1 screw. In other words I wouldn't recommend this dealership. In my experience he seemed to fix the car just enough for it to work for a small period of time before it starts breaking down. (Just enough time for the warranty to end) I would recommend looking somewhere else for a car.

I got a ford escape 4mos ago, Had to put in the shop 3 times something wrong with the gas system..A week ago i had to trade it in but if not i would have to but a new motor in it..So i just got a better car at theLincoln/ford dealership with better car payment..The 2017 ford escape i had 367 car payment but with the Lincoln dealership i got a suv with 250 car payment. Be careful buyinh from this places..

Ryan & Bryan were very honest with me when I purchased a Honda from them. I would highly suggest a purchase from B & B Motors LLC.We all should remember anytime you buy anything used there is always a chance of an issue. I had a few mechanical friends to view my selection after I viewed my selection to assist with the verification.

Vehicle looked great in photos .. Put a $200 deposit down to hold and drove over 2 hours from SC to see and purchase .. Upon arrival the vehicle looked NOTHING like the photos .. Paint was oxidized and it had scratches all over it .. The interior was worn where it looked great in the photos .. Vehicle was also dirty and looked like it had not been touched by human hands in months .. Lost the $200 DEPOSIT and they REFUSED to REFUND .. Doubt anyone else even looked at the vehicle beside Me !! Very DECEPTIVE .. Never again with this dealer ..

Bryan and Ryan were very polite, there stand up gentleman they help me choose what is a best match for me and also what is in my price range, if not they made it to were I could make easy payment, I would definitely go back there again for when I buy son a car they don't just treat you like a customer they treat you like family. I highly recommend this place the owner was so nice and helpful. This was my first time buying from this place and I'm definitely looking foward to doing business with them I love the vehicle I got and couldn't make up my mind because they had a good selection and are willing to work with you . I would definitely recommend it to friends and family.

Don't come to this place.. I don't recommend this auto sales I bought a 96 mazda b2300 about 3 weeks ago and the guy told me it had a few details i was ok with... but what he didn't tell was that the title was salvage built.. the odometer has 131450 miles since i got and it hasn't moved... but i seen a oil change sticker the truck had from 9/11/2019 then odometer had 134450 so I'm pretty sure someone was removing miles and lastly the back windshield started leaking when it rains...

Bought a truck cash and owner seem very trustworthy, that same night I took it home a lot of smoke came from the exhaust and come to find out it was leaking lots of oil from the motor and transmisi�n joint, owner took it back to fix witch took almost 3 weeks, I have had the truck for only about 2 months and already had to take it to a shop and expend over 2000 dollars on a truck that was sold in good conditions i have proof of the mechanic and total ive paid so for a truck that i paid about 8000 dollars cash end up been 10000 dollars due to all the problems it had,
